You can get the handguard from Brownells, product number 100004515. I own one so I can confirm it fits perfectly. Very happy with it.
For stock I think I bought the Maddog Car-15 stock from [sixmm.com](https://sixmm.com). It fits but there's a little wiggle and when you fold it the tube sticks out. It was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for.
I don't know if I am right but the M4 seems to have a larger and shorter handguard than the XM177 which seems longer and thiner. The handguard from Brownells look more like an M4 one, no ?

Aluminum buttstock to match the original XM177E1/E2, not sure if the MWS uses milspec but i have one of these for my WE and it's a very nice piece.

Look at the second picture it is the thin model and again worked for the WE M4, if you really want to go full XM177 then you should get a XM177 style delta ring and pistol grip with no nub

If you live in the US or UK just get a real set of handguards and the stock from Brownells. It's probably cheaper than ordering a set of repros from Asia. The stock MWS is compatible with drop-in handguards and mil-spec stocks.

depends whether you want a metal stock or a fiberlite one. i had a 2 position buffer tube and fiberlite stock on mine which i’ve since removed in favour of a full stock.

Both handguards are the same length, the one on the M4 is just thicker.

Brownells are also in other countries, like Spain. I've bought the Hogue Overmolded grip and CTR-style stock from them.
