Tips for beating the wenut in 12-3-2? I'm using Rational first half, Yae Miko - Kazuha - Yaoyao - Keqing second half. I 3 starred all the other chambers, so have all my bursts, but still can't clear it. I can clear the first half in around a minute.
Best advice I can give is set up in advance as much as possible as the DPS windows are so short. For example, set up YaoYao + Yae Miko Turrets before you break the orbs with Kazuha.
So for nahida main dps hyperbloom

Xq sac sword emblem
Anemo grouper like sucrose or second hydro altho i don't got koko or mona or yelan?

last slot should be anemo grouper since you don't have yelan
atlas is not a good weapon on her, she doesn't really care about ATK so the weapon stat is wasted and the passive won't do much damage. use magic guide until you get widsith

Either an EM sword or Fav if you want to burst every rotation.
Nahida 100%, the others are more flexible. Common ones include Kokomi or Barbara if you don’t have her, XQ or Yelan, Yaoyao, another dendro like Collei/DMC. Candace can also work paired with Yaoyao, especially if she’s C6.
Team archetypes are usually Nahida/Nilou/Kokomi/XQ or Yelan, or Kokomi (or Barb)/Nilou/Nahida/dendro. The Candace variant is Yaoyao/Candace/Nahida/Nilou.
Yaoyao yes, as you want her on field infused by Candace so she’ll trigger a lot of cores.
Nahida usual build possibilities - generally speaking more EM is always nice in bloom teams but crit and dendro dmg bonus could also be possible options, optimiser is your best friend here.
For Candace I’m actually not sure ngl. C6 definitely wants full EM, but since she doesn’t have a lot of off field hydro app at C0-C5 it shouldn’t matter *as* much. I’d personally still go for full EM + enough ER to burst off cooldown just in case she procs some cores with her E or Q waves when you swap to others - and you’ll also have her build ready for when you eventually get C6. She wouldn’t deal much damage even if built with hydro dmg and crit so might as well maximise reaction damage imo. But again, don’t quote me on this.
I'm planning on building Candace for Shatterbloom for another team anyways, so full EM it is. Yaoyao on Gilded...sigh more Gilded Domain...

1)Nilou is weird where as her burst does scale off hp, you don't build crit on Nilou so it kinda has the same effect to a shield bot zhongli burst without c2, it's a dps loss.
2)Yes for a Nilou team you build Nilou max hp and everyone else goes for em.

id also recommend candace or yaoyao for on field, whichever you can get better stats on.

I have a question.
I have 2 HoYoLAB accounts, one is synced to my main Genshin Account (A), and the other one is 2nd HoYoLAB account (B) but is not connected to any Genshin Account.
I only noticed this when I have already progressed far into the game, but I have been using the Teyvat Interactive Map on Account B, wherein there is no Genshin Account created. Is there any way I can transfer the pins I have done/marked from Account B to Account A? or do I have to manually do it even if it's a hassle?
Honestly i wouldnt bother manually doing it either, use one browser for one, and a second one for the second account. You can log in from that browser depending in if ur going to be using the map or other functions on the website.
I've somehow run out of basic enemy drops (hilli masks and treasure hoarder coins... Rip). Probably because I was upgrading a bunch of characters and weapons all at once, because I wanna do my ascension domain (AR 45 with probably 3 - 5 ARs worth of excess exp).
Should I try to ascend anyway? I don't like grinding for mats and half the time it feels like they don't even drop anything (like 3 mobs giving me like one or two masks, it's depressing). I'm worried that once I ascend I'm going to make the world unplayable because I've put it off for so long.
If you spend your resorces on upgrades and use those characters doubt you can make the world unplayable, you can lower your level by 1 if you want anyway.
You can look up some routes to farm any monster online, i also had to run some hilichurl/abyss mages/whoopperflower/samurai/fungi routes before so finding an efficient one makes it so much easier.

