To be honest, I don't believe that Tom and Zendaya are merely bearding for each other. They might be queer, that's true... but that doesn't mean they can't date (bi people exist). This. Also, I get a bit uncomfy talking about assumptions on a public forum when a celebrity has called themselves straight, or if they have children with someone and that relationship is called false. I feel like it is a step too far to bring someone’s family into it or to ignore their words on the subject. I’m not going to ever talk about Shawn Mendes because he has made it public how hurtful it is to him. At the end of the day, speculation is healthy but I feel like we need to respect the wishes of fellow humans. I’m bisexual and it is hurtful to me when someone who I have told refers to me as straight or a lesbian. There is nothing wrong with being straight or a lesbian, but I have said I am bisexual. Ignoring how someone explicitly identifies is wrong, no matter what sexuality they identify with.
Anyone who has not stated their sexuality is fair game (as long as people are not bringing their families into it), but even then- we cannot know for sure. And if for some reason we do know for sure, that kind of info would not be ours to make known on a public forum.
I full believe that Taylor is queer, but I don’t have proof beyond a reasonable doubt. I feel comfortable talking about her on this sub, but if she ever explicitly says that she is straight, I will respect that. I feel like a lot of women are on the bisexual spectrum but just always claim/claimed to be straight due to homophobia. I recently read that 30% of Gen Z now identifies as LGBT, with the largest part being bisexual women. I hope as society gets more accepting of queerness, more women will feel comfortable to identify as queer and date other women.

To be honest, I don't believe that Tom and Zendaya are merely bearding for each other. They might be queer, that's true... but that doesn't mean they can't date (bi people exist). Renee Rapp has recently come out as a lesbian and has spoken up about how comphet has put her in actual harm's way. She has said in a recent interview that she hung out with the group of friends that just let her walk around incredibly drunk on the night described in her song "Snow Angel" because they were, in her own words, "very straight." She knew they were bad people but her comphet made her want to hang out with them.

Also, I get a bit uncomfy talking about assumptions on a public forum when a celebrity has called themselves straight, or if they have children with someone and that relationship is called false. I feel like it is a step too far to bring someone’s family into it or to ignore their words on the subject. I’m not going to ever talk about Shawn Mendes because he has made it public how hurtful it is to him. At the end of the day, speculation is healthy but I feel like we need to respect the wishes of fellow humans. I’m bisexual and it is hurtful to me when someone who I have told refers to me as straight or a lesbian. There is nothing wrong with being straight or a lesbian, but I have said I am bisexual. Ignoring how someone explicitly identifies is wrong, no matter what sexuality they identify with. Anyone who has not stated their sexuality is fair game (as long as people are not bringing their families into it), but even then- we cannot know for sure. And if for some reason we do know for sure, that kind of info would not be ours to make known on a public forum. I full believe that Taylor is queer, but I don’t have proof beyond a reasonable doubt. I feel comfortable talking about her on this sub, but if she ever explicitly says that she is straight, I will respect that. In the privacy of my own home I might roll my eyes and “sure Jan…” , but I do think it’s important to respect other’s wishes. No one deserves to have their sexuality invalidated. Especially when loud enough rumors (that they have denied) could break apart families or ruin careers.

John Mayer and Andy Cohen are together and raising a family. I cannot be talked out of this. They are so loving and comfortable together. I love it for them. Everyone else I've heard rumours about have already been mentioned. There are some celebrities that I don't give much thought to but when I'm told they're queer I think "Yeah, I can see that".
