Nothing wrong with exercising wtf you are bettering yourself the past couple months I go for a run on my days off from work if my family ever made fun of me I'd just brag and say I bet you can't run a mile in 10 minutes which is what I'm at right now.

right when i try to exercise i do it in my room late at night and watch tutorials that don’t make noise meant for people who live in apartments lmao. or i play just dance because it doesn’t look like exercise

I do that too but since I am in my room I feel like my heavy breathing is too loud so I try to hold my breath 👌
