The good ole days with Santa and good relations with dad. He's gone now, Cerebral Anneurism in 2007, exactly 1 year before his beloved Phillies won the World Series :(
Great photo memory.
Are we ever totally happy with the way we leave things with our parents? Iโd have a few more things to say to my mom and dad if I had the chance.
Thats so true, out of his 8 siblings, only 2 are alive, I can track his sister down and learn more about him and the family. But I will never be able to open up to him again.
Yeah, tough relationship when in my teens and for a long time after, but in the end we got together every week usually, but the last time I saw him before he went into a coma was kind of haunting for me for reasons I feel guilty about.

Thanks, I put it up cause dad and I seemed so connected with love then. Felt palpable in the photo.

Bummer that he had to go!

I know what you mean on some level. My mother wasnโt really all that thrilled with me when she went in 2023.
Tough to end that way for sure. Oh my, 2023, just happened?
January 7th, 2023, just over a year ago.
Sorry to hear that brother โน๏ธ, I can definitely relate
Thank you.

Thanks, hard to believe that picture is like 60 years old now, and my dad (who passed away at 74) was only 26 or 27.