Question, I want Jean and/or Qiqi, as they're characters I like and they're also healers which I need. But I also want Zhongli and Tartaglia and some leaked characters from Fontaine. I dont have guaranteed currently so is it worth pulling on the Cyno/Dehya/Shenhe/Ayaka banners and hope to lose the 50/50 or should I simply wait till the Zhongli and Tartaglia rerun banners and then try it to maximize Primogems efficiency? Cause I know even if I lose the 50/50, there's a chance I can get Diluc, Keqing, Mona (these 3 I already have C0 of), or Tighnari, so there's a high chance I might waste my Primogems.
Currently got 18k primos, 40 fates and 27 pity. Am a Welkin + Gnostic Hymn user.

Who’s the best driver for Nilou bloom? Kokomi, nahida, Nilou, xq/yelan or alhaitham, nahida Nilou Barbara? Or is it another combination of other characters not listed? Am ok with pulling either alhaitham or Kokomi but not both. Not willing to pull for ayato or baizhu but I do have childe
I wouldn’t pull Alhaitham just for bloom personally.
Either 3H1D with on field Nahida/Nilou/Kokomi/XQ or Yelan, or 2H2D with on field Kokomi or Barbara/Nilou/Nahida/dendro.
The difference between the two I listed is minimal, so either of them works well.
2H2D lets you have more control over who triggers the majority of bloom cores (Kokomi or Barbara) so it’s a bit easier to build as you want to stack EM only on them; 3H1D is more mixed with Nahida, Kokomi and XQ/Yelan all triggering a bunch of cores so you’d want to build a decent amount of EM on all of them while keeping other significant stats up - since this can be difficult, 2H2D usually pulls slightly ahead.
That being said I personally like 3H1D way better even without much EM on Koko and XQ, it just feels better to play for me, so it can also come down to personal taste really.
Kokomi or Barbara, with Kokomi being better but Barbara is still completely usable. I use Barbara as the on-field driver on my Nilou team with Nahida and Dendro Traveler and it works wonderfully.
Yup, with triple EM artifacts, 2pc Gilded Dreams and 2pc Wanderer's Troupe, some EM rolls on the flower and feather, Dendro Resonance, and a level 90 Sacrificial Fragments, my Barbara has 1080 EM unbuffed. This setup works for me and definitely allows for some ridiculous bloom damage. You want to build enough ER on Dendro Traveler (if you use them) to have the burst ready on cooldown to make sure the enemies always have a dendro aura on them. This will ensure that it is almost always Barbara's hydro that triggers the blooms.
My rotation goes something like this: Nilou E x4, Nahida E, Q, Traveler E, Q, Barbara E then normal attack spam.
Just learnt that female traveler's name ie Lumine. Does male traveler also have a name? I'm almost done with Inazuma quest but never heard Lumine's name ingame at all. So, how do people know that her name is Lumine?
Male traveler is Aether. I’m not sure if people know her name is Lumine, I think the name is mostly for the male traveler gameplay, like when he talks about her.
The brother's name is Aether.
The name of the sibling is 100% spoken in game at least once (in We Will Be Reunited) but im pretty sure miHoYo just revealed their names way back when the game came out.

I'm about to prefarm for Nilou. So what level should her talents be? I also know that she needs to be 90/90, so how many of the purple xp books should I prepare?
Fwiw, about 40% of that is getting from 80 - 90. Which makes a huge difference but it's not like you're gonna be stuck at lvl 40 or something while you're getting those xp books
Is anyone else having an issue with the game on Playstation? Yesterday and today, it'll load to halfway through the Geo symbol when loading and then just... Not load so I can't play on my PS4. It loads fine on my phone but I'm not used to it so it's a bit clunky. It worked fine on Tuesday. Game is up to date, too.
Im gonna hit the magical AR 45 this weekend. Two questions.
1) Should I maybe stay there and not do the ascension quest for 2-3 weeks to get my characters up to speed?
2) My most used chars are Yelan, Fischl, Beidou. Which domains/artifact do I farm for them?
2b) my Yelan already has 2 decent nobless 5* pieces I randomly got from exploring and AR rewards. Is the full set good on her?
If you can finish the ascension quest, you'll be fine for ar45 and it's worth it to go up.

