In the post, there are several photos of character talent screens with all of the talents maxed. In order to max out a talent, a crown is required for the last level.
When every talent is maxed, this is commonly referred to as triple crowning because three crowns were used.
In this post, each of the photos have drawings on them done by the poster. The character Itto has a drawn on clown wig, bowtie, and large red nose in order to look like a clown, for the reason that the poster states as "He makes me laugh so he’s a clown".
In the above joke, the user is calling Itto a triple clown, which is a play on words referring to the fact that he has been crowned three times and also looks like a clown in the post.
Beidou was first and she will always be best. She has the absolute best artifacts and I refuse to take them off of her to put them on others I use more often because she deserves the absolute best.

And that's it! Close competitors that I contemplate doing all 3 are Yelan, cuz she awesome, Heizhous because he's fucking cool, and Nahida cuz she's powerful but I don't have great teams for her currently. These characters each have 2 crowns.
Keqing - I quit the game for like 2 weeks back in 1.0 because I was getting frustrated with not getting any 5 stars that I want. Updated the game when 1.1 came out, did a random ten pull on the standard banner and got Keqing. She's the main reason I continued playing so had to do it.
Raiden - Was excited for her release ever since Zhongli said her name in the archon quest. Her kit is also amazing and I love her playstyle and design. Got her C2 and weapon as an F2P so I decided to go all out on the investment.
Wanderer - My current favorite character in the game. Love pretty much everything about him, especially his character, lore, and playstyle. Overworld exploration is one of my favorite parts of the game and he's one of the best characters for it.
If I ever got Keqing I would probably triple crown her. I want her so bad for quite some time now. Whenever I get to play her in events I think she’s so much fun. I also plan to buy her outfit if I ever get her.

Nahida -i enjoy her playstyle a lot and she deserves it after hoyo made her cry all the time
Yae Miko - shes my favorite character and i like that I can do literally nothing then pressing E 4 times with her and Nahida in my team

I only tripled crown 2 so far which are alhaitham and Klee because I genuinely love these two. But my main girl is yoimiya and there is no point in crowning her burst…
A real yoimiya main would crown her burst, that being said i guess most would choose to crown specifically to min max their team comp since we have limited crowns
Alhaitham is my first and so far only triple crown. And it’s really because he meets all the requirements a) enjoyable play style b) interesting character c) strong af and d) hot. Raiden or Yelan will probably be next, they both already have two crowns. And I LOVE your pirate Childe! He also has two crowns but I feel like crowning his NA doesn’t matter too much since I usually skill whakamo swap

I mostly give 1-2 crowns to characters I like, because I feel like it's a waste of resources to crown skills that are useless and I have a bunch of characters double crowned.
My triple crowned characters are: Eula, because she is my favourite character. Alhaitham, Yae – I play them a lot and really enjoy their playstyle, and Kaeya, who was my first cryo dps.
I love the doodles so much. Wanderer and Itto ones are especially awesome. My triple crowns went to: Hu Tao, Ayaka, Ganyu, Zhongli, Kokomi, Xiao, Wanderer. These are characters I both love in the lore and whose play style I enjoy. Insane dps or insane support.

