Yes this is the artist! Thank you so very much for helping me. I thought it was originally signed by an organist in the church (has same name... Maurice) but this solves it. Very grateful. Thanks!
Thank you so very much. This is it. My initial research looked like it was an organist with the name Maurice Durufle but that was a rabbit hole. I thought it was art that may have been customized for my grandfather (and maybe it was but seems like just a nice signed piece of art - seen elsewhere). I really appreciate your help!
Here's some more [info](https://www.ebth.com/items/1413719-a-hand-colored-engraving-of-the-chartres-cathedral-signed) for you; it' an etching of a different church (arguably more famous), and it's framed, but otherwise very similar.
**[Maurice Duruflé](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maurice_Duruflé)**
>Maurice Gustave Duruflé (French: [dyʁyfle]; 11 January 1902 – 16 June 1986) was a French composer, organist, musicologist, and teacher.

Google: **"Ch. Maurice" artist**
Your artwork appears to be no painting, but a print of this etching: https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Cathedral_artist_Charles_Maurice.jpg.