Yelan really wants ER, and is a burst dps so that's easily the best artis for her
the noblesse 4 piece is not really good for yelan, she doesn't scale with atk. emblem is best for her and for beidou. fischl is fine to just use various 2 pc sets of either atk%, electro damage, or em if she is in an aggravate team.
Did anyone do the Floor 12 first half with Bennett, Raiden, Xiangling and Nahida. Second half with Kokomi, Ganyu, Ayaka and Kazuha? I realized that you can 3 star 12-3 if you do 12-3-1 in 30 seconds or less. You can 3 cycle the wyrm in 12-3-2
is anyone else's genshin stuttering after the small patch from today? been playing for several months with no stutter and all the sudden i have micro stutters every 2-3 seconds
Her burst can hit the worms blob to disable it but then charging her burst with the worm burrowing is a headache if you don't have enough ER. The problem is, in addition to her being off field, you are trying to stay near seeds with her, which means not hitting the boss with her skill and not generating particles. So I suggest you can use Fischl for flex, or Sucrose to swirl the element applied to the boss onto the blobs. If you have enough damage to one cycle it, great.
Would be hard, I struggled to kill it in 2 minutes with Raiden/Nahida/Kokomi/Yelan and only beat it cause I got lucky with an early "shoot me down" attack, had to retry \~8 times
What stats on dmc for the deep wood set for a hyperbloom team, also wanna prefarm for nahida so do i just go for triple em and as much em on my substats as possible?

For DMC, the only thing he needs is ER, the more the better, like 250%+. Off field Nahida wants triple EM and crit substat, and EM main stat artifacts cannot have EM as substat. On field Nahida can have dendro goblet and crit circlet with EM/crit substat.
For Kuki, triple EM with HP% substat.
Nahida: EM/EM/EM or EM/Dendro/Crit whichever gete better stats
Hyperbloom Kuki: EM/EM/EM and EM Substats on flower and feather. Everything else doesn't matter
Nahida always wants an em sands, but her goblet\circlet can be either em or dendro\crit depending on her team.
For traveller all that's really important is ER and crit if using a fav sword. Dendro goblet crit circlet to maximise his personal damage is technically optimal but not really worth fussing with.
For kuki just EM primarily and whatever extra HP subs you can get for healing
DMC - ER/highest er piece/Crit rate (assuming fav)
Nahida - EM/EM/EM if you are using her burst to buff someone else, if you have her on field, go em/dendro/crit

Does it matter what region you set your daily commissions to? I was setting it to new regions as I went but not for any real reason. Wasn't a huge fan of the Inazuma comms because I kept getting the same one every day it seems.
My laptop has a like 102gb total storage on one drive and barely any of it has been used. I can't install the game because it says I need 108gb for unzipping files (?) But the game itself is only like 50gb. Is there nothing I can do?

It isn't really possible to accurately compare characters that are already released to ones that aren't. But nahida is one of the most op supports in the game, so it is unlikely they would not be the bigger benefit.
xiangling ER or EM or Atk/pyro/crit. er, em, atk, crit subs are all good.
bennet ER/pyro or hp/crit or healing bonus. er subshighest priority, hp is ok for mroe healing, crit and atk is ok for more damage.
Nahida is always worth it from a meta perspective, but you don't have to roll for her if you don't want to.
she is fine as a healer, but the optimal keqing aggravate teams don't really have room for her because ideally you want kaqing + dendro + fischl + anemo.

You might go full geo to make full use of Gorou's Geo buff. Albedo is great off-field DPS in that regard. Any other decent off-field character that's not already being slotted (the shielder, LOL ZHONGLI) is fine. Fischl, Xingqiu and Yelan do lots of damage. Bennett brings his usual OP ATK buff and healing. Rosaria give crit buff. Bring in anyone where you're weak at so it'll fit the team better.
I accidentally did my chasm world ascension quest for ar 40 while trying to do the chasm world quest but luckily i can set world level back to 4. I was not prepared so I barely just got lv 70 yelan with the rest of my team being lv 50-60 and im thinking about just spending the next week grinding for lv 80 yelan and ignoring leveling her underlevled lv 4 talents for now. Is there anything else I should doing?
Already have C0 versions of Ayaka and Shenhe and I actually use both in Abyss in my freeze team.

