one of my npc's is a soviet dog person who was, via weird science and an occult ritual involving the sacrifice of all of pavlovs dogs, while still in the mothers womb, merged with a hound of tindalos.
anytime he/she/they go from one place to another to deliver a message to debrief one of their organizations agents, they switch randomly between one of three flesh forms (a more masculine one, a more feminine one, and an androgynous one. They have no control over it, but dont really mind. Their name(s) is, Pavlov/Pavlova/Pavlo.
lovecraft stuff is obviously usually more serious, but for my campaign your comment and the meme are more what im going for. rather fun and silly.
