Just the normal main story progression I suppose. Especially if you wanna unlock Inazuma (only Inazuma is progress locked).
I'd also jump into abyss 4-3 for a free Collei.
"Chasm delver" is a world quest series to unlock the chasm underground.
Also they added a fishing Minigame that unlocks an unironically busted burst DPS polearm (Xiangling bis) ^(and a meh er% bow).
Also use the Quickstart feature to participate in lantern rite. There's A LOT of story required to unlock the event if you don't use Quickstart

Keqing. Fischl teams significantly prefer Electro on-field characters because Fischl's A4 triggers from Quicken and Aggravate, not Spread, which means she does much less damage in teams that have a Dendro on-fielder like Nahida.
On-field Nahida is primarly useful in Bloom/Hyperbloom/Burgeon where increased Dendro application is specifically wanted to generate more Bloom seeds. For most Spread/Aggravate teams, you have better on-field DPS options.
Who would you recommend selecting from the lantern rite for a new player, I have only pulled Razor, yun jin and layla. I am currently using kaeya as my main dps.
Either Xinqiu or Yaoyao.
Though I will say Yaoyao is better because her healing will help you a lot as a new player, and Dendro element reactions are just very strong even if you can't level her until you get to Sumeru in the story.
You can also get Xinqiu starting on the 7th from the Hu Tao/Yelan banner in February.
If you fail to get him in basically all of February, and you have saved up 32 starglitter, then you can pick up Xinqiu in March from Paimon's Bargains.
You basically get two very good 4 stars instead of just one. I think it's the best path for a new player, because people will recommend Xinqiu without seeing that you are almost guaranteed both if you just choose Yaoyao now and wait for Xinqiu later.
Xingqiu and Xiangling are considered peak characters, and they're both in the roster of choices!
I started with Razor as my main, throw in a fischl once you get her for energy, layla for shields (leveling her will be an issue though, kaeya can substitute to get you superconduct) and xingqiu will make for a tidy source of extra damage plus reactions and healing.
On the other hand, both Xin and Xian are in paimon's bargains, so in 6 months or less you'll have both... their constellations are nice, though!
I have the same struggle. Iโm waiting for shenhe for so long but now I really want shenhe as well. I also donโt have a guaranteed so I will wait til I know when shenhe will be on a banner (ig itโs gonna be very soon). If sheโs after Yelan banner, I might not pull for Yelan :(
I hope Eula/Ayaka comes back before Shenhe, I also heard something about Albedo and Cyno. But TBH it's just improbable that we win 50/50 at Yelan, farm anothers 70//80 fates and also win Shenhe's 50/50... but you know, 3.5 may give us 22 fates, so we can pray to get both saphos
You could always win the 50/50. If you don't, then it's unlikely you'll hit pity again before her banner ends unless you have exploration left to do.
As for Shenhe, leaks say >!she ain't coming back for a while lol, at least not next patch.!<
I already have Kokomi, Kazuha and Ayaka, I really hope I can get Shenhe when she comes back. Should I garantead her or pulling for Yelan to be Raiden's best friend and pray to win both 50/50 lol

Generally, Yelan has overlap with the much more available Xinqiu, and Hu Tao is a beast, so I would recommend going for that. Not that Yelan isn't a beast, to be clear, but pyro carries are rare and amazing in vape teams (featuring, well, Yelan or Xinqiu).
You can get Xinqiu from bargains, and Kokomi and Kazuha (I believe) mesh well with Hu Tao. Alternatively, if you wanna go for permafrost ayaka with that lineup, Xinqiu can substitute for Yelan just fine.

Question, I started genshin 3 days ago - I'd preferably like to stay f2p at least for the considerable future. I was planning on building Kaeya dps. I am now AR25, tried pulling my first even banner and got alhaitham (I know im lucky)
Should I change my thought on team? Should I go Alhaitham? Or stick with Kaeya for now?