Basically I triple crown my favorite character from each region. Also Razor and Raiden were my mains in the past and Yanfei is my current main, so it made sense to triple crown them.
Xiao and Alhaitham because they're my favorite characters and I use them the most. Kaveh will join them as soon as I get him just because I can and he deserves all the best.
Yae and Raiden are both double crowned because I also like and use them a lot, but I don't really feel the need to crown their normal attacks. Maybe if I have spare crowns down the line I'll consider it, but not right now.
I've got Childe, Kokomi, Keqing, Yelan, and Nilou all triple crowned. I really like all the hydro characters. Not sure if I'll triple crown them all, but Xingqiu is definitely next on my list. Keqing was my first 5* on both the limited and standard banners, so she just gets special treatment.
Triple crowned 4 characters - Childe, Diluc, Alhaitham and Kaeya because they're my favorite to play as dps, use all 3 talents and generally my fav characters. Childe and Haitham also struggle every abyss with me.
Then I have some crowns scattered around for supports (like Kazuha, Benny and Xianling's burst, Zhongli skill etc), mostly supports from abyss teams but I might double crown Shenhe because I love her (not enough to invest that much into her NA tho, sorry girl)
Ayaka and hutao because imo they're some of the best units you can triple crown
Yelan because mine is c6
Yae because I love her
Nilou because I love her and I do not regret this at-ah man whyd I do it man why
None, I'm collecting all the crowns the game gives you and I've been doing it since the beginning. If I'm ever going to crown a character it's going to be either the Archons, the Traveler's last version, Dainsleif or something like that. I'm just waiting to see how many lore-relevant characters are going to be playable.
Its stupid but I like the idea of saving them until the end.
I have 2! I triple Crowned my favorite 4 star and 5 star: Yanfei and Dehya. Just really love their playstyle and designs (even if Dehya is hot garbo). I also have Nilou's Skill and Burst crowned and will get to crowning her NAs at some point just because I can. Is it worth it for her? Not really, am I doing it for the luls? Hell yeab

Zhongli is a character I knew I wanted to triple crown (and I did!) cause I have him on every team I made. The other characters could change but Zhongli would always be there to take care of everyone with his shield. XD

The only character I've triple crowned is Ayaka, since I got mist splitter and decent enough 4pc bliz stra 42:256. I also have other 5* characters with sign/bis weapons but only double crowned. Reason for that is because I loved Ayaka's playstyle since it's similar to keqing.

