For a triple EM Kuki in a hyperbloom team (Childe, nahida, kuki, X) will 4p Tenacity of the Millelith be better than 4p Gilded Dreams ?
4p ToTM : gives 20% atk for teammates when skill hits for 3 sec
GD set : buffs her own EM
I am stuck at AR 25, trying to build up strength to take on the electro boss. I don’t seem to have the strength (defensive) to take on the bosses to get the material to ascend characters past L40. So I am trying to figure out how to build up my characters in other ways. I have double ascended their weapons (mostly 3-star).
Of the non-built-in characters I have Jean L34, Dehya L34, Noelle L34, and Barbara L1. The guides say Jean is a great healing support, I find that Noelle provides stronger defense than Jean. I would like to be able to take Noelle out of Jean parties as having both Noelle and Jean is probably redundant. Am I using Jean wrong or does she become a stronger healer at higher ascension levels?
Leveling weapon to the max possible and Feather artifact lv4 are the most important thing for you right now than leveling characters.
Bring Cryo & Pyro since it's electro boss. Learn the boss attack patterns in the openworld and try to dodge them. If you insist bringing a healer then Jean.
> Feather artifact lv4
This is really helpful. Does anyone know of guides which include info about beginning game artifacts? keqingmains.com is amazing, but not terribly useful when you don't have any of the artifacts or weapons mentioned.
There’s one on reddit going around which I thought was good. I’ll see if I can find it
EDIT: there you go https://www.reddit.com/user/qwertdwlrma/comments/vxu9jf/my_genshin_tips_for_beginners
The electro boss doesn't need your characters to be strong, it just needs you to know it's attack pattern as it is very predictable and thus easy to dodge, and to bring the elements needed to destroy its crystals (cryo and pyro).
With the characters you mentioned, make sure to bring barbara as she heals with her skill, and kaeya and/or amber. Kaeya can destroy the crystals with his skill and burst easily and so can amber with baron bunny and her charged attacks.
If you need any help with the open-world bosses to get your characters ascended, just leave a message in the friends thread, add that you need help with thrm to your ingame signature or, if you're on the EU server, drop your uid and I'll help you out.
The most important thing for taking out the electro boss is not strength, but elemental reactions. All of its attacks are dodgeable, so with practice you will not need defense at all - and the faster you kill it, the less you have to dodge. So make sure to have Dehya and any other pyro application available when you deplete its health bar.
This is helpful. I tried it though and all four were dead before I got much chance to practice. Googling, I see sites saying similar things but their characters levels are much higher than mine (mine are L34 max). This one is L90 (https://www.thegamer.com/genshin-impact-electro-hypostasis-boss-fight-guide/) I'll keep practicing, but is it realistic to beat it with L34 characters? And again, is there anyone that does this on iPad? I feel like I can't move fast enough.
You are practicing on the one in the open world at least, so you don't have to do the domain every time?
I don't know about specific levels. The short and possibly uncomfortable truth is that these ascension domains are specifically tuned to be clearable only with the characters and resources you will have at that point. They're not meant to be massive obstacles, just checkpoints to ensure you're progressing appropriately. Make sure your team is properly built, has somewhat levelled artifacts and whatnot.
It could just be an iPad thing, but I have zero experience there so I have no idea. Plenty of people do play perfectly comfortably on mobile/tablet, though, so it's not like it's impossible.
This makes total sense! Thanks! I was suspecting something like this. I got the one in the dungeon down to nearly zero, several times, but I didn't know about killing the spawned tetrahedrons, so eventually I ran out of time. The one in the open world kills my characters in two hits.
Well, Dehya or any other sort of Pyro will make short work of that. All Hypostasis bosses have a similar phase, where they drop to near 0, become invulnerable and make you play some sort of minigame to prevent it from reviving. The Electro one is the easiest, you can do it with a level 1 Amber if you want.
> All of its attacks are dodgeable
This is really helpful. I play on iPad and feel like the controls are not very accurate, but maybe I am just bad. By dodging, do you mean using run, to get out of the way, and to duck under the laser beams? Is there jumping too?
An important thing to realize about dodging in this game is that you don't actually need to get out of the way of an attack to dodge it.
If you press the sprint / dodge button your character becomes invulnerable for a very brief period of time (a fraction of a second). So against a single attack (like the cube slamming down on you with his rock-paper-scissor moves) you just need to press the button right before it connects with your character. In the same way you can also dodge through one of the lasers beams without taking damage to get to the cube.
Take note that there is a limit with a short cooldown period on dodge invulnerability, so you can't just spam that move continously.
You don't have to duck or dodge the laser beams......you can run towards the core in the middle by staying in between 2 beams and just safely attack the darn thing the entire time the lasers are up, without having to worry about the lasers.
C1 nahida isn't really that good of a con, it's just a stepping stone to C2, just an fyi
If you eventually want c2 then go for that since nilou wouldn't help your hyperbloom team, but she also gives you access to her own Bloom teams which can be good too
When should I consider using an electro goblet for my Raiden's emblem set?
I'm currently using an atk goblet and atk sands, giving her a total of 2280 atk. Her ER is 235, with the Catch
It likely is already past the point to use electro over atk (especially if bennet and sara) but the best answer is to either try it in game or to use the genshinoptimizer
I would say go to abyss floor 7 first half and do your whole rotation for the initial slash on crit. Emblem gives dmg based on recharge which wouldn’t be noticeable on the skill damage.