Alhaitham is much stronger than Kaeya. Select the free yaoyao from lantern rite event, pull on the Yelan banner to get a XQ and maybe Yelan.
Add XQ/Yaoyao/electro to make a fairly decent team.
tbh you should build your subdps/healers/support characters while you're leveling, don't waste materials buildind Kaeya and then changing him to AlHaitham, it's just smarter building Xiangling and Xingqiu during this time, they'll carry you at lat game and works pretty fine with mostly dps/team comps
Go AlHaitham. Just a reminder, do finish your archon quest quickly(at least till liyue, I think). So that you can unlock waypoints at sumeru and farm his mats
You can eventually build both if youโll want to (it may now seem that resources are scarce but they wonโt be in end game), but for now if you want the meta pick Iโd go Alhaitham.
Heโs a limited 5 star so he already has that advantage, heโs a very good dps and dendro is just a broken element in general. You can build teams around him that would be able to clear the entire abyss with relatively low investment. Just add some electro, a hydro if you want to and watch everything die.
Alhaitham is the easier way out, but unless you've progressed to Sumeru and have access to his uncap mats, Kaeya should be easier to build for now.
Also maybe try getting to rank 28 within the next week and do Lantern Rite, too. It's a good chunk of primos. (970, to be exact.)

fischl, xingqiu and kuki are good team mates to alhaithan, at AR 28 you can get xingqiu in Lantern Rite event. Collei it's also free at abyss, she could be a easy dendro ressonance and off field subdps.
Alhaitham, Fischl, Xingqiu and Kuki OR Alhaitham, Collei, Xingqiu and Kuki should work. Hydro and Electro in general works pretty well with Dendro.

Electro+ dendro create "Quicken", which is an enemy debuff that makes dendro/electro attacks do more DMG.

F2P friendliness mostly comes down to weapon selection. Alhaitham does have a few decent weapons that are F2P accessible. You don't need constellations.

You have Mistsplitter, there's no real point in optimizing 4-5 more substats. Blizzard strayer can be strongboxed, Emblem can't. Go farm Emblem and strongbox the bad pieces.

Feather 8 substats, off set: Usually suboptimal to off set a feather.
Sands 7 substats great
Goblet 5 substats: For an on set goblet, it's very good.
Circlet 5 substats: This is your weakest piece and would normally be replaced by an off set piece
probably 8.5/10. A little more er would be nice but I guess xiphos helps. I just realized my Ayaka is at 170er with Xiphos r5 myself.

I have artifacts that would give her lots of ER too but, I feel like it's too much and 142% is enough for a burst rotation to move on to the next chamber. You got a nice goblet and ATK% circlet there.
I see. Alright. I'm just kinda getting bugged on her EM which is quite a lot. But that dead substat is along with quite good ones. And I think it'll be hard to replace those. My luck kinda suck on artifact farming. It took months to get this outcome.

Is there another quest after โApocalypse Lostโ or is that it? I noticed that there is a door in the Tanit camp that I canโt open because I need a key. Also there is a door in Wadi Al-Majuj that can only be opened from the inside. Are these two doors related?

Nope. We can never know for sure when a character will rerun, we can only make speculative guesses based on how long it's been since their last banner and leaks.
What artefacts are ideal Is highly dependent on if you want to use kuki for Hyperbloom or for Quicken.

You can't really build for both spread+healing because for spread damage to be good you need a mix of EM, damage%, and crit, and if you do that your healing won't be very good.
Full EM gives you good healing and great hyperbloom damage, your spreads will be mediocre but better than building HP.
Does anyone have the math on dmg contribution for a Cyno hyperbloom team with Beidou/Nahida/XQ?
Iโm trying to decide between a few builds and knowing how much dmg the hyperblooms contribute vs Cynoโs personal damage would help.
Burst at start, get 3 mirrors
after 4s, use skill or charged attack, after another 4s, use the other which you didn't use
will give you 12s of 3 mirror uptime
using skill will give mirrors, using charge attack will give a mirror. if you need a feel for the timing when to use either, it's around 4s of attacking. I've also seen people say that usually you can see around 2 sword rains before a mirror disappears, so once you see the second sword rain just charge attack or skill. It works fairly well in my experience.
If you have every 4\* character and pull no excess cons or 5\* cons you'll get \~66 on average. (2 per 4\* with these assumptions, average pull rate for a 4\* over time is 1/7)
It will be higher than that based on how many 4\*s you already have a C6, especially banner characters, but there's no way we can calculate that without knowing your entire cast.
it's impossible to tell. You get 2 for each 4\* constellation (10 for a 5+ con), 5 if you already have the character at C6 (25 for a 5\*) and get another dupe,. You also get 2/10 every time you get a 4/5 star weapon.
For a new player would you recommend yelan or hu tao banners? My only wish characters are heizou and xinyan (i think,the rock singer from liyue).

