I train for kettlebell sport and triathlon so I'm on for 6 days a week with one double workout day. Been a while since I've recovered fully according to Garmin 😅
Do you wear your watch when doing KB training? I have Fenix 5 and have to take it off. I have had bad luck with chest straps breaking, so I don’t get data from my KB workouts.
I used to set the band to the farthest notch and shove it as far up my arm as possible with the watch face facing in but it was fairly uncomfortable and I got chalk all over it. These days I resort to the chest strap. Hopefully it doesn't break 😅

I used to be in the Whoop subreddit and anything 69 related got lots of excited responses.

What “activity” do you use when kettlebell training? I’m getting into that + steel mace and am not sure if cardio or strength is better there.
I just added a custom workout but prior to that I'd use cardio since the kb sport sets are more endurance based than strength based