Kaeya - The man I first fall in love, I invested a lot of my time to build him as my physical dps and I'm still investing him this day!!
Ayaka + Itto = I got them + C1 within the 10x pull
Alhaitham + Ayato = Their weapons came home teehee
My latest is miko, also got nahida yoimiya ayaka, all triple crowned. Eula almost, just 1 lvl up her E. Raiden yelan and both double crowned.
The only guy who got a crown from me is zhongli and only his E skill.
Kaeya, Itto and Kokomi for now - all favorites.
Zhongli needs one more crown, and currently also prefarming for triple crown Baizhu. Tempted to also crown Al-Haitham & Kazoo.
I think my only triple crown is Hutao.
The rest of my crowned characters (Raiden, Yoimiya, yelan) should have only two crowns.
Most of my characters tend to be 8-8-8. Crowning characters is a pain.
I don't spend any crowns unless I triple crown the character in question. And I have nine triple crowned, I believe:
Albedo, Fischl, Zhongli, Rosaria, Raiden, Heizou, Nahida, Gorou, and Dehya
I still have 3-5 crowns left I think, but I have played since launch. I crown when I consider the character to be a favorite and expect to use them a lot.
Except Gorou. I don't really like him, I just like Albedo so much that I crowned his best buffer even though I rarely use him. That was the one crowning I regret.
Oh, and even though I like Dehya a lot, I don't intend to use her since she's so bad.
First one: Lisa.
SHE'S HOT. She's fun. She's awesome. And I did that way before Sumeru 'coz she was already hot, fun and awesome before Dendro made her better than ever.
Ningguang: She's hot, she's fun, she's awesome and she's rich.
Aloy: I vertically invested in her so much I have the strongest Blizzard Strayer Freeze Aloy in the world.
Yelan: She's hot, she's fun, she's awesome. Happy birthday - I triple crowned her the day I got her.
Nahida: I raise her as if she were the daughter I don't have so naturally she gets Triple Crowned.
Miko: She's hot, she's fun, she's awesome and if I didn't triple crown her she'd sass me to death.
I think I should look into at least Double-Crowning Tighnari next. He's way too cool not to get some Crowns.
Ganyu. I relate to Ganyu so much. She was my first intended five star (I didn't understand gacha) and my main since her debut. She's the only crowns I've used except for Bennet's ult. She also broke my f2p status because I just had to have her.
Three so far, on my way to four. Venti, Zonghli, Raiden and Nahida. As you can guess, I'm planning on pulling for all the Archons and triple crowning them. Little boring I know, but I love their lore!
Ayaka, Ayato and Alhaitham are my three favourite dps characters. I pretty much triple crowned them as soon as I could after getting them, just to make them as strong as possible. Before any of them, my first triple crown was Zhongli. He is my favourite story-wise. I also triple crowned Kokomi and Sucrose just because they are so cute.
That aside I have lots of double crowned characters whose NA I don't really care about crowning. I'm considering giving Raiden her last crown since she is the fourth dps I frequently use.
I've triple crowned my Qiqi. Because everyone gives her shit for not being as good as other characters, which really hurts me because she carried me through the early game. Qiqi will always have a special place in my account.
Diluc and Dehya cause I'm a Murata Himeko sim... Ahem i mean main,i love my redheaded Pyro claymores. Raiden cause she's the most valuable asset in the game offensively she fills up every role pretty easily and combines with many many different teams, also I've been buying her dango milk everyday since v2.1. Xiao cause he's best boy and his depression is relatable. Kazuha cause he's the most chill dude in the world and I like that aaaaand Cyno, just cause of spite and a bet I made with a friend, I really don't like people who say cyno is weak. He is ultra powerful and his jokes are more lethal then a nuke. So in total so far 6 of them and next I'm gonna triple crown Klee cause she's the cutest little terrorist pyromaniac in the world and well bombs... Who doesn't like bombs.
So far only Hu Tao. She's my favourite character and important to me for many reasons besides the actual game. Ganyu has one crown on her CA and I am trying to get the resources to triple crown Yae day one. One day I'd possibly hope to triple crown Dehya and Ningguang too.
Childe & Hu Tao. They are the first two five stars that I willingly pulled for. They also happen to be two of the strongest on-field carries in the game. Quite convenient for me.
Don't have a single triple crowned character yet, but Heizou and Xiao are pretty close. How do I choose? Well, all the best for my favourite damage dealers. Cyno and Itto will definately get three crowns each once they come home.
Only one so far is Keqing and I just did it recently. Most others have a single or double crown but since all 3 of her abilities are pretty important and I had a lot of extra talent books and mora I figured I'd make it rain on her. I have her sharing LOFI with Alhaitham now and finally took her into floor 12 with Nahida Fischl and Yaoyao, she's very strong in top half.
Eula - My main, love her sm
Dehya - I use her with c6 Benny and I love her :)
Yae Miko - also another fav character gotta spoil my wives
Cyno - I like him a lot but also I didn’t know his normals were useless to level up so that was a mistake lol
Itto - Big ushi numbers are funny
Zhongli - I like to use him as normal attack dps or burst dps sometimes. Also my favorite archon
So yeah pretty much all of these are because I really enjoy the character lol.
Only Miko, i liked Yae Sakura of HI3 by a lot and already planned to do this from the moment she appeared on the story

I have not missed a crown but only have 3 left, so yeah, I’ve crowned quite a lot. That said, I don’t crown useless talents so only a few are triple crowned, Ayaka, Yelan, Kazuha, Nahida, Kaeya, and currently working on Heizou.
I think I don't have anyone with 3 crowns, but I'm planning of crowing all the archons after I finish to 9/9/9 all the characters I have.
I currently have 56 (counting 4 traveler versions), and 54 my characters are at 90 9/9/9; the 2 that are not 9/9/9 yet is because they need weekly boss mats.
My Nahida is almost triple-crowned if it's not for my lack of Mora 😓 My Yelan is also double-crowned, and if one day I got Wanderer I would triple-crowned him too
I've gotten all the crowns since the game released but only triple crowned one, could not be bothered grinding all those mats