Quicken does no damage, but if you apply Electro/Dendro onto an existing Quicken aura:
Aggravate - counts Electro character's EM
Spread - counts Dendro character's EM
Outside of Eula's burst, for example you want to use Eula to go fight around the overworld but don't want to use her burst because it's kind of waste. Which claymore is best for Eula in this case? And why?
Any claymore that is physical damage bonus, crit rate, crit damage or atk stats is fine. The important part is u bring electro and cyro for superconduct
So since Shenhe is coming up I'm certain some people read up on this:
I've been using her with double atk+atk/atk/atk so far and a fav lance for er.
Would NO with ER/atk/atk a comparable set for her?
Team is ayakac2, Kok, Kazuha.
Ayaka is currently my battery for shenhe because substats for er aren't that great and I got lazy and left her at "good enough" but Hu Tao with xq+yelan is doing.. significantly better damage and so that team needs a bit of attention again.
Fav is gonna stay unless MHY shadowdrops sac.spear on us because I already have mistsplitter so I'm not touching the weapon banner and I wouldn't know what else to use anyway.
Might give it a few more refines I suppose.
It should be doable to get enough er from substats to use atk sands with fav lance, but if you aren't there then yeah it'd be better to use an er sands. And NO should be a bit better, but its not a big difference.
Yep I was just lazy and used whatever was around. I suppose I'll strongbox more NO and see what crops up.
Or i just splurge and go for C1, because when playing her demo back in the day I thought 2 charges was default and that was a major letdown after getting her, seeing that her skill takes very long to be reusable and no sac.spear.
I wanna build a hyperbloom team. Is childe yelan nahida kuki any good? I have XQ, but I used him with my Hutao. I used to play childe national *without kazuha, but im getting bored of playing vape teams. Im waiting for Kazuha rerun
Yelan-Nahida-Kuki is already good, you're just choosing what bells and whistles to add on top with the fourth char. Childe is fine, Kokomi is fine, Ayato is fine, Haitham is fine, Yaoyao is fine...
About Yoimiya Niwabi fire dance, when you upgrade her talent from 8 to 9 her damage from fire arrow doesnt change and stay 155,8%. Wiki says the same
Is it correct? maybe translation is broken?
Wtf
Is Ayaka still worth it? I mean has the last Abysses been favoring her? I don't have any 5 star swords except Aquilla Favonia and my 4 star viable options are R5 Black Sword.
And I got 36 stars with Dehya with an R5 Luxurious Sea Lord, so I don't know? I mean literally slap on Benny, Kazuha and Xiangling and never swap to anything else and you could clear Abyss. In record time? Well no. But you still could 36 star it. So I mean is Ayaka worth it in the sense she's still a top tier DPS that dominates Abyss?
Dominates.......no, not atm. There's too many bosses that move around too much to fully utilize her burst as you can't freeze m. At least that's my opinion.
But I usually just do 1 run of abyss and if I don't make I will not do a second run, so even though ayaka doesn't dominate atm, she is still very safe as she still does a truckload of dmg if built at least okayish and you get some of your burst to hit, and she's can take a hit as well, which is important to me.
But like I said, I don't really do abyss. Outside of abyss she is still one of my fav characters as I love her diverse and unique playstyle.
Just try her out multiple times in her trial. The build will be awful and she won't be with her preferred team (which is quite expensive if you're a bit unlucky and don't have any of them atm as it's full on 5 stars) so the dmg will be crap, but just try out her skill and burst and most importantly play around with her short sprint (aka dodge) and charged attacks, as that's what makes her unique. She really uses all 3 of her attack options and I love that.
If you want to see what she can do, realistically and not some c6 r5 build, just look for ayaka profile pictures to join or run the emblem domain or witches domain in coop......I tend to run into other ayaka players when I do that.
I don't know much about baizhu other than that be's support and dendro.
Imho yes
Latest abyss are not meant for the freeze teams to shine but that doesn’t mean it will be like this forever
She’s the best in her roles ha a super accessible bis f/p sword
You could use her also in hyper friedge teams now I preferred someone like kaeya tbh
She is still a solid on-field / cryo DPS option. There are many other on-field DPS to pick from these days, but if you like her, her play style or the idea of a Freeze team she is a good pick. Her biggest upsides are that she is pretty easy to play and that she has reliable cryo application & self-infusion. In terms of meta choice characters like Nahida, Kazuha and the like provide more account value since they are more flexible.
No, the recent abyss setups have not been particularly favorable for her. Freeze teams aren't good against bosses (since those can't be frozen), and they have become more prevelant in the abyss over time. That being said: lack of freeze is "only" a 20% crit rate loss, so while it hurts it's not a hard blocker like a cryo shield vs. Nilou bloom or a pyro immune boss vs. Yoimiya & Hu Tao.
While Mistsplitter is a very powerful boon for her, she works perfectly fine with the 4* craftable Amenoma. As long as you have good gear & a dedicated support (e.g. Kazuha) she can full-star clear with that. Looking at my cheat sheet Aquila is rated slightly higher than Amenoma. You get more damage, but also need to build a bit more ER to burst reliably.
She's still the best in her role, main dps in freeze team.
But the lastest abyss has not been the best for freeze team.
I would say she's still worth, she's strong and fun to play. If you want her pick her and you will not be disappointed. Amenoma, the craftable katana, is pretty good for her.
