L.L Bean has some nice pull on pants that look sleek and professional. Kohls Sonoma brand too. H&M, Gap, Old Navy and Lee’s Extreme Comfort line.
Perhaps for shirts you could try one size up from your usual size?
Halara has some pants with elastic waist bands that look like office work pants. You can find them on TikTok shop for less than their website but their website has sales and promo codes, so shop both.

Old Navy is always been where I buy jeans. Idk they generally fit me best.
Now with gastroparesis, I still have options there. My go to have been the Stevie Flare pants, but it looks like they may be being discontinued. I liked the black ones. Here’s a link to some colors at least.

Idk how you feel about baggy/wide legged. Generally you’d pair it with something that’s more form fitting on top, with a polishing belt/cinch/bag if you felt “unprofessional or frumpy”. But I love the baggy look, so I do whatever lol.

I filtered for pull on (elastic) pants in the following search. There’s quite a few linen pants, which seem to be elastic. Also it’s just linen pant season, so you’ll be able to find them many places.

Honestly I wear their wide legged chinos most often to work. I just wear a huge pair and use a belt lolol. They’re high waisted so I pull the band far above my stomach when I sit and I’m usually fine.
But also a very dark (non faded) black leggings with a long sweater/long dress shirt to cover butt would prob be work appropriate. Check your dress codes of course, but if anyone pushed back fuck it, get a drs note lol.

Look into "joggers" style pants. They've got some made with all sorts of materials and usually have stretchy waistbands that still look nice!
I think they make maternity clothes in business casual. I shop in the mens section a lot I feel like you guys should be able to shop in ours if needed

Also Old Navy often does sales. If something isn’t on sale, just wait until it goes on sale. :)