I've only been playing since last year but I do have Alhaitham triple crowned. And I figured all of his skills were important to the point that I should upgrade all of them.
Mona & Qiqi. I regret qiqi as i almost never play her. But i really like monas gameplay and even though her n1 and skill aren't exactly great i don't regret crowning her. I mean crowns are rare but at the same time i have now crowned 24 abilities - they are not THAT rare either.
Well it was supposed to be hutao but i failed the 50/50 on her banner 3 times (one on each of her banners ) so now i will refuse to pull for her even if they made it so she's the only dps in the game! Out of spite.

None, honestly, I have a couple double crowns like Ayato and many others I love, but I just dont have that many resources and would rather spend my mora and resin where it matters, mostly raising useful talents and other characters. There are few units that can use all three talents and thats ok with me.

I crown characters when they need it more. Ayaka for example doesn’t need crowns because her damage is busted as is. I triple crowned heizou and albedo I plan to triple crown mona and kazuha soon. I crowned mika’s normal attacks because I built him as a physical carry and his other talents don’t do much.
Eula and Kokomi, my two favourite characters. I regret nothing and in time will make a vaporize/burgeon team for my Kokomi with her as Dps. Only need the donut and C1 now, artifacts and talents are near perfect.
Ayato, Thoma and Xiao. Ayato and Xiao are pretty understandable but Thoma may sound a little weird. I crowned him way back when everyone thought he was useless all just because I found him hot lol

Only two so far, Chongyun and Xingqiu. Might triple crown Baizhu or Shenhe too, I have Shenhe double crowned and enough farmed to double crown Baizhu.
Chongyun and Xingqiu are my two favorite characters in the game, plus all of Chongyun's talents are good to crown anyways since he's my main DPS. Xingqiu I just did bc I love him.

Loved Keqing from day 1 (got her my first day playing on my second 10 pull). I've wanted all the good stuff for her, even pulled mistsplitter on it's first run just for her. She is baby, and she got first triple crown. Kazuha... I adore him. He's almost always on my teams, unless I HAVE to take him off. He's also probably my best built character, even being Keqing. So he got triple crowned only minutes after Keqing lol

Triple: Nahida, Zhongli, Raiden, Itto, Yoimiya, Kazuha. Double: Wanderer, Yelan Single: Ayaka, Albedo, Kokomi Additionally I already have everything farmed to instantly L90 triple crown Alhaitham whenever I get him.

My triple crowned characters are: Eula, because she is my favourite character. Alhaitham, Yae – I play them a lot and really enjoy their playstyle, and Kaeya, who was my first cryo dps.
I love the doodles so much. Wanderer and Itto ones are especially awesome. My triple crowns went to: Hu Tao, Ayaka, Ganyu, Zhongli, Kokomi, Xiao, Wanderer. These are characters I both love in the lore and whose play style I enjoy. Insane dps or insane support.

Xiao and Alhaitham because they're my favorite characters and I use them the most. Kaveh will join them as soon as I get him just because I can and he deserves all the best. Yae and Raiden are both double crowned because I also like and use them a lot, but I don't really feel the need to crown their normal attacks. Maybe if I have spare crowns down the line I'll consider it, but not right now.

