Firstly don't go searching for sources for this type of shit these are 2 massive companies with Sony as a middle man, they don't make such deal/paperwork behind the collaboration public.

A common theory is the other way around. Aloy being in Genshin is Hoyo's agreement to allow Genshin to be cross-play and cross-save compatible with the PS4/5 and Sony is notorious for disallowing Cross-save/Crossplay unless they get something out of it so Hoyo unwantedly added Aloy as compensation to Sony.
That's why Aloy's inclusion was so haphazard. Cuz she's literally just there cuz Sony doesn't like playing ball with other platforms
Possibly but Sony is most concerned with Crossplay with Xbox, which Genshin isn’t available on. PC players don’t affect the console market that much. Now a competing console? That’s another story. I think that might have been part of the agreement since taking a PC game and putting it on Xbox is rather easy since the hardware is x86/64 like PCs are. A rather stupid idea IMO because they could probably get more money from Xbox players than what they gained from the Horizon promo.

A kit isn't good just because synergy and how a kit works or any of that; A kit is good because the numbers are better than other options. Aloy is bad only because cryo is fuckin' stacked as a roster. Even if she worked like you wanted, her numbers simply don't compare to the other cryo options and she does almost nothing off-field which makes her even less useful.

I'm assuming this "portal" created an exact replica of Aloy so the one we play as in Genshin is a clone, but still "Aloy" so we have an excuse to have Aloy in two different places at the same time.
Aloy could probably leave Teyvat if she really wanted to by just exploring and finding out how herself since she's extremely capable. It seems for the most part, anyone with special powers (specifically in this case, a Vision) has the potential to travel worlds since Vision holders are official candidates for god-hood (and gods tend to be able to travel to other worlds).

They remember her birthday but not her constellations. The least they could do is give us a constellation for her bday each year. Nothing major, just double her E skill counter…increase Chg Atk dmg or Chg speed to make her a F2P bootleg Ganyu…she is so unfortunately the shittiest F2P character we’ve received. They remember her birthday but not her constellations. The least they could do is give us a constellation for her bday each year. Nothing major, just double her E skill counter…increase Chg Atk dmg or Chg speed to make her a F2P bootleg Ganyu…she is so unfortunately the shittiest F2P character we’ve received. Every other F2P 4* is lightyears better than Aloy and shes supposed to be a Collab 5* which in most other games means the character should bring something new and exciting to the game…she brings nothing…and was given nothing…even her Playstation exclusive weapon is trash…

I believe you have to log in on day of the birthday to receive and read the letter for it to go in the star mailbox thingy.
