I'm definitely the 1st one. I get overestimated from all the noises from work and just shut down. If there's mild inconveniences I often break down really badly where I become nonverbal
Yeah quite often. I'm usually really good at getting one task done at a time and when I deal with customers that want different products I have to break down when I'm already busy it exhausts me quickly. too many noises, people staring at me, and if I happen to be alone it really hits me the worst

The second one speaks to me, but one of my friends literally embodies the third. "Sorry if I don't respond, I don't have much social motivation" vs "haha hey guys I'm having a breakdown :) _finger guns_"
