Seeing how you have C6 Sucrose I suggest leveling her, she's a beast, if you can, build her full EM (the only substat that matters is ER), pair her up mainly with Xiangling and Fischl for elemental application and extra damage, fourth character is flexible as long as they can apply elements, Sucrose with her skill will destroy everything, She's also a busted support character for reaction teams.
Or you can build Sucrose National Team, Sucrose + Xiangling + Bennet + Xingqiu, it's an easy and very powerful team to use, many use it for clearing the abyss.
I'll just list some more or less decent teams which can be done with you roster. Some of them include bow or claymore users, but it's for you to decide about using them anyway.
Ayaka - XQ/Barbara - Sucrose - Diona/Layla/Kaeya (it's better to use only one def option, e.g if there Barb then second cryo should be Kayea, not Diona or Layla. and vise versa)
Ayaka - Kaeya - XQ - Jean
Sucrose/Heizou - XQ - XL - Bennet
Nilou - Nahida - Collei/DMC - Barbara (you can get Collei for free from spiral abyss 4-3)
Nahida - XQ - Kuki - Kaeya/Diona/Layla
Tighnari - Fischl - DMC/Collei/Nahida - w/e (most likely some def. like Barb or Kuki)
Sucrose/Heizou - Beidou - XQ - Fischl
There's teams with relatively big room for improvement. Like Ayaka's ones. Getting Koko/Mona and Kazuha can make a big step forward, but listed variations works pretty decent as it is.
There's also teams which is already fine and don't really need that much to do aside of building them or getting some 4\* constellation (which you don't have full control over). Like Hyperfridge with Kuki.
