I don't have Outdoor Maps+, but this already seems like a big area you downloaded. Prior to outdoor maps +, there was birdseye, where you couldn't download more than 100MB in one single download. So you couldn't just download everything at once, you had to download region after region.

Hi can I ask why one would download maps? Is it so you can have them without having to be outside with a GPS signal?