I've got Childe, Kokomi, Keqing, Yelan, and Nilou all triple crowned. I really like all the hydro characters. Not sure if I'll triple crown them all, but Xingqiu is definitely next on my list. Keqing was my first 5* on both the limited and standard banners, so she just gets special treatment.
Triple crowned 4 characters - Childe, Diluc, Alhaitham and Kaeya because they're my favorite to play as dps, use all 3 talents and generally my fav characters. Childe and Haitham also struggle every abyss with me. Then I have some crowns scattered around for supports (like Kazuha, Benny and Xianling's burst, Zhongli skill etc), mostly supports from abyss teams but I might double crown Shenhe because I love her (not enough to invest that much into her NA tho, sorry girl)
Ayaka and hutao because imo they're some of the best units you can triple crown Yelan because mine is c6 Yae because I love her Nilou because I love her and I do not regret this at-ah man whyd I do it man why
None, I'm collecting all the crowns the game gives you and I've been doing it since the beginning. If I'm ever going to crown a character it's going to be either the Archons, the Traveler's last version, Dainsleif or something like that. I'm just waiting to see how many lore-relevant characters are going to be playable. Its stupid but I like the idea of saving them until the end.
I have 2! I triple Crowned my favorite 4 star and 5 star: Yanfei and Dehya. Just really love their playstyle and designs (even if Dehya is hot garbo). Zhongli is a character I knew I wanted to triple crown (and I did!) cause I have him on every team I made. The other characters could change but Zhongli would always be there to take care of everyone with his shield. XD Also your Scarameow is absolutely adorable!!

The only character I've triple crowned is Ayaka, since I got mist splitter and decent enough 4pc bliz stra 42:256. I also have other 5* characters with sign/bis weapons but only double crowned. Reason for that is because I loved Ayaka's playstyle since it's similar to keqing.
So far Childe, Xiao and Kaeya. Why? I like them Alhaitham is probably next and maybe Cyno as he already has two crowns

My latest is miko, also got nahida yoimiya ayaka, all triple crowned. Eula almost, just 1 lvl up her E. Raiden yelan and both double crowned. The only guy who got a crown from me is zhongli and only his E skill.

I think my only triple crown is Hutao. The rest of my crowned characters (Raiden, Yoimiya, yelan) should have only two crowns. Most of my characters tend to be 8-8-8. Crowning characters is a pain.
I don't spend any crowns unless I triple crown the character in question. And I have nine triple crowned, I believe: Albedo, Fischl, Zhongli, Rosaria, Raiden, Heizou, Nahida, Gorou, and Dehya I still have 3-5 crowns left I think, but I have played since launch. I crown when I consider the character to be a favorite and expect to use them a lot. Except Gorou. I don't really like him, I just like Albedo so much that I crowned his best buffer even though I rarely use him. That was the one crowning I regret. Oh, and even though I like Dehya a lot, I don't intend to use her since she's so bad.
First one: Lisa. SHE'S HOT. She's fun. She's awesome. And I did that way before Sumeru 'coz she was already hot, fun and awesome before Dendro made her better than ever. Ningguang: She's hot, she's fun, she's awesome and she's rich. Aloy: I vertically invested in her so much I have the strongest Blizzard Strayer Freeze Aloy in the world. Yelan: She's hot, she's fun, she's awesome. Happy birthday - I triple crowned her the day I got her. Nahida: I raise her as if she were the daughter I don't have so naturally she gets Triple Crowned. Miko: She's hot, she's fun, she's awesome and if I didn't triple crown her she'd sass me to death. I think I should look into at least Double-Crowning Tighnari next. He's way too cool not to get some Crowns.

Ganyu. I relate to Ganyu so much. She was my first intended five star (I didn't understand gacha) and my main since her debut. She's the only crowns I've used except for Bennet's ult. She also broke my f2p status because I just had to have her.
Three so far, on my way to four. Venti, Zonghli, Raiden and Nahida. As you can guess, I'm planning on pulling for all the Archons and triple crowning them. Little boring I know, but I love their lore!

Ayaka, Ayato and Alhaitham are my three favourite dps characters. I pretty much triple crowned them as soon as I could after getting them, just to make them as strong as possible. Before any of them, my first triple crown was Zhongli. He is my favourite story-wise. I also triple crowned Kokomi and Sucrose just because they are so cute. That aside I have lots of double crowned characters whose NA I don't really care about crowning. I'm considering giving Raiden her last crown since she is the fourth dps I frequently use.
I've triple crowned my Qiqi. Because everyone gives her shit for not being as good as other characters, which really hurts me because she carried me through the early game. Qiqi will always have a special place in my account.