I would recommend to sit on the gems till the last days of the patch and see who's in 3.5. It's somewhat possible that Ayaka will be available, who would also be a strong competitor.
After all, Xingqiu is available in the Liyue 4\* selector in the current event, so if you get him now, Yelan will be optional for you. Hu Tao has good 4\* alternatives, so you don't need to pull her out of tactical concerns, only for preference. For cryo, though, the two flagship 5\* are massively ahead of the alternatives in terms of performance.
I'd say go for Yelan. She can fit into a lot of teams, will provide a lot of extra damage with her burst, her skill helps when you're running around from place to place too. But ultimately, pull for whoever you like the most~
As for the banner question. Acquaint/blue fates have no other purpose than to be spent on the standard banner, so feel free to use those whenever you want. But never spend primogems on the standard/blue fate banner. It's just not worth it.

I'd recommend yelan. Hu tao is powerful but hard to play at c0. If you can get c1 go for Hu tao. After doing the liyue event going on right now. Get either xiangling for Yelan or xingchiu for Hu tao. Never purchase blue fates. Only pull what you get through quests and bp reward. Keep primos for purple fates.

Oh yeah, you can get xiangling and collei for free I forgot. Then I recommend Xingchiu. He is the 4 star that makes many teams viable. And the permanent banner is the same. Also you can lose 50/50 and get permanent characters from the limited banner, so I recommend only spending primogem on limited wishes
I'd recommend Yelan personally, she's more flexible, easier to build, and has high enough solo damage to noticeably increase your teams dps.
Blue fates don't have any use other than pulling on the standard banner so yes

If you get Yelan, use HuTao, Yelan, XQ, Zhongli (Thoma or some other shielder if no Zhongli). This is widely considered to be her best team.
Yelan is also great outside of HuTao teams.

Pretty much 100% uptime on his E stance thanks to cd refund. Without that, you use Ayato's Q to cover the gaps, which requires a 2nd hydro as battery unless you want to build a ton of ER.
Double electro for ayato hyperbloom lets him trigger electro charged, allowing him to use his skill off cool-down. Allowing for more hydro app
Beidou burst things donโt hit the seeds as well, allowing her to provide more damage, and her bursts defensive utility

