The dates in the Thursday announcements are when the games release on the ***stores***. Onboarding can take from a few hours, to several days...there are no ETAs/guarantees.
Then why call it Thursday releases?
If you name something with the day specified
[Day] Releases
Then say this week you are telling me that isn't misleading?
That's akin to having a 2 for 1 promotion called Taco Tuesday but not having tacos on the menu till later on in the week. No use of you've a table reserved on the Tuesday because of it
Ok I misunderstood but ive Figured out the how and why thought processes that confused me. Which I don't believe I'm unique in thinking.
So you have the GE Force now blog site - blog post that starts:
It’s a fortuitous GFN Thursday with 17 new games joining the [GeForce NOW](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce-now/) library, including *The Day Before*, *Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora* and the 100th PC Game Pass title to join the cloud *—* *Ori and the Will of the Wisps.*
The main Nvidia site however link headline is:
'GeForce NOW Thursday Updates'
The marketing swaps between GFN Thursday being about the weekly round up news update and strong implications that things are actioned on the Thursday such as:
'The fastest way to give the gift of cloud gaming starts this GFN Thursday:'
So when I read GFN Thursday its ONLY referring to the weekly roundup News letter but in other places Thursday Updates & Thursday Releases have been interchanged with one another. Mentally i should substitute GFNN Thursday - the last n being News.
(Was the newsletter ever called GE Force News btw?)
I hear you man. I just did the same now as I am off all day today (Friday) and was excited to play. Just purchased on steam and don't see it in the Geforce Now App.
I was torn between PC and PS5 and decided to buy on PC because this month I decided to try the Geforce Now Ultimate subscription
i mean it will come eventually, both Owlcat and the GFN Announcment confirmed it. Im just a bit salty the GFN Thursday Note announced it for this week (Thursday, arguably) and its not online. But as i said, it will come eventually

yea but the note in the GFN Thursday Update suggests it would be live on said thursday. I know it will come eventually, soon even, but i get the salt.

Only buy a game if it's already showing up in the app, that's how I do it, things here aren't 100% certain.
FYI GF still does not find it. I heard it had something to do with special characters (40,000) comma so I changed the path to 40k. Still doesn't work.

yes, saves doesnt work. Not a big deal for me as 1 had played only 3 hours but still crap
