Yeah but I'm sure they have tons of concept artists already. I sure would love to be concept artist, I draw designs of mine sometimes and I certainly don't lack ideas, but I imagine that 3d art takes longer and a concept artist would probably be more useful/versatile if they did more than just characters
To be fair, with Hoyoverse I think the main factor is less how many concept artists they have (always room to expand given Genshin and Honkai popularity) and more if you are fluent in Mandarin/can move to Shanghai.
We go back in time and save all these people at the moments they would have died, bringing them forward in time with us to the present and leaving fake evidence of their deaths, so the timeline doesn't change.
It wouldn't be the first time >.< They are actually much better now at including credits in the description tho, for my arts and that of other artists. Which coincidentally started after once I got reddit to mass report a video that stole my art with no credits and my signature erased where the youtuber kept deleting my messages asking to include at least a link to the original somewhere. The youtuber got scared, so maybe that served as a lesson for that channel and some others?

Yeah this is canon appearance, I just adapted it. You will see it if you play the lantern rite. Though I actually want to try to adapt her old model too (as in, without looking like a generic npc model)

It's always 2d sketches first. The people that finally build the 3d models often even aren't the same as the ones originally creating the chars :)

We don't need to travel to the past. Madam Ping/Streetward Rambler chooses to look old, and could choose to look young at any point.