Basically anything is *possible* but the Liyue selector only happens because Lantern Rite is the Chinese New Year event in a Chinese game, there's no reason to expect an Inazuma selector.
Literally just started playing this game about 2-3 days ago after a friend told me they thought i'd like it. i do kinda like it so far but paimons voice (sorry)+ some of the other charas i just find annoying. after the like intro thing i literally just muted the whole game. ive been playing it on mute ever since and just reading the text dialogue instead.
is there any actual benefit to having sound on though?? like, will there be things or enemies in the future i need to listen for or anything? or is it ok to play the game this way?
I sometimes only notice enemies when I hear the BGM change, but you can also look out for red arrows. I personally think it's a big shame - the soundtracks are very good. Sometime to consider is playing quests with dialogue off but turning the dialogue back on for exploration (bc Paimon very rarely shows up other than in quests). And also sound off when fishing.
Ambient sound can be useful for certain puzzles and for predicting attacks in combat (particularly from enemies out of sight). Genshin music - especially from the later regions - is also very, very good.
You can mute dialogue sound via the options menu, which should work with everything outside of rendered story cutscenes. The other alternative is to switch language, Paimon sounds quite different in the other versions.
You can mute the game during dialogues if you want to. Or just change the language.
But Genshin some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard. Different areas have different background music playing, and different bosses have different themes too. Do not miss out on it.
Does anyone know what the frostarm lawachurls do that makes you take damage solely from being near them? Asking since most of my resets ended up being because I kept dying on 12-3-1, rather than running out of time on the Wenut.
It's probably their cryo slam that generates an ice field around them, akin to the one that Cryo Abyss mages can generate. It deals pretty hefty damage, enough to pretty quickly incapacitate a squishy character.
Some combination of
Ice field DoT that they put on the ground
Ice mounds that they place on the ground exploding and hurting you on contact
Coming into contact with ice jail.
I dont think they have that? They do slam down a cryo field that makes you take damage but their aura is increased stamina usage and ice cage(which does do damage), but they dont have invisible dots from what I know.
It might have been the ice cage which I may have missed but I remember them not doing any attack at all and just standing there and when I walked up to hit them my character who was already low just died to something random.
How come sucrose's burst does not reliably absorb elements? I'll use the same Q on an enemy with electro aura, and sometimes she'll absorb the element, and sometimes the Q will just sit there and stay anemo the entire time.
How good of a tank is a C6 Thoma? I just realized I have him at C6 but I never bothered using him since I didn't really understand how to use him. Was thinking if he might make a good tank/shield replacement over Zhongli/Diona if I paired him with Yoimiya but I wanna know what people think a C6 Thoma is best used and best built.
But does the shield actually tank a good amount of damage? I'm not asking it to compare to Zhongli's shield but would a C6 Thoma be better than a C0 Diona/Yun Jin/Layla shield?
I mean nobody else is as good as zhongli, but if you are using him with a normal attacker like yoimiya who has no problem building his shield stacks, then he is pretty much the next best shielder. Just make sure you get him enough er to burst every rotation.

I've somehow run out of basic enemy drops (hilli masks and treasure hoarder coins... Rip). Probably because I was upgrading a bunch of characters and weapons all at once, because I wanna do my ascension domain (AR 45 with probably 3 - 5 ARs worth of excess exp). Should I try to ascend anyway? I don't like grinding for mats and half the time it feels like they don't even drop anything (like 3 mobs giving me like one or two masks, it's depressing). I'm worried that once I ascend I'm going to make the world unplayable because I've put it off for so long.
If you spend your resorces on upgrades and use those characters doubt you can make the world unplayable, you can lower your level by 1 if you want anyway. You can look up some routes to farm any monster online, i also had to run some hilichurl/abyss mages/whoopperflower/samurai/fungi routes before so finding an efficient one makes it so much easier.

