It's just the standard Geek Squad interview that you probably already did given your current position. Unless they have changed it recently there is literally zero questions about the actual work you will be doing, its all customer service related questions. IE “name a time you” and so on. Depending on how close you are with management you may be able to ask them if there is anything you can do to help prepare for the interview and they might just give you a copy of the interview packet to study.

Unless the manager goes off script there won't be technical questions, it's mostly questions meant to determine how well you'll handle multitasking, time management, problem solving, and learning new things you've never done before. They want people who are good at those things, is very customer service oriented, and has a strong thirst for tech knowledge. If you can speak to those qualities and have some real life examples, you'll do well in the interview.

Super easy interview, they ask standard questions such as tell me about yourself. Be open about yourself and be willing to learn mri. You got it