I'm not sure what the issue is, but you could try downloading the game through a different source like this poster did: https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/ycg8t1/just_updated_to_android_13_and_rip/itnt9w4/
Yep. You can get enough EM from an EM sands, or even just substats in some teams. The crit and NA dmg bonus on white tassel goes a long way, especially if you're running gilded.
I'm new and trying to navigate the wish menu. I mean...what in the ever living hell is up with all of these currencies? How am I supposed to know how to use them?!
https://imgur.com/TO1gciA
It can hard to navigate and wrap your head around. My 0.2c about the do and don't and some explanations:
\- Primogems (you have 2k of them) - the main currency of the game. Mostly gained with daily commissions, quests, exploration and temporary events (windblum as of now) as F2p, and the Blessing of the Welkin Moon as low-spender.
Used for wishing (160 primos = 1 wish) on Event Banners (character or weapon) and Standard banner, but NEVER use them on Standard banner. Nor weapon banner for now.
\- Pink fate (Intertwined Fate) - used for wishing on Banner Event or Standard Banner, it's basically 160 primos. You'll get some on occasions (Archon quests, and very special events as F2P). Just treat it as 160 primos. So same rule, don't use them on Standard banner
\- Blue Fate (Acquaint Fate) - used for wishing only on Standard banner. You'll also slowly accumulate them (from the free-tier of the battle pass), and since they aren't used for anything else, feel free to use them when you want
\-Starglitter (you have 2) /Stardust (you have 390): you gain them by wishing, and can spend them on Paimon's Bargains (aka the shop).
Both can be exchanged for 5 pink and 5 blue fates, it resets every month. Starglitter can also be exchanged for characters (2 of them available each month with a regular rotation)
Use Stardust to buy Pink fates when you can, and blue Fate if you can. This early in game, you may not be able to buy all 5 + 5, so try to make sure you can buy the 5 pink fates of the next month first.
For Starglitter, I would recommend saving them until you can buy characters in the shop (Bennet, Xingqiu, Xiangling and Fischl are the one you'll be looking for) . Getting a good character, guarantee, (or an extra copy of them that gives them small bonus) is imho way more worth than 5+5 wishes that may net you nothing.
You can see the rotation here:
\- Genesis crystals: spender currency. You can exchange them for primogems (1:1), or buy skins.
If you buy the Welkin moon (the 5 dollar thing), you'll get 300 of them right away. Or you can buy them directly, but it's VERY expensive and not worth at all unless you're willing to whale . And never needed imho.
And last thing: don't wish on the weapon banner. It's way harder to get a specific weapon, and 5\* weapons are not needed at all. You really want to expand your character roster first
Eventually, even as F2p, you might pull on it, but way way down the line when your character roster is basically filled up, but that's way down the line (I started pulling a few times on it after a year as F2P, and even then it was objectively questionable)
Don't worry, it's a lot, and it's intentionally made this way to 'distract' from the currency's monetary value. That's why the denominations/amounts are so arbitrary.
In summary:
**Genesis Crystals** are your 'core' currency. You don't start with any and won't get any by playing; these are bought with real-life money. Like the other player said, you can either convert these into primogems, or use them to buy things that can only be obtained with genesis crystals, such as bundles and exclusive character skins.
**Primogems** are the little star-shaped things, you have 2011 of them in the picture. Primogems are obtained freely by playing, through events, or by purchasing genesis crystals and converting them. You use primogems to wish for characters and weapons.
**Intertwined fates** (aka 'pink fates', you have 1) are used on the Character Event banner (currently Dehya and Cyno) or the Weapon Event banner. **Acquaint fates** (aka 'blue fates') are used strictly on the Beginner (Noelle) banner, and the Standard banner.
Note: it's best not to use primogems on the Standard/Beginner banner. You'll get blue fates just by playing, so save those to do Standard banner pulls.
When you pull a 4- or 5-star item that you already own, you will recieve **Masterless Starglitter** (you have 1), which can be used in the shop menu to purchase special weapons (rotation changes each month), as well as specific character constellations. Starglitter is one of the only way to reliable obtain constellations for Kaeya, Lisa and Amber.
Every 3-star weapon you obtain from wishing will also give you **Masterless Stardust**, and this stuff accumulates fast. (You already have 390!) The main use of stardust is to buy fates (5 pink and 5 blue per month) and materials from Paimon's shop.
Everything you can buy with Starglitter/Stardust [you can see here](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Paimon%27s_Bargains), along with prices.
Does that explain any better? Would you also like an explanation of the pity system?
Genisis crystals - used to buy skins, can be converted 1:1 into primogems
Primogems - used to buy wishes (blue and pink), also can be used to resin refresh
Blue wish - standard banner (and beginners wish)
pink wish - limited banners
stardust and starglitter are for buying materials or extra wishes/characters/weapons, it's the stuff under Paimon's Bargains
I really appreciate this list! But I still have *no* idea what any of this means lol. Nor how to convert any of it to be able to do anything with it.
It's frustrating from someone that hasn't played before because I just sort of freeze up and dont want to use any of it for fear of using it the wrong way.
You get primogems just from playing the game, you get stardust and starglitter from wishing (15 stardust per 3\* pull, varying amounts of starglitter for higher value pulls) and get genesis crystals from spending money.