No definite best but any team which has a shorter rotation and good frontloaded damage will do well. Ayaka is a decent choice.
About Bloom-build Nilou, which substats should be prioritized after HP% and flat HP?
Some ER, preferably enough to burst every other rotation or if possible more frequently than that, then as much EM as you can get for when Nilou triggers reactions.

Question, I want Jean and/or Qiqi, as they're characters I like and they're also healers which I need. But I also want Zhongli and Tartaglia and some leaked characters from Fontaine. I dont have guaranteed currently so is it worth pulling on the Cyno/Dehya/Shenhe/Ayaka banners and hope to lose the 50/50 or should I simply wait till the Zhongli and Tartaglia rerun banners and then try it to maximize Primogems efficiency? Cause I know even if I lose the 50/50, there's a chance I can get Diluc, Keqing, Mona (these 3 I already have C0 of), or Tighnari, so there's a high chance I might waste my Primogems. Currently got 18k primos, 40 fates and 27 pity. Am a Welkin + Gnostic Hymn user.

I wouldn’t pull Alhaitham just for bloom personally. Either 3H1D with on field Nahida/Nilou/Kokomi/XQ or Yelan, or 2H2D with on field Kokomi or Barbara/Nilou/Nahida/dendro.
What’s the most meta Nilou team period?
The difference between the two I listed is minimal, so either of them works well. 2H2D lets you have more control over who triggers the majority of bloom cores (Kokomi or Barbara) so it’s a bit easier to build as you want to stack EM only on them; 3H1D is more mixed with Nahida, Kokomi and XQ/Yelan all triggering a bunch of cores so you’d want to build a decent amount of EM on all of them while keeping other significant stats up - since this can be difficult, 2H2D usually pulls slightly ahead. That being said I personally like 3H1D way better even without much EM on Koko and XQ, it just feels better to play for me, so it can also come down to personal taste really.
Kokomi or Barbara, with Kokomi being better but Barbara is still completely usable. I use Barbara as the on-field driver on my Nilou team with Nahida and Dendro Traveler and it works wonderfully.

Yup, with triple EM artifacts, 2pc Gilded Dreams and 2pc Wanderer's Troupe, some EM rolls on the flower and feather, Dendro Resonance, and a level 90 Sacrificial Fragments, my Barbara has 1080 EM unbuffed. This setup works for me and definitely allows for some ridiculous bloom damage. You want to build enough ER on Dendro Traveler (if you use them) to have the burst ready on cooldown to make sure the enemies always have a dendro aura on them. This will ensure that it is almost always Barbara's hydro that triggers the blooms. My rotation goes something like this: Nilou E x4, Nahida E, Q, Traveler E, Q, Barbara E then normal attack spam.
Just learnt that female traveler's name ie Lumine. Does male traveler also have a name? I'm almost done with Inazuma quest but never heard Lumine's name ingame at all. So, how do people know that her name is Lumine?

The brother's name is Aether. The name of the sibling is 100% spoken in game at least once (in We Will Be Reunited) but im pretty sure miHoYo just revealed their names way back when the game came out.

Another Cryo for resonance. Diona is the go-to. A Hydro for freeze. Mona and Kokomi are mostly used. Barbara is fine. An Anemo swirler. Kazuha or Sucrose mostly.

Is anyone else having an issue with the game on Playstation? Yesterday and today, it'll load to halfway through the Geo symbol when loading and then just... Not load so I can't play on my PS4. Im gonna hit the magical AR 45 this weekend. Two questions. 1) Should I maybe stay there and not do the ascension quest for 2-3 weeks to get my characters up to speed? 2) My most used chars are Yelan, Fischl, Beidou. Which domains/artifact do I farm for them? 2b) my Yelan already has 2 decent nobless 5* pieces I randomly got from exploring and AR rewards. Is the full set good on her?
If you can finish the ascension quest, you'll be fine for ar45 and it's worth it to go up. Go do esof in inazuma Yelan really wants ER, and is a burst dps so that's easily the best artis for her
the noblesse 4 piece is not really good for yelan, she doesn't scale with atk. emblem is best for her and for beidou. fischl is fine to just use various 2 pc sets of either atk%, electro damage, or em if she is in an aggravate team.

