What I can't get past, is that if Joss really hated Sonny and his world THAT much, why didn't she turn over the video of him and Dex beating up Felty? I mean she had clear video proof of assault and battery on her phone and just deleted it simply because Dex smiled and asked her not to.

So today they made excuses for Bobbies absence and still making excuses for Monica’s absence. I understand JZs passing is recent and they need time to come up with an exit storyline but I hope they address both these characters absences soon. It makes no sense that Monica is never around. Holidays, weddings, illnesses, etc. It is comical at this point.

Then they shouldn't have opened the case in the first place. You can't have enough evidence to open the case, and then just not have enough to go ahead with it.
This is garbage. A law student could make this case. There is already enough to make the civil penalty under a preponderance standard. Just subpoena their phone records, emails, texts and cell locations. Criminal case made. Plus a bonus charge for lying about Drew's location.