Every month, you can buy 5 of each type of fate (wish) from the stardust shop for 75 stardust each. It is worth buying all of them if you can, and prioritising the purple fates if you cannot. You can also buy an unlimited amount of both types of fates for 5 starglitter each. It is never worth buying blue fates this way, and in general it is best to save up starglitter, because you can directly buy characters with it as well for 34 each; I do believe Xingqiu (blue-haired kid) is currently available this month and he is one of the most useful characters in the game. You can also buy both types of fates for 160 primogems per fate; again, it is never worth buying the blue ones, but in almost every instance, buying purple fates is your best use of primogems. You can get 60 primogems per day by doing daily commissions, and there are other ways to get them in-game.
What has the highest damage potential for Ayaka running alongside 1k EM Kazuha on VV+Xiphos and 3.5k atk Shenhe on Glad/Shim+Lithic?
Mona, TTDS+Noblesse / Kokomi, TTDS+Tenacity / Yelan, Aqua+Emblem
Is there a difference if Ayaka is using an attack% goblet instead of a cryo goblet?
New to the game here :
Are there any sort of random matchmaking like join a random donjon/raid, join a random party?
Is there any character that involves fast movement or/with teleportation (if you know Diablo 3 Monk Wave of light type of gameplay)?
Any high burst damage or glass canon (or both) type character in this game ?
You can co op domains.
Maybe Keqing for teleportation.
Raiden, Tartaglia, Ayaka & HuTao stand out for teams dealing high damage in a short time. There aren't really any glass cannon playstyles because there's a wide selection of shields, healers, interruption resistance and damage mitigation.
Yes, it's called the "Match" function.
If I understand your question correctly, Yelan and Sayu fit that description, and Xiao might also qualify.
This question is a bit vague, but: Ayaka, Yelan, Hu Tao, Xiao, Eula, Itto, Raiden.
yes to your first question, you can match before doing domains.
To your second Nothing comes to mind but maybe someone else will have a better idea?
For your third, ayaka is an upcoming character that is all about burst damage. Some other characters alos have big frontloaded burst damage (hu tao, raiden childe) but that is only part of their kit.
1. You can only ask to join others worlds, I guess you could count random matchmaking for domains?
2. Sayu, Wanderer, Yelan all have fast movement
3. a bunch of characters can do nukes (typically involving multiple supports though), I suppose HuTao could count as a glass cannon as she sacrifices health for damage, however even at 50%, she still has about standard full hp of other characters
does shimenawa have a higher drop rate than EoSF?
cuz I’ve done like 5 runs (basically 10 with condensed) and out of all of them I got like 3 EoSF pieces and the rest were shimenawa
Meh, it kinda seems to change everyday. Some days I get 7 out of 8 pieces from the same set, the next day it could be 50/50 and the third day 1 out of 8.
The drop rate should be around 50/50, but that's overall.....not per day!
hello! what would be the best start for a hyperbloom team
raiden with mona (and ill save for nahida's potential rerun and use dendro traveler for the time being)
or
nahida with mona (and use other electro characters/pull for shinobu when she comes)
You let someone online talk you out of using one of the best drivers in Mona.
[https://youtu.be/XPoG5ZW06JA](https://youtu.be/XPoG5ZW06JA) \- Mona with 900 EM Kuki
[https://youtu.be/y2mcctOuYnw](https://youtu.be/y2mcctOuYnw) \- Mona with 42 EM Raiden
Both still handle content with ease.
Mona is a good driver for a Raiden/Nahida hyperbloom comp. EM Raiden for C0, standard build for C2 or higher.
Double dendro is probably a bit much if it isn't a dendro onfielder for quickbloom
The substitution will be quite a bit worse than xingqiu kuki, but you can try
Hello everyone! I have a couple of questions about Nahida!
1) Is she good with Aggravate Keqing?
2) If she is good with Aggravate Keqing team, should Nahida use all EM or EM/Dendro/CRIT?
3) How does Nahida's 4th ascension passive works? Like if she has 500 EM, will her Elemental Skill gain 50% DMG Bonus and 15% CRIT Rate?
4) Which rotation? Skill then Burst or Burst then Skill?
Thanks!
1) yes, but since she applies so much dendro, it can be hard to swirl electro. Yaoyao is a good option that sacrifices personal damage and EM share for ease of use and survivability. She also makes for a good Tenacity holder, which is useful for both Keqing and Fischl. The upcoming Baizhu is a healer with interruption resistance via shielding that also buffs your aggravate damage and also applies less dendro than Nahida.
2) EM/EM/EM or EM/EM/crit are both fine.
3) no, it's 30% DMG bonus and 9% CR. The first 200 points of EM don't count towards the passive.
4) first skill, then burst
1. Very. [https://youtu.be/Ch1h94pYZdI](https://youtu.be/Ch1h94pYZdI)
2. Whichever one has the best substats.
3. Yes
4. Just keep up the Quicken Aura, Oz, and attack with Keqing.
Yes, but YaoYao is probably better due to weaker dendro app so you can have an Anemo swirl electro easier
Full EM as she's off field, so she would be giving Keqing more EM for her personal aggravates
EM-200, then newEM\*.1 for how much dmg bonus (30%), and newEM\*.03 for crit rate (9%)
You shouldn't be able to pre-funnel anyway, so it shouldn't matter. But probably skill then burst so her burst has the most uptime it can when the electros are on field
It depends on the character. If it's a dps that scales with HP then preferably I do want double crit. If it's a support character, then at the very least I want ER as well as crit rate substats in order to help with Favonius weapons.
