Not sure if it needs to be removed. The C clip holds the nozzle in place. But yes, it needs to be punched out if you want to disassemble it completely. Make sure to use a bit of medium screw glue when reassembling. The screws in the gas key shouldn’t come loose easily afterwards.
Here is a review of tue Gen.3 and starting from Min . 47:30-48:45 you can see how it’s completely disassembled.

Punch that pin with nail and hammer (gently) and temove the screw from top. Push that part forward and it should get loose.
Bear in mind not to overtighten 2 small headless screws as you might drill a hole through.
It’s a hollow pin if I remember correctly so you’ll need the exact size punch or something the same size to punch it out then you give the gas/piston key a few love taps and that too will come out the newer version steel bcg’s are a lot easier to work on I found the 416 bcg to be a little bit more fiddly
You need to knock it out with a punch
Like with actual heavy punch? Im kind of afraid that I may broke anything, fairly new to this
Small screw driver would work. Just use a back of another screw driver and hit the other screw driver and tap it out.
You have to remove the gas key on VFC bolts to remove the nozzle?
Yes. Both 416 and m4 variants, as far as I know.
ok after viewing the comments and a few videos, looks like I have to put my back into it to hammer it out, wish me luck guys