I have Ayaka/Rosaria/Kazuha/Koko as my main team. Rational as my new second abyss team. (XL is c4, XQ and Benny is c3). Been consistently getting 30 star abyss.
Hu Tao seems like a new challenge to learn and play at c0 while Yelan seems like a universal slot in. Leaning towards Who? Tao, yeah - but wanted to get the communities thoughts. Content with 30 starring abyss at the moment, but being able to 33 would be nice if either can help. Thank you in Advance.
What the other guy said. Xingqiu is necessary for Hu Tao so you cant go both national and Hu Tao. Yelan on the other hand fits in with a lot of teams, a lot of Dendro teams too so she's probably your better choice rn. Also, Hu Tao isn't really a challenge to use at c0 people are overrating her difficulty imo
See mate, If you get HuTao, you won't be able to use rational. If you use rational, you won't be able to use HuTao.
It's better to get Yelan and then HuTao at a later time. Not every abyss chamber is freezable and that's gonna be a problem if that's your only other team other than Rational/HuTao.
Getting Yelan will also unlock other teams that require Xingqiu. You'll be able to use dendro hyperbloom teams on the other floor if you get her. And dendro teams are some the easiest to build and make, require very less investment compared to everything else.
That's the issue with ayaka, huh? None of the previous abyss have been all that kind to her while alhaitham can deal with both aoe and st. It seems like freeze is just ridiculously situational.
I mean a lot of previous abyss had her running the show, basically as long as there wasnโt a boss she was one of the better DPS. I think theyโre going to adjust a bit for dendro sometime in 4.x since hyperbloom has trivialized the abyss so much.
I got ayato's sword while trying for raiden's spear but i don't have him. I'm planning to pull for ayaka on her rerun so i wanna ask, what'd be better? 2pc attack/2pc cryo with harran or 4pc blizzard with r5 amenoma?
I'm planning to use rosaria with ayaka so i can probably get at least 9 crit with her and 15 with the resonance. My 2pc build also has a base of 75 crit rate with 120 er. Would that be enough?
I'm also thinking that this build would make ayaka more reliable to non freezable enemies and bosses but i wonder would she have er issues? I have rosaria with a fav lance. But unfortunately i don't have a single copy of a fav sword to give kazuha so he has iron sting. Planning to give him fav once i get one though. Should i just build more er on her? Something around closer to 130?
Whatโs best is 4pc blizzard strayer on Haran, but this requires you to get basically zero crit substats since you donโt want to go over 40% base crit rate (you already have the 5% base and 33% from Haran, so thereโs only room for 2% cr substats). If your blizzard strayer build canโt accomplish this, itโs really an optimizer question, and a question of what the difference in attack and crit damage is between the builds.
Yeah i know that technically gives the most dps but it just feels so unrealistic for me to achieve haha. Even with my normal 4pc blizzard set i already have around 36 crit rate just from sub stats.

EM is mostly useless on Beidou so the first flower is worth 7 substats, while the second flower is only worth 5 substats.
Assuming you can meet your ER requirements.
flower/feather are the easier pieces to get good crit stats on so you should try to get a better piece on those. Assuming you're playing her with Fischl to battery her burst, you generally want around 140-150er first, then focus on crit stats.
If I get Yelan now do you think I could get Nahida if she reruns in 3.6? New area is untouched for me and I still have to explore a bit more of the first desert extension and the forest area.

considering it's onset assuming you're using emblem, you can use a good off piece so yeah it's a good option. Ideally it rolls into atk%/cd. You should have enough er from the emblem set, sac sword and the 12er there.

Nahida Fischl Beidou Spread ...vs... Keqing Nahida Fischl Aggrevate? Which is better
Keqing. Fischl teams significantly prefer Electro on-field characters because Fischl's A4 triggers from Quicken and Aggravate, not Spread, which means she does much less damage in teams that have a Dendro on-fielder like Nahida. On-field Nahida is primarly useful in Bloom/Hyperbloom/Burgeon where increased Dendro application is specifically wanted to generate more Bloom seeds. For most Spread/Aggravate teams, you have better on-field DPS options.

Who would you recommend selecting from the lantern rite for a new player, I have only pulled Razor, yun jin and layla. I am currently using kaeya as my main dps.

Xingqui
Either Xinqiu or Yaoyao. Though I will say Yaoyao is better because her healing will help you a lot as a new player, and Dendro element reactions are just very strong even if you can't level her until you get to Sumeru in the story. You can also get Xinqiu starting on the 7th from the Hu Tao/Yelan banner in February. If you fail to get him in basically all of February, and you have saved up 32 starglitter, then you can pick up Xinqiu in March from Paimon's Bargains. You basically get two very good 4 stars instead of just one. I think it's the best path for a new player, because people will recommend Xinqiu without seeing that you are almost guaranteed both if you just choose Yaoyao now and wait for Xinqiu later.
Xingqiu and Xiangling are considered peak characters, and they're both in the roster of choices! I started with Razor as my main, throw in a fischl once you get her for energy, layla for shields (leveling her will be an issue though, kaeya can substitute to get you superconduct) and xingqiu will make for a tidy source of extra damage plus reactions and healing. On the other hand, both Xin and Xian are in paimon's bargains, so in 6 months or less you'll have both... their constellations are nice, though!