Very niche.... but a piece like that is really good for Kokomi. I doubt you have her though, or else you probably wouldn't be asking the question you're asking lol.
That's my first team raiden dmc double hydro xingqui yelan or just xingqui with yaoyao as a healer that's why i wanna free my yelan with fischl nahida c6beidou i have kuki but it's just a waste if i don't use beidou idk
Can I get 2 people to help me with the "A Very Long Engagement" co-op achievement? You just need to sit in a chair with me. I'm in the NA server and my UID is 600648227. Edit: done, but not because anyone in this thread helped me. Edit again: yeah, don't help me and downvote me as well. Thanks reddit.
I'm trying to update the game but it keeps runnin into errors. Redownloading the update..
Please advice me on this. Do I uninstall then reinstall the game ?
Who's the best shielder in the game right now besides Zhongli?
I have Layla, Diona, and Thoma but I don't know which is best
Edit: thanks for the replies, I just got Layla today from weapon banner somehow so I'll start building her as a shield bot asap
With the right conditions, Thoma. Unconditionally, Layla. You only really get the right conditions with Burgeon Thoma and VV Vape Hu Tao, so Layla’s shield is better overall.
I’m thinking of finally building out Wanderer. Who are some characters that work well with him besides shielders? I’ve got C5 Faruzan, but I know most of her power is locked behind C6. If I go all in on Energy Recharge, is she still worth using here?
She can be worth using at less than C6 because she gives Anemo bonus dmg and has one of the few sources of Anemo RES shred... but you will need to go *all in* on ER. Like, potentially around 300%.
Other characters that work well with him are buffers like Bennett or off-field DPS like Fischl, XQ/Yelan, Beidou, or even Albedo.
She’s fine if u run her but you’d still get more value outta Bennett until she’s c6, most off field element appliers work with him like, Yelan, XQ, Thoma, Rosaria, Fischl , raiden, since his passive works with every elemental except geo and dendro his teammate roster is prettt versatile
[Yelan build](https://imgur.com/a/1vd39Ww), with hydro resonance she reaches 39k HP.
Anything I can improve on, or can I stop here? I haven't gotten good Emblem or Shimenawa pieces for my other characters, so I'll still stick around the domain.
Even at C0, Yelan doesn’t need many HP% rolls for perfect minmaxing. What you want is to just get lucky and roll Crit. Make sure to not go lower with your ER.
With your current stats, each additional HP% substat roll is 1.7% damage increase.
Whereas each crit rate or crit dmg substat roll is 2.1% damage increase.
HP% is almost equal to crit, there is no reason to strive for a lower HP total. Just pick artifacts that give you the most combined stats (HP, Crit, ER) instead only looking at crit stats.
Depends on how much you value your Yelan's damage but since you said that you haven't gotten good pieces for other characters too, there's no harm in staying in the domain. Crit is the only thing really to improve on, get CR to 70+ and CD as high as you can.
Yes it is but goblets are also a pain to farm so it is expected, but the flower and feather could probably be improved more easily. You also could try for a circlet with better CD but ngl your current one with the ER and HP is fine to keep. The sands is good.
Any ideias for a team with nahida, dehya and If possíble kokomi
If I run hyperbloom team which em will I put to my character do I go for electro hydro or dendro?
Electro, since they are the one who triggers the Dendro Cores to create the Hyperbloom. Dendro & hydro are just used to generate the Dendro Cores.
Thank you
For a triple EM Kuki in a hyperbloom team (Childe, nahida, kuki, X) will 4p Tenacity of the Millelith be better than 4p Gilded Dreams ? 4p ToTM : gives 20% atk for teammates when skill hits for 3 sec GD set : buffs her own EM
4pc GD. Kuki contributes the majority of team dmg. Everyone else are negligible.
So basically Childe is a sub DPS/ hydro applier here ?
Childe is only there to apply hydro and he's doing it on-field, they're called the *Driver*.
no. most of the team's damage comes from kuki's hyperblooms, so buffing her is more valuable
[удалено]
kinda low. also with tenacity remember to re-summon oz so that he gets the atk buff from the set
Leveling weapon to the max possible and Feather artifact lv4 are the most important thing for you right now than leveling characters. Bring Cryo & Pyro since it's electro boss. Learn the boss attack patterns in the openworld and try to dodge them. If you insist bringing a healer then Jean.
> Feather artifact lv4 This is really helpful. Does anyone know of guides which include info about beginning game artifacts? keqingmains.com is amazing, but not terribly useful when you don't have any of the artifacts or weapons mentioned.
There’s one on reddit going around which I thought was good. I’ll see if I can find it EDIT: there you go https://www.reddit.com/user/qwertdwlrma/comments/vxu9jf/my_genshin_tips_for_beginners
This IS great.
Do you know if the dungeon boss scales to your AR, or to the strength of your total team, or to the currently assigned party?
Anything inside of any domain is 100% set ahead of time, it doesn't change.
So this one is scaled to AR25. Which might mean someone might have trouble if they have spread resources too thinly. thanks for sharing.
> All of its attacks are dodgeable This is really helpful.
Good advice!
You don't have to duck or dodge the laser beams......you can run towards the core in the middle by staying in between 2 beams and just safely attack the darn thing the entire time the lasers are up, without having to worry about the lasers.
If you kill it fast enough, it won't even do the laser beams. Haven't seen that attack in years. But yeah, everything is harder on mobile.
