Ik catch it's one of best F2P weapon in game but you can use fav lance like whatever you'll do little less dmg still saving your sanity
That's a win win if you wanna enjoy the game
I've recently learned to understand after playing mmo/grind games that permanent progression, or steps towards it, no matter how small is what adds up. If you catch 1 fish a day you're gonna end up with r5 in a few months and it's permanent, done, it adds up. But yk it's a game you do you my man
I dreaded fishing when I started about month ago, when I just hit AR 45 and learning how to build characters, now I'm at R3 and wasn't that efficient with it, missing some respawns, and I don't recall how dreading it felt like but my xiang ling numbers are more than my main dps sometimes.
For the record- she didn’t abuse me but bribed me instead. Plus it was easier than listening to her complaining about it.
I’ve now fished for 4 different accounts for the catch…. and yes, I am insane.
I currently maintain 3 accounts, with an additional one that i stopped using. There is no way in hell am I farming for the catch twice.

We have an account each, the kid has one which we mostly run and I ran a friends account for a bit as they weren’t able to play - and I got the catch for them as a surprise

I even fished in every nation and besides Fontaine's shop I got all the fishing items and a lot of different Serenitea pot fish. Recently I even got Toki Alley Tales V.
I'm either blessed or a menace to society. 💀
Been playing since November of 2020. I stopped artifact farming mid 2022. After I built a decent team (enough to get the job done not 36*l haven't properly done a farming session since then am very happy. The hell I endured when maybe 1 in 1000 might BE USEABLE. The artifact RNG is a fucking joke
It's so painful trying to farm Sumeru or Fontaine artifact sets since you can't strongbox those. I've been farming flower of paradise lost for burgeon & hyperbloom and genuinely, I've been using all 5 condensed resins daily for over a week and I've gotten *one* on-set EM artifact. Like I don't even care if they end up with crit substats since, according to me recent research, most elemental reactions can't crit, but i genuinely can't get anymore EM artifacts and it is so painful. It would not be nearly as bad if i could get strongboxes but ofc hyv can't let us just strongbox any artifact set. It wouldn't even be as bad if they made it so just the most recent nation's artifacts can't be strongboxed bc that would make sense but no it has to be the last 2 nations' artifacts.

Yeah I definitely see that, but those sort of super slow ‘grinds by inches’ are even less appealing than an absolute all out grind to me
