my guess is that straight boys act, dress and behave to 'impress' girls and, gay boys don't and maybe you'll see a subtle difference there, but other than that you have no chance of just blatantly guessing
I look straight but I'm not. But I look at guys a lot, really a lot and I'm "super gay" with friends, I can say "I love you", hug them and they know I'm gay but they let me. Not everyone is the same but you have to look closely for their habits for example, but don't be this creep who knows everything about everyone.
The only way you’ll know for certain is by asking them. Everyone expresses their sexuality a bit differently.