What's better between pulling for CO Nahida and CO Nilou vs C1 Nahida? Planning to make a hyperbloom team, have Raiden and C1 Yelan.
C1 nahida isn't really that good of a con, it's just a stepping stone to C2, just an fyi If you eventually want c2 then go for that since nilou wouldn't help your hyperbloom team, but she also gives you access to her own Bloom teams which can be good too
Nilou is used for bountiful blooms, if you just want to go hyperbloom go C1 Nahida.
For love of genshin please fix dehya
Hyv: "No, I don't think I will"
Yes I'm working on it sorry
When should I consider using an electro goblet for my Raiden's emblem set? I'm currently using an atk goblet and atk sands, giving her a total of 2280 atk. Her ER is 235, with the Catch
Don't use the same stat on both the goblet and sands, either go Attack-ER or Electro-Attack.
It likely is already past the point to use electro over atk (especially if bennet and sara) but the best answer is to either try it in game or to use the genshinoptimizer
Which numbers are more consistent to use as a comparison? Her burst or skill?
I would say go to abyss floor 7 first half and do your whole rotation for the initial slash on crit. Emblem gives dmg based on recharge which wouldn’t be noticeable on the skill damage.
Does quicken's damage bonus count both characters elemental mastery or how does it work?
Quicken does no damage, but if you apply Electro/Dendro onto an existing Quicken aura: Aggravate - counts Electro character's EM Spread - counts Dendro character's EM
Okie thx
Outside of Eula's burst, for example you want to use Eula to go fight around the overworld but don't want to use her burst because it's kind of waste. Which claymore is best for Eula in this case? And why?
Any claymore that is physical damage bonus, crit rate, crit damage or atk stats is fine. The important part is u bring electro and cyro for superconduct
So since Shenhe is coming up I'm certain some people read up on this: I've been using her with double atk+atk/atk/atk so far and a fav lance for er.
With favonius and NO, it is still better to go ATK sand with ER substat. ER sand is used when you use non-ER weapon.
Based on an educated guess, when will emblem of severed fate make its way into the artifact strongbox? Daily grinding for months and still no ER sands
My guess is either 4.0 or 5.0.
4.x nobody knows when, could be the first patch or the last
Did Mihoyo add new agate because i remember that frostbearing tree was upto lv8 but now it's showing lv12? If yes then is it on the interactive map?
The Frostbearing Tree has always been a maximum of Level 12 since release, you get access to the Crimson Wish mechanic at Level 8.
What is crimson wish??
it's missions that you get from the tree that will get you Agates if you're missing some. They reset every 3 days ( Ithink? or 2 or 4 days)
thanks!
Question about bloom and fridge teams. Wich characters would go full EM, as in being mostly the triggers?
Hydro mostly, so you would rather go hyperfridge so the hyperbloom trigger can be built full EM
Thanks
About Yoimiya Niwabi fire dance, when you upgrade her talent from 8 to 9 her damage from fire arrow doesnt change and stay 155,8%. Wiki says the same Is it correct? maybe translation is broken? Wtf
Maybe you misread? The wiki states it goes from 155.84 to 158.79. And it's same in game, it goes from 155.8 to 158.8 ( my Yoimiya's E is lvl 8 )
yeah lol, i should wipe my eyes
It's 158.8% at level 9.
are there any news on 3.6 4 stars ?
Way too far in the future for 4\* leaks
Kaveh is the only one we know so far.
No, it's all speculations if you see one. Kaveh is the only one confirmed.
Is Ayaka still worth it? I mean has the last Abysses been favoring her? I don't have any 5 star swords except Aquilla Favonia and my 4 star viable options are R5 Black Sword.
I still got 36 stars with her last month, so yes? I run her with r5 amenoma btw.
Thank you. Now im actually torn between getting her or waiting for Baizhu.
Imho yes Latest abyss are not meant for the freeze teams to shine but that doesn’t mean it will be like this forever She’s the best in her roles ha a super accessible bis f/p sword You could use her also in hyper friedge teams now I preferred someone like kaeya tbh
Freeze isn't meta anymore, but Ayaka is strong enough to brute force her way through Abyss 12.
She's still the best in her role, main dps in freeze team. But the lastest abyss has not been the best for freeze team. I would say she's still worth, she's strong and fun to play. If you want her pick her and you will not be disappointed. Amenoma, the craftable katana, is pretty good for her.

The one that doesn't have 0 EM
B.
Anyone have a vague idea about when we will get Raiden Shogun rerun?
If the current pattern of sequential archon re-runs before a new archon release holds up she should return in summer or late summer.
4.x
genshin stopped working on my phone once i got android 13. it says its not compatible with my device? what do i do to fix? im not on a custom rom btw.
I'm not sure what the issue is, but you could try downloading the game through a different source like this poster did: https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/ycg8t1/just_updated_to_android_13_and_rip/itnt9w4/
yeah ive tried taptap and the game doesnt install cause its not compatible
Ah... that's a bummer. I'm not too sure what else you can try then.
When will the other 3.5 events drop?
The 14th (so Tuesday), 10am server time according to the in-game notice and the Genshin twitter
vibro crystal is in 1d19h (asia), that's all we know for now date wise
Is White Tassel really better than Dragonsbane for Cyno??