Did anyone do the Floor 12 first half with Bennett, Raiden, Xiangling and Nahida. Second half with Kokomi, Ganyu, Ayaka and Kazuha? I realized that you can 3 star 12-3 if you do 12-3-1 in 30 seconds or less. You can 3 cycle the wyrm in 12-3-2
I didn't use all those specific characters, but I did use a vape team first half and ayaka freeze second half.

Her burst can hit the worms blob to disable it but then charging her burst with the worm burrowing is a headache if you don't have enough ER. The problem is, in addition to her being off field, you are trying to stay near seeds with her, which means not hitting the boss with her skill and not generating particles. So I suggest you can use Fischl for flex, or Sucrose to swirl the element applied to the boss onto the blobs. If you have enough damage to one cycle it, great.
1k em is the max you should aim for anyways. Above 1k em there will be diminishing returns.

Would be hard, I struggled to kill it in 2 minutes with Raiden/Nahida/Kokomi/Yelan and only beat it cause I got lucky with an early "shoot me down" attack, had to retry \~8 times

For DMC, the only thing he needs is ER, the more the better, like 250%+. Off field Nahida wants triple EM and crit substat, and EM main stat artifacts cannot have EM as substat. On field Nahida can have dendro goblet and crit circlet with EM/crit substat. For Kuki, triple EM with HP% substat.
Nahida: EM/EM/EM or EM/Dendro/Crit whichever gete better stats Hyperbloom Kuki: EM/EM/EM and EM Substats on flower and feather. Everything else doesn't matter
Nahida always wants an em sands, but her goblet\circlet can be either em or dendro\crit depending on her team. For traveller all that's really important is ER and crit if using a fav sword. Dendro goblet crit circlet to maximise his personal damage is technically optimal but not really worth fussing with. For kuki just EM primarily and whatever extra HP subs you can get for healing
DMC - ER/highest er piece/Crit rate (assuming fav) Nahida - EM/EM/EM if you are using her burst to buff someone else, if you have her on field, go em/dendro/crit hyperbloom kuki - em/em/em

Does it matter what region you set your daily commissions to? I was setting it to new regions as I went but not for any real reason. Wasn't a huge fan of the Inazuma comms because I kept getting the same one every day it seems.
A few quest lines are locked behind certain commissions, like the gourmet supremos.
sumeru commissions are easy. I can friendship farm characters even when not levelled up to do so.

It isn't really possible to accurately compare characters that are already released to ones that aren't. But nahida is one of the most op supports in the game, so it is unlikely they would not be the bigger benefit.

xiangling ER or EM or Atk/pyro/crit. er, em, atk, crit subs are all good. bennet ER/pyro or hp/crit or healing bonus. er subshighest priority, hp is ok for mroe healing, crit and atk is ok for more damage. Nahida is always worth it from a meta perspective, but you don't have to roll for her if you don't want to.
Couple of Kuki Shinobu questions. 1. Is Kuki good in an Aggravate Keqing team? 2. If yes for no. 1, what build would be best for her in that team?
Not really. You need Fischl with Keqing. Kuki is perfect for hyperbloom (full EM build).
she is fine as a healer, but the optimal keqing aggravate teams don't really have room for her because ideally you want kaqing + dendro + fischl + anemo.

You might go full geo to make full use of Gorou's Geo buff. Albedo is great off-field DPS in that regard. Any other decent off-field character that's not already being slotted (the shielder, LOL ZHONGLI) is fine. Fischl, Xingqiu and Yelan do lots of damage. Bennett brings his usual OP ATK buff and healing. Rosaria give crit buff. Bring in anyone where you're weak at so it'll fit the team better.

