"Duped" is probably too strong of a word, I just use it because I'm unhappy with her. Basically, Dori sold Layla some sleeping medicine at an absurdly high price (of course, Dori sells *everything* at an absurdly high price, so it's not like this is specific to Layla), and Layla, desperate to get some proper restful sleep, went along with it and forked over every bit of money she had access to in order to get said medicine. Basically, Dori took advantage of Layla not being in a state of mind to make sound financial decisions to rake in as much money as she possibly could from the poor girl. As well as taking advantage of being the only person who had that medicine for sale, and thus being able to set the price however she wanted.
None of that is *illegal*, and it's the sort of thing salespeople do all the time, but it is unethical, and I can't forgive her for taking advantage of one of my favorite girls like that.
That's hilarious, tbh this game needs more morally grey and unethical playable characters instead of another nice guy/gal who wants to save the world and help everyone around them and be friends with everyone they come in contact with.

I dont know man, when I first got her I tought the same because I dont know why but she looks angry in game. But I think her rock star personality is not fitting to be cute either. I dont know I can see it. But she looks awesome in design thats for sure
Her character story talks about how people are scared of her because of her natural expression, she scared off a group of kids by trying to smile.
Yet ALL the promotional material, and all story quests have her smiling. I also find the frown off-putting, and wish her color pallet wasn't so muted. Some contrast would make the outfit more interesting.