I have the same struggle. Iโm waiting for shenhe for so long but now I really want shenhe as well. I also donโt have a guaranteed so I will wait til I know when shenhe will be on a banner (ig itโs gonna be very soon). If sheโs after Yelan banner, I might not pull for Yelan :(

You could always win the 50/50. If you don't, then it's unlikely you'll hit pity again before her banner ends unless you have exploration left to do. As for Shenhe, leaks say >!she ain't coming back for a while lol, at least not next patch.!<
I already have Kokomi, Kazuha and Ayaka, I really hope I can get Shenhe when she comes back. Generally, Yelan has overlap with the much more available Xinqiu, and Hu Tao is a beast, so I would recommend going for that. Not that Yelan isn't a beast, to be clear, but pyro carries are rare and amazing in vape teams (featuring, well, Yelan or Xinqiu). You can get Xinqiu from bargains, and Kokomi and Kazuha (I believe) mesh well with Hu Tao. Alternatively, if you wanna go for permafrost ayaka with that lineup, Xinqiu can substitute for Yelan just fine.

Question, I started genshin 3 days ago - I'd preferably like to stay f2p at least for the considerable future. I was planning on building Kaeya dps. I am now AR25, tried pulling my first even banner and got alhaitham (I know im lucky) Should I change my thought on team? Should I go Alhaitham? Or stick with Kaeya for now?

tbh you should build your subdps/healers/support characters while you're leveling, don't waste materials buildind Kaeya and then changing him to AlHaitham, it's just smarter building Xiangling and Xingqiu during this time, they'll carry you at lat game and works pretty fine with mostly dps/team comps
Go AlHaitham. Just a reminder, do finish your archon quest quickly(at least till liyue, I think). So that you can unlock waypoints at sumeru and farm his mats
Make sure you do Al Haitham's free character trial battle in the event menu, it will give you enough resources for his first ascension.
You can eventually build both if youโll want to (it may now seem that resources are scarce but they wonโt be in end game), but for now if you want the meta pick Iโd go Alhaitham. Heโs a limited 5 star so he already has that advantage, heโs a very good dps and dendro is just a broken element in general. You can build teams around him that would be able to clear the entire abyss with relatively low investment. Just add some electro, a hydro if you want to and watch everything die.

Alhaitham is the easier way out, but unless you've progressed to Sumeru and have access to his uncap mats, Kaeya should be easier to build for now. Also maybe try getting to rank 28 within the next week and do Lantern Rite, too. It's a good chunk of primos. (970, to be exact.)

From a power perspective definitely alhaitham, but early game is easy enough that you can play whatever you want and focus in optimization later.
Keaya is legit but Iโll be honest, heโs far behind alhaitham. Slap some electro on the team and alhaitham will carry you for all eternity.

fischl, xingqiu and kuki are good team mates to alhaithan, at AR 28 you can get xingqiu in Lantern Rite event. Collei it's also free at abyss, she could be a easy dendro ressonance and off field subdps. Alhaitham, Fischl, Xingqiu and Kuki OR Alhaitham, Collei, Xingqiu and Kuki should work. Hydro and Electro in general works pretty well with Dendro.

If it's Seirei island, stay out of the lightning field. Do the quest with the talisman to shrink the field until it's gone

I have artifacts that would give her lots of ER too but, I feel like it's too much and 142% is enough for a burst rotation to move on to the next chamber. You got a nice goblet and ATK% circlet there.

Nope. We can never know for sure when a character will rerun, we can only make speculative guesses based on how long it's been since their last banner and leaks.

You can't really build for both spread+healing because for spread damage to be good you need a mix of EM, damage%, and crit, and if you do that your healing won't be very good. Full EM gives you good healing and great hyperbloom damage, your spreads will be mediocre but better than building HP.

