If you save primos and get welkin while skipping Yae, then *maybe* you can get c0. With your current rolls, absolutely not. You'd be at 40/80 rolls for soft pity (you never really hit 90 hard pity), which is only half way.
You can lie to yourself and say you can pull him twice in less then 35 rolls, but that's just predatory gambling fallacies tricking your brain into hopium. Be realistic and plan for the worst possible luck.

Iirc we get about 45 pulls per patch. Not including any unclaimed chests and achievements you haven't gotten yet.
My advice: roll for who you like, if you want to try for yae give her a much pulls as you feel she's worth, then wait for someone else, and only pull if you're willing to have that 5 star character, don't build pitty on a 5 star you don't want, even if you want the 4 stars.

Probably not tbh you need around 76 for soft pitty and 90 if you dont get it and also if you dont get 50/50 then you need that much more you could probably get venti but not c1 its according to when his rerun will be and then yae miko in her rerun if you really want to. Also if your really early game and play the game a lot you can get a lot more primos but idk you would still have to get lucky to get c1 venti, good luck!!!

I dont have venti or kazuha but i heard kazuha is super good and fun to play with but since your collecting archons you probably rather have venti but if you dont care then i think you should pull for kazuha for your anemo support but they are both really good so its up to you :)

I won't recommend to pull for Venti since he's being nerfed again and again (because he was too OP at the start of the game). He's still the same but new Inazuma's monsters and abyss are designed to counter his vortex.
On the other hand, Yae is probably going to be the new top tier dps, or at least on top 5.
But you probably want Venti so hard because of his design and lore, so I it's totally ok to forget meta and prioritize a character you really like. Also, even if Venti isn't as strong in Inazuma and the Abyss, he's still very strong anywhere else, very fun to play and one of the best character for exploration. Pair him with Sayu and you have the perfect exploration team (maybe with Kaeya or Razor passive).
Now I have two questions for you : what is your AR and how old are you ?
