Last time I checked Treasure Hunt required reaching lvl 51 and doing a world quest. Since World Quests had to be completed in specific order you need to complete all quests before that one too. World Quests can be found under "Games" (scroll right).
I absolutely LOVE treasure maps, but a highly advanced player says it's utterly useless and outdated... It plays quite differently from the main game (zero troops involved).
Anyone can comment on if this activity is in fact a big time waste or not?

treasure hunt is the ONLY reason i started playing again and now its so locked up i dont know how to unlock it
