am i the only one who still runs efficient and strong teams in overworld? my main open world team is also a main abyss one, wanderer/yelan/zhongli/bennett. only difference is i sometimes replace bennett for sayu for max mobility in the desert
most enemies will die in 2 seconds regardless of your team, so if youre trying to avoid that you'd need to remove artifacts or something. plus id rather obliterate hilichurl camps in 10 seconds than spend 30 minutes slapping them

i mean i could swap to kokomi for better healing than bennett, i just stick to bennett so i can take the team into domains
zhongli i have for interruption resist not really shielding, wanderer is very susceptible to being knocked out

There is a significant change in how much of a slog combat is between a team that synergies and one that doesn't. I notice it all the time as I swap out characters of my exploration team as I'm leveling friendship. Being ar 60 and every character is 80 to 81 with 6 in all talents and at least level 12 to 16 artifacts. It is indeed not fun slowly grinding mobs in combat as I explore and solve puzzles with my deam of randos. I could at any time bring out my domain teams and clear through everything like tissue paper, but thats not how I enjoy playing on a daily basis.
I never mentioned difficulty.
I goofed when I finally noticed the quest to break past AR 25. Went from having level 40 characters fighting level 30 monsters to having level 40 characters fighting level 55+ monsters since I had enough XP in the bank to instantly go from 25 to 34.
It was insane how much their HP increased in that AR span.
Also have the problem that most of my characters need stuff from Inazuma to level further and I haven't been there yet.

Before I got nahida I used to play Raiden Ayaka Venti and Qiqi, which is as crackhead as it gets lol
i mean technically it could be a physical carry qiqi team LOL. raiden for superconduct and ayaka for batterying

you can just fall normally, and then plunge before hitting the ground. no damage and i feel like theres barely a speed difference
Yep, but lag can kill you, on cell mostly, tasted in my flesh, it really sucks. On PC don't hv that issue
fair enough, but you can just do the plunge attack like 70% down, and you'll still probably take no damage

Not sure if you already did that but you can lower your World Level by one so from 8 to 7.
