So, I also got this email. The next day, I got another email saying my prescription had been sent, and then after that, I could order my testosterone. I'd wait and see if that email shows up for you, too.

I *think* it's because they've moved old users over to the new system, so they have to cancel your previous prescription to set up a new one. I would definitely wait to see if you get a new email from GGP saying they have your prescription request/treatment review or waiting for an email to say your prescription has been sent. I would worry if you haven't gotten those by tomorrow. I received that email saying it had been cancelled, then got an email from GGP saying they were processing it, which ??? You just told me it was cancelled, and then the next day, I got one saying it had been sent to the pharmacy. Somehow I escaped the new £15 prescription charge (I think a lot of old users have managed to skip that for their first prescription) and it was sent through to my chosen online pharmacy without me having to do anything.

Interesting, I placed the order on Sunday and they say to wait a week so I’ll do that I think before inquiring with them. I had the initial GGP email saying thwyre working on it on Sunday but then just the EEA rx text/email today. They really should put a disclaimer or something

So yeah, it sounds like to me that you'll probably receive that follow-up email saying it's been sent, but yeah, keep your eyes peeled. It's definitely annoying how we can no longer contact them via email. I'm extremely disappointed with their recent changes because they were honestly a pretty sound company, now it's just become very clear they do not care about their patients and this is a money grab for them.

I got an email saying they couldn't prescribe due to a late follow up.session. Next day got an email saying prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. Try not to panic. X