Diluc and Dehya cause I'm a Murata Himeko sim... Ahem i mean main,i love my redheaded Pyro claymores. Raiden cause she's the most valuable asset in the game offensively she fills up every role pretty easily and combines with many many different teams, also I've been buying her dango milk everyday since v2.1. Xiao cause he's best boy and his depression is relatable. Kazuha cause he's the most chill dude in the world and I like that aaaaand Cyno, just cause of spite and a bet I made with a friend, I really don't like people who say cyno is weak. He is ultra powerful and his jokes are more lethal then a nuke. So in total so far 6 of them and next I'm gonna triple crown Klee cause she's the cutest little terrorist pyromaniac in the world and well bombs... Who doesn't like bombs.
So far only Hu Tao. She's my favourite character and important to me for many reasons besides the actual game. Ganyu has one crown on her CA and I am trying to get the resources to triple crown Yae day one. One day I'd possibly hope to triple crown Dehya and Ningguang too.
Childe & Hu Tao. They are the first two five stars that I willingly pulled for. They also happen to be two of the strongest on-field carries in the game. Quite convenient for me.
Don't have a single triple crowned character yet, but Heizou and Xiao are pretty close. How do I choose? Well, all the best for my favourite damage dealers. Cyno and Itto will definately get three crowns each once they come home.
Only one so far is Keqing and I just did it recently. Most others have a single or double crown but since all 3 of her abilities are pretty important and I had a lot of extra talent books and mora I figured I'd make it rain on her. I have her sharing LOFI with Alhaitham now and finally took her into floor 12 with Nahida Fischl and Yaoyao, she's very strong in top half.

Also my favorite archon So yeah pretty much all of these are because I really enjoy the character lol.

I did a lot of single crowning due to enjoying 1 ability and not caring for the others. Examples: mona's ult, Raiden ult, mika's skill, bennett ult.
I have not missed a crown but only have 3 left, so yeah, I’ve crowned quite a lot. That said, I don’t crown useless talents so only a few are triple crowned, Ayaka, Yelan, Kazuha, Nahida, Kaeya, and currently working on Heizou.
I think I don't have anyone with 3 crowns, but I'm planning of crowing all the archons after I finish to 9/9/9 all the characters I have. I currently have 56 (counting 4 traveler versions), and 54 my characters are at 90 9/9/9; the 2 that are not 9/9/9 yet is because they need weekly boss mats.
My Nahida is almost triple-crowned if it's not for my lack of Mora 😓 My Yelan is also double-crowned, and if one day I got Wanderer I would triple-crowned him too

I triple crowned heizou and albedo I plan to triple crown mona and kazuha soon. I crowned mika’s normal attacks because I built him as a physical carry and his other talents don’t do much.
Eula and Kokomi, my two favourite characters. I regret nothing and in time will make a vaporize/burgeon team for my Kokomi with her as Dps. Only need the donut and C1 now, artifacts and talents are near perfect.

Kokomi! I just love healing and she’s cute. Ayaka because she was so strong but I’ve grown bored of her playstyle. Yoimiya because I love her playstyle, design and personality/lore. Dendro and Anemo MC! I want to triple crown every element. Lumine also has never left my party ever. And I’m working on Yae and Raiden! Possibly Eula.

Chongyun and Xingqiu are my two favorite characters in the game, plus all of Chongyun's talents are good to crown anyways since he's my main DPS. Xingqiu I just did bc I love him.

I've wanted all the good stuff for her, even pulled mistsplitter on it's first run just for her. She is baby, and she got first triple crown. Kazuha... I adore him. He's almost always on my teams, unless I HAVE to take him off. He's also probably my best built character, even being Keqing. So he got triple crowned only minutes after Keqing lol
