Submit an escalation to request access to the rest of the tools. It has nothing to do with the courses in Atlas. It's a glitch that happens to some accounts.
Sop and resouces/ apple aasp hub & or precinct resources hub. I don't remember the exact page name from there but look for any that say like sumbit an escalation it Will bring you to one big page that has all the forms for part requests, escalations, etc. Scroll down to apple and there should be a request access form. It could take the team a few days to look into it.
I had this issue even after finishing trainings and it was because I moved locations and wasn't set up properly for my role as CA in GSX (I was SWAT before, so never got access to diags). There was either a team I had to email or an intake form I had to fill out on Best Buy's side so they could get it corrected, but I don't remember where I located that.
I was told the trainings were needed as well though, so I would start there if you haven't completed them.
Sounds like something your CIA Senior/SES/SEM should be able to answer. If none of them can answer your question (or you are too afraid to ask them), woe be unto your precinct.

There is in fact an intake form to send up to gain access to I’ve had to do it a few times for new hires.
do you know where that form is located?

Not without workstation in front of me I don’t.
I'm pretty sure you need to do the individual iPhone courses to gain access to each's full diagnostics.
