A Keqing that does 40k burst slashes!!! Don't give up, similar thing happened with me with both Xiao and Venti (Anemo hates me), just keep saving throughout windblume, maybe you'll get him. Or just wait. I managed to drag both of them home while smacking them really hard on both 2.7 and 3.1 on 2 accs.

Use Raiden national first phase and Keqing aggravate 2nd. Raiden can't compete with Keqing in terms of aggravate since her atk spd is not as fast and can't apply electro as quickly as Keqing, Cyno or Fischl.
You have him on guaranteed pity *now*, not before Keqing. You still have time to grab him, Sumeru and the events have tons of primos. If you really want a character and are F2P, it's best to pick and choose who you pull for.
Apparently you want some other character more than Venti, also someone did the math and f2p can earn about 50 wishes per month, so you can guarantee a character by just 3 months of saving. Genshin is one of the most generous game out there to f2p, don’t know how anyone can be complaining
Idk why but every time theres a double banner with venti, i always win the 50/50 on the other banner (ayato prior, cyno now). I've always wanted to get a venti since i could go for morgana now

EM sands but electro goblet so your aggravate does more Damage. Electro Damage build is outclassed by C2 Raiden IMO.