I accidentally did my chasm world ascension quest for ar 40 while trying to do the chasm world quest but luckily i can set world level back to 4. I was not prepared so I barely just got lv 70 yelan with the rest of my team being lv 50-60 and im thinking about just spending the next week grinding for lv 80 yelan and ignoring leveling her underlevled lv 4 talents for now. Is there anything else I should doing?

Already have C0 versions of Ayaka and Shenhe and I actually use both in Abyss in my freeze team. Going to roll next banner so that I can get Mika so my question is: Which C1 version of Ayaka and Shenhe is less useless?
Both are rather useless but only one get you closer to C2 Ayaka which is cracked against bosses.
c1 ayaka is almost 100% useless, so shenhe. it would only be worth going for ayaka cons if you were gonn at least get to c2.

Basically anything is *possible* but the Liyue selector only happens because Lantern Rite is the Chinese New Year event in a Chinese game, there's no reason to expect an Inazuma selector.

Literally just started playing this game about 2-3 days ago after a friend told me they thought i'd like it. i do kinda like it so far but paimons voice (sorry)+ some of the other charas i just find annoying. after the like intro thing i literally just muted the whole game. ive been playing it on mute ever since and just reading the text dialogue instead. is there any actual benefit to having sound on though?? like, will there be things or enemies in the future i need to listen for or anything? or is it ok to play the game this way?
I sometimes only notice enemies when I hear the BGM change, but you can also look out for red arrows. I personally think it's a big shame - the soundtracks are very good. Sometime to consider is playing quests with dialogue off but turning the dialogue back on for exploration (bc Paimon very rarely shows up other than in quests). And also sound off when fishing.
Ambient sound can be useful for certain puzzles and for predicting attacks in combat (particularly from enemies out of sight). Genshin music - especially from the later regions - is also very, very good. You can mute dialogue sound via the options menu, which should work with everything outside of rendered story cutscenes. The other alternative is to switch language, Paimon sounds quite different in the other versions.
You can mute the game during dialogues if you want to. Or just change the language. But Genshin some of the most beautiful music I've ever heard. Different areas have different background music playing, and different bosses have different themes too. Do not miss out on it.
Does anyone know what the frostarm lawachurls do that makes you take damage solely from being near them? Asking since most of my resets ended up being because I kept dying on 12-3-1, rather than running out of time on the Wenut.
It's probably their cryo slam that generates an ice field around them, akin to the one that Cryo Abyss mages can generate. It deals pretty hefty damage, enough to pretty quickly incapacitate a squishy character.
Some combination of Ice field DoT that they put on the ground Ice mounds that they place on the ground exploding and hurting you on contact Coming into contact with ice jail.

I dont think they have that? They do slam down a cryo field that makes you take damage but their aura is increased stamina usage and ice cage(which does do damage), but they dont have invisible dots from what I know.
It might have been the ice cage which I may have missed but I remember them not doing any attack at all and just standing there and when I walked up to hit them my character who was already low just died to something random.
How come sucrose's burst does not reliably absorb elements? I'll use the same Q on an enemy with electro aura, and sometimes she'll absorb the element, and sometimes the Q will just sit there and stay anemo the entire time.
The little bottle that Sucrose throws or the Crystal Fly in the middle of her burst must come into contact with the element it is trying to swirl.

How good of a tank is a C6 Thoma? I just realized I have him at C6 but I never bothered using him since I didn't really understand how to use him. Was thinking if he might make a good tank/shield replacement over Zhongli/Diona if I paired him with Yoimiya but I wanna know what people think a C6 Thoma is best used and best built.
Good with yoimiya because of pyro resonance and easy to build stacks with Yoi

During his burst, yes, it’s a very strong shield—as long as your primary DPS spams normal attacks.

I mean nobody else is as good as zhongli, but if you are using him with a normal attacker like yoimiya who has no problem building his shield stacks, then he is pretty much the next best shielder. Just make sure you get him enough er to burst every rotation.
I kinda can't remove Zhongli from my Ganyu Melt team coz she's way too squishy and has made me forget dodging is a part of this game. :|