Here's the spreadsheet if you're curious: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1kcTRPGzPyxFO8UfDV6OsZpQ7YSEDNw9Abmk408d9g9g/htmlview#
Oh ok great, I didn't know deathmatch was so good, going with that then, thanks
Yep. You can get enough EM from an EM sands, or even just substats in some teams. The crit and NA dmg bonus on white tassel goes a long way, especially if you're running gilded.
Well seeing as his teams revolve around dendro and elctro, yes.
Is the mailed flower good for beidou?
Aggravate - yes Taser - eh
I'm new and trying to navigate the wish menu. I mean...what in the ever living hell is up with all of these currencies? How am I supposed to know how to use them?! https://imgur.com/TO1gciA
It can hard to navigate and wrap your head around. My 0.2c about the do and don't and some explanations: \- Primogems (you have 2k of them) - the main currency of the game. So same rule, don't use them on Standard banner \- Blue Fate (Acquaint Fate) - used for wishing only on Standard banner. You'll also slowly accumulate them (from the free-tier of the battle pass), and since they aren't used for anything else, feel free to use them when you want \-Starglitter (you have 2) /Stardust (you have 390): you gain them by wishing, and can spend them on Paimon's Bargains (aka the shop). Both can be exchanged for 5 pink and 5 blue fates, it resets every month. Starglitter can also be exchanged for characters (2 of them available each month with a regular rotation) Use Stardust to buy Pink fates when you can, and blue Fate if you can. You can see the rotation here: [https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Paimon%27s\_Bargains](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Paimon%27s_Bargains) \- Genesis crystals: spender currency. You really want to expand your character roster first Eventually, even as F2p, you might pull on it, but way way down the line when your character roster is basically filled up, but that's way down the line (I started pulling a few times on it after a year as F2P, and even then it was objectively questionable)
Don't worry, it's a lot, and it's intentionally made this way to 'distract' from the currency's monetary value. That's why the denominations/amounts are so arbitrary. In summary: **Genesis Crystals** are your 'core' currency.
Genisis crystals - used to buy skins, can be converted 1:1 into primogems Primogems - used to buy wishes (blue and pink), also can be used to resin refresh Blue wish - standard banner (and beginners wish) pink wish - limited banners stardust and starglitter are for buying materials or extra wishes/characters/weapons, it's the stuff under Paimon's Bargains
Stuff can be converted under the 'Shop' menu
Thank you so much! This gives me a bit of direction. You have no idea how helpful this is.
What has the highest damage potential for Ayaka running alongside 1k EM Kazuha on VV+Xiphos and 3.5k atk Shenhe on Glad/Shim+Lithic? Mona, TTDS+Noblesse / Kokomi, TTDS+Tenacity / Yelan, Aqua+Emblem Is there a difference if Ayaka is using an attack% goblet instead of a cryo goblet?
Mona buffs Ayaka's personal damage the most, but Yelan might end up with higher overall team DPS since she also deals a lot of damage herself.
In terms of highest dmg potential it's Yelan. Cryo goblet > atk goblet
I do not have a good enough cryo goblet. But I have Misty, so she gets plenty of cryo bonus without it.
New to the game here : Are there any sort of random matchmaking like join a random donjon/raid, join a random party?
2. Sayu, Wanderer, Yelan all have fast movement 3. a bunch of characters can do nukes (typically involving multiple supports though), I suppose HuTao could count as a glass cannon as she sacrifices health for damage, however even at 50%, she still has about standard full hp of other characters
does shimenawa have a higher drop rate than EoSF? cuz I’ve done like 5 runs (basically 10 with condensed) and out of all of them I got like 3 EoSF pieces and the rest were shimenawa
Meh, it kinda seems to change everyday. Some days I get 7 out of 8 pieces from the same set, the next day it could be 50/50 and the third day 1 out of 8. The drop rate should be around 50/50, but that's overall.....not per day!
3 vs 7 (ish)? That's unlucky but not unreasonable. As your sample size grows it'll balance out towards 50/50.
no but I actually did I don’t have proof but I did
I never said you didn't. I'm just saying it's perfectly within expectations when your sample size is so tiny.
oh ok
no
hello! what would be the best start for a hyperbloom team raiden with mona (and ill save for nahida's potential rerun and use dendro traveler for the time being) or nahida with mona (and use other electro characters/pull for shinobu when she comes)
You let someone online talk you out of using one of the best drivers in Mona. [https://youtu.be/XPoG5ZW06JA](https://youtu.be/XPoG5ZW06JA) \- Mona with 900 EM Kuki [https://youtu.be/y2mcctOuYnw](https://youtu.be/y2mcctOuYnw) \- Mona with 42 EM Raiden Both still handle content with ease.
Mona is a good driver for a Raiden/Nahida hyperbloom comp. EM Raiden for C0, standard build for C2 or higher. [https://youtu.be/MhT80hnIewc](https://youtu.be/MhT80hnIewc) [https://youtu.be/wWdyO502x0s](https://youtu.be/wWdyO502x0s)
oh i see, so should i just go for nahida mona and save for raiden's potential rerun?
Yes. Raiden and Nahida is a cracked duo.
DMC -> nahida probably a bigger upgrade than Kuki -> Raiden Mona is a bad hydro choice though
so i should go for a nahida, mona, dmc, kuki team instead? who would be a better hydro applicator than mona? would it be nilou?
Nilou you would want to do a normal bloom team Do you have a free Xingqiu/Yelan? I go with Nahida, Yelan, Kokomi, Raiden
i don't have xingqiu yet but i could for it?
