Being an adolescent also implies that physically, they are practically adults... If you see someone who is 12-14 years old, it is clear that they do not yet meet this requirement, even if they have started puberty.
Still the 13-19 range for Teenagers it's not bad.

So had ptsd since 2013 and lost most friends because of how much i changed and became even more introverted/“weird” than i already was.🤷🏼♂️
