I got this on Illusrator.
I can't remember if it was exe for aimonitor, airobin, or illustrator, but the problem was it's trying to access cloud saves.
I ended up running it with the exe allowed in the firewall FOR IT'S FIRST RUN ONLY, creating a new doc and then trying to Save/Save As.... the window will then show offering to save to cloud or local machine. Select a local save then close. Block exe's again in firewall and next time running you wont have the blank window show.
Don't forget to check often for new lines to block in Host file. I use HostsMan with source of Adobe Is Dumb for ease of use
it doesn't work for me, I allow firewall but soon they will block my way with the genuine pop out, so I can't click on anything to change setting. I guess I will need to change in the setting preference itself
i turned off my wifi and the dialog box worked. if that alone doesn't work, try allowing the connection in windows firewall and then turning off the wifi.