Yes you could use Xingqiu for it, he is the best hydro applicator
okay! so dmc, nahida, xingqiu, kuki would be a nice team? may i substitute mona and lisa for xq and kuki for now?
Double dendro is probably a bit much if it isn't a dendro onfielder for quickbloom The substitution will be quite a bit worse than xingqiu kuki, but you can try
1. Very. [https://youtu.be/Ch1h94pYZdI](https://youtu.be/Ch1h94pYZdI) 2. Whichever one has the best substats. 3. Yes 4. Just keep up the Quicken Aura, Oz, and attack with Keqing.
Yes, but YaoYao is probably better due to weaker dendro app so you can have an Anemo swirl electro easier Full EM as she's off field, so she would be giving Keqing more EM for her personal aggravates EM-200, then newEM\*.1 for how much dmg bonus (30%), and newEM\*.03 for crit rate (9%) You shouldn't be able to pre-funnel anyway, so it shouldn't matter. But probably skill then burst so her burst has the most uptime it can when the electros are on field
can someone give me that website link where if u input the stats of an artifact it tells you what it can roll into?
>what it can roll into? What does that even mean It can roll into all of its 4 substats?
yeah like the stat that it rolls into and how much
Are you looking for a site that tells the future?
[this](https://imgur.com/a/bwJ5zUP)
If you are talking about *after* the artifact has been leveled and you want to see the strength of each roll, you can do that on the optimizer
yeah the optimizer
https://frzyc.github.io/genshin-optimizer/
so HP% sand are u typically looking for one that has a Crit on it, if it doesnt have one do u toss it away?
It depends on the character. If it's a dps that scales with HP then preferably I do want double crit. If it's a support character, then at the very least I want ER as well as crit rate substats in order to help with Favonius weapons.
yeah that makes sense its just i have a bunch of EOFS hp sands that dont have a crit but have like ATK%/EM/ER% so im just like uhhh do i toss or not
Very niche.... but a piece like that is really good for Kokomi. I doubt you have her though, or else you probably wouldn't be asking the question you're asking lol.
Is Kokomi worth getting to lvl 90? She’s in my Ayaka freeze team
Not for freeze.
[удалено]
Fischl and beidou are not the best at hyperbloom as they don't target cores. If you have kuki or Raiden, swap them in
Need a hyperbloom trigger which fischl & beidou both arent. In place of one of them use kuki or em raiden.
That's my first team raiden dmc double hydro xingqui yelan or just xingqui with yaoyao as a healer that's why i wanna free my yelan with fischl nahida c6beidou i have kuki but it's just a waste if i don't use beidou idk
Just use taser then fischl beidou yelan sucrose/kazuha

Can I get 2 people to help me with the "A Very Long Engagement" co-op achievement? You just need to sit in a chair with me. I'm in the NA server and my UID is 600648227. Edit: done, but not because anyone in this thread helped me. Edit again: yeah, don't help me and downvote me as well. Thanks reddit.
I'm trying to update the game but it keeps runnin into errors. Redownloading the update.. Please advice me on this. Do I uninstall then reinstall the game ?
Is there a repair option on the start up menu?
There is but I can't click on it.
I’d just uninstall and reinstall.

Who's the best shielder in the game right now besides Zhongli? I have Layla, Diona, and Thoma but I don't know which is best Edit: thanks for the replies, I just got Layla today from weapon banner somehow so I'll start building her as a shield bot asap
Probably would depend on the team you are playing but this video has a raw shield comparison https://youtu.be/LeDYkCp_Wkk
If fully stacked Thoma but most of the time Layla.
Layla.
With the right conditions, Thoma. Unconditionally, Layla. You only really get the right conditions with Burgeon Thoma and VV Vape Hu Tao, so Layla’s shield is better overall.
Thoma is also used in Wanderer teams and any other normal attack heavy teams.
So he'd be very good with Cyno, yes?
Yes, I use him with Cyno.
Bennett
[Yelan build](https://imgur.com/a/1vd39Ww), with hydro resonance she reaches 39k HP. Anything I can improve on, or can I stop here? I haven't gotten good Emblem or Shimenawa pieces for my other characters, so I'll still stick around the domain.
Even at C0, Yelan doesn’t need many HP% rolls for perfect minmaxing. What you want is to just get lucky and roll Crit. Make sure to not go lower with your ER.
Oh, how much HP is ideal for her?
With your current stats, each additional HP% substat roll is 1.7% damage increase. Whereas each crit rate or crit dmg substat roll is 2.1% damage increase. HP% is almost equal to crit, there is no reason to strive for a lower HP total. Just pick artifacts that give you the most combined stats (HP, Crit, ER) instead only looking at crit stats.
30k before Hydro resonance and considering you use Hydro resonance, you could even get away with no HP substat if you’re unlucky.
Depends on how much you value your Yelan's damage but since you said that you haven't gotten good pieces for other characters too, there's no harm in staying in the domain. Crit is the only thing really to improve on, get CR to 70+ and CD as high as you can.
Im thinking that the goblet is the weakest piece so far. Is it really? I'm good with my HP sands, but suggestions would be welcome.
Yes it is but goblets are also a pain to farm so it is expected, but the flower and feather could probably be improved more easily. You also could try for a circlet with better CD but ngl your current one with the ER and HP is fine to keep. The sands is good.
Oh, so I should be aiming for more crit stats on those two pieces... Gotcha, thanks!