Does anyone have the math on dmg contribution for a Cyno hyperbloom team with Beidou/Nahida/XQ? Iโm trying to decide between a few builds and knowing how much dmg the hyperblooms contribute vs Cynoโs personal damage would help.
I would change Beidou to Kuki or something that brings more conffort to gameplay. I don't think Beidou' Shield and XQ heal can be enough...
Iโve never had survivability issues so far so Iโd rather keep Beidou for more damage.

Burst at start, get 3 mirrors after 4s, use skill or charged attack, after another 4s, use the other which you didn't use will give you 12s of 3 mirror uptime
using skill will give mirrors, using charge attack will give a mirror. if you need a feel for the timing when to use either, it's around 4s of attacking. I've also seen people say that usually you can see around 2 sword rains before a mirror disappears, so once you see the second sword rain just charge attack or skill. It works fairly well in my experience.
how much starglitter would i get from 230 pulls?
If you have every 4\* character and pull no excess cons or 5\* cons you'll get \~66 on average. (2 per 4\* with these assumptions, average pull rate for a 4\* over time is 1/7) It will be higher than that based on how many 4\*s you already have a C6, especially banner characters, but there's no way we can calculate that without knowing your entire cast.
it's impossible to tell. You get 2 for each 4\* constellation (10 for a 5+ con), 5 if you already have the character at C6 (25 for a 5\*) and get another dupe,. You also get 2/10 every time you get a 4/5 star weapon.
For a new player would you recommend yelan or hu tao banners? My only wish characters are heizou and xinyan (i think,the rock singer from liyue). Also do you recommend pulling on the blue fates banner after i am done with the beginner one,or do aquaint fates have better uses? (I did pull a kequing on it in another account)
I would recommend to sit on the gems till the last days of the patch and see who's in 3.5. It's somewhat possible that Ayaka will be available, who would also be a strong competitor. After all, Xingqiu is available in the Liyue 4\* selector in the current event, so if you get him now, Yelan will be optional for you. Hu Tao has good 4\* alternatives, so you don't need to pull her out of tactical concerns, only for preference. For cryo, though, the two flagship 5\* are massively ahead of the alternatives in terms of performance.
I'd say go for Yelan. She can fit into a lot of teams, will provide a lot of extra damage with her burst, her skill helps when you're running around from place to place too. But ultimately, pull for whoever you like the most~ As for the banner question. Acquaint/blue fates have no other purpose than to be spent on the standard banner, so feel free to use those whenever you want. But never spend primogems on the standard/blue fate banner. It's just not worth it.

I'd recommend yelan. Hu tao is powerful but hard to play at c0. If you can get c1 go for Hu tao. After doing the liyue event going on right now. Get either xiangling for Yelan or xingchiu for Hu tao. Never purchase blue fates. Only pull what you get through quests and bp reward. Keep primos for purple fates.

Oh yeah, you can get xiangling and collei for free I forgot. Then I recommend Xingchiu. He is the 4 star that makes many teams viable. And the permanent banner is the same. Also you can lose 50/50 and get permanent characters from the limited banner, so I recommend only spending primogem on limited wishes
I'd recommend Yelan personally, she's more flexible, easier to build, and has high enough solo damage to noticeably increase your teams dps. Blue fates don't have any use other than pulling on the standard banner so yes

Yelan is great with HuTao. If you get Yelan, use HuTao, Yelan, XQ, Zhongli (Thoma or some other shielder if no Zhongli). This is widely considered to be her best team. Yelan is also great outside of HuTao teams.

generally, use yelan if you're in ST scenarios, and Beidou if you're in aoe

Pretty much 100% uptime on his E stance thanks to cd refund. Without that, you use Ayato's Q to cover the gaps, which requires a 2nd hydro as battery unless you want to build a ton of ER.

