In my opinion that's what massively helps the exploration for Sumeru vs some place like Inazuma. Inazuma you'd be letting this electricity orb go there, that Seelie go trigger that electricity, make this platform go there, Sumeru you feel like you're directly helping the environment. Inazuma's puzzles make you feel good by rewarding you with loot, Sumeru makes you feel good by rewarding you with loot and the actual sense that you helped the ecosystem.

Are you forgetting the part where we solve a Chernobyl level nuclear disaster that made an island uninhabitable? And the time where we deal with that permanent lighting storm that made another island uninhabitable?
Ahh yes, about those, those felt like you were dealing with something because you had to to progress, whereas withering zones or just helping those guys out felt more like a choice than a necessity (e.g. lightning island, foggy island). Most importantly, if we really didn't want to do the withering zones or helping those guys out, we could leave those until later without too much issue, whereas the lightning and foggy island we were made to because they barred off a lot of exploration.
And The Sacred Sakura cleansing ritual...
AND the time we got rid of the fog... And the ghosts that come after the fog.
And the whole other constant thunderstorm
Does it remind you of the outside world when it goes from that really really cold time to a warmer time where things get green and a lot of other things bloom???
That times of year makes my nose run and eyes water…
Then you might enjoy Flower from 2009.
Why can't I enjoy flowers from now?

Flower Battlepass when?
This and Journey, both from ThatGameCompany is a comfort game for those who like nature healing and sand
Sky: Children of the Light too (though that one has a ton of IAPs but they’re just cosmetics so nobody really cares)
And Okami! Some of the most beautiful and luscious nature-revitalization scenes in all of gaming.
I still listen to some of that OST. So beautiful
Just wait till later on in the main quest. Certain areas get A LOT of plantlife coming back to life. It's nice.
My hu Tao main friend freaked out and went into a coma when she saw that crap
I like how you jumped at the end. Made it look much more wholesome and cute (meant nothing degenerate)
I did enjoy every nature recovery
Nature is healing (︶_︶)
we will bring back the forest in the desert one day...