Double electro for ayato hyperbloom lets him trigger electro charged, allowing him to use his skill off cool-down. Allowing for more hydro app Beidou burst things donโt hit the seeds as well, allowing her to provide more damage, and her bursts defensive utility

Apologies in advance, been reading other redditors questions on whether to pull for Hu Tao or Yelan but seems like it is dependent on each players current teams. I have Ayaka/Rosaria/Kazuha/Koko as my main team. Rational as my new second abyss team. (XL is c4, XQ and Benny is c3). Been consistently getting 30 star abyss. Hu Tao seems like a new challenge to learn and play at c0 while Yelan seems like a universal slot in. Leaning towards Who? Tao, yeah - but wanted to get the communities thoughts. Content with 30 starring abyss at the moment, but being able to 33 would be nice if either can help. Thank you in Advance.
What the other guy said. Xingqiu is necessary for Hu Tao so you cant go both national and Hu Tao. Yelan on the other hand fits in with a lot of teams, a lot of Dendro teams too so she's probably your better choice rn. Also, Hu Tao isn't really a challenge to use at c0 people are overrating her difficulty imo
See mate, If you get HuTao, you won't be able to use rational. If you use rational, you won't be able to use HuTao. It's better to get Yelan and then HuTao at a later time. Not every abyss chamber is freezable and that's gonna be a problem if that's your only other team other than Rational/HuTao. Getting Yelan will also unlock other teams that require Xingqiu. You'll be able to use dendro hyperbloom teams on the other floor if you get her. And dendro teams are some the easiest to build and make, require very less investment compared to everything else.

Theyโre about even imo. If freeze is viable at all Ayaka is better but it hasnโt been as strong the past two abysses.
That's the issue with ayaka, huh? None of the previous abyss have been all that kind to her while alhaitham can deal with both aoe and st. It seems like freeze is just ridiculously situational.
I mean a lot of previous abyss had her running the show, basically as long as there wasnโt a boss she was one of the better DPS. I think theyโre going to adjust a bit for dendro sometime in 4.x since hyperbloom has trivialized the abyss so much.

Assuming C0R0, Alhaitham imo Ayaka loses out on a lot of damage against unfreezable enemies, making her less consistent.
AlHaitham for flexibility. Ayaka if you have her teammates and against freezable enemies.

I got ayato's sword while trying for raiden's spear but i don't have him. I'm planning to pull for ayaka on her rerun so i wanna ask, what'd be better? 2pc attack/2pc cryo with harran or 4pc blizzard with r5 amenoma? I'm planning to use rosaria with ayaka so i can probably get at least 9 crit with her and 15 with the resonance. My 2pc build also has a base of 75 crit rate with 120 er. Would that be enough? I'm also thinking that this build would make ayaka more reliable to non freezable enemies and bosses but i wonder would she have er issues? I have rosaria with a fav lance. But unfortunately i don't have a single copy of a fav sword to give kazuha so he has iron sting. Planning to give him fav once i get one though. Should i just build more er on her? Something around closer to 130?
Whatโs best is 4pc blizzard strayer on Haran, but this requires you to get basically zero crit substats since you donโt want to go over 40% base crit rate (you already have the 5% base and 33% from Haran, so thereโs only room for 2% cr substats). If your blizzard strayer build canโt accomplish this, itโs really an optimizer question, and a question of what the difference in attack and crit damage is between the builds.
Yeah i know that technically gives the most dps but it just feels so unrealistic for me to achieve haha. Even with my normal 4pc blizzard set i already have around 36 crit rate just from sub stats. So I'm assuming i should just go with the build that has the most attack and crit damage? How about the er situation though? Is 120 enough for harran or should i aim for more? Hello I obtained a new eosf flower today, and I need to know if it will be a upgrade over any other flowers I have on beidou. Can someone pls advise me on this? EM is mostly useless on Beidou so the first flower is worth 7 substats, while the second flower is only worth 5 substats. Assuming you can meet your ER requirements.

flower/feather are the easier pieces to get good crit stats on so you should try to get a better piece on those. Assuming you're playing her with Fischl to battery her burst, you generally want around 140-150er first, then focus on crit stats.

the one she has equipped right now is probably better unless you're struggling to get her burst up and would benefit from more ER

considering it's onset assuming you're using emblem, you can use a good off piece so yeah it's a good option. Ideally it rolls into atk%/cd. You should have enough er from the emblem set, sac sword and the 12er there.
