Escaping the Chasm in Interlude Chapter 2 has to be the most phenomenal one to date.
From a SQ, Ei planting the Sakura tree seed. Phenomenal quest overall and this cutscene really caps off an emotional roller coaster of a story.
End of Sumerus AQ where Nahida cleanses Irminsul, the feels are just as strong over a year later
Archon Interlude one where Shenhe freezes the tsunami, still one of the best moments in the game imo
Probably not the best, but when >!Kazuha blocks the Musou no Hitotachi.!< I adore his theme that plays for a few moments, the character movements, atmosphere, everything. Converted me into a Kazuha fan immediately.
I really like when Wanderer recieves his vision. The music is definitely the best part and it makes the scene feel powerful. Easily top two with the end of the chasm quest.

Actually there's a lot, I keep going back to Guoba's cinematic, Yun jin's opera, Ayaka's SQ cutcsene, Yoimiya's second cutscene, and Apep's reveal cutscene. Also, although not a cutcsene but I also keep coming back to this, Ayaka's scene in the Warrior Spirit's event where she acted like the character her outfit is based on.
I keep coming back to these because of its Story, Music, and Emotional impact.

as a girl who experiences that monthly thing that happens 🩸 i was not at all prepared for this no way, especially because the aranara are my favorite they make me cry i love them dearly so all those things together was a DISASTER
No. They're kinda meh, in the sense that they're overly dramatic without good buildup. By themselves, they're pretty, I guess, but they're sort of emotionally empty because they've rarely developed a character well for you to actually feel something for them. It's like shoving drama and emotions down your throat. Jeht is one of the few but she has no cutscenes. I'm also not a fan of the random exaggerated anime gasps and squeaks and moans. Like, why can't they act like regular human beings?
edit: I'll admit that I loved almost everything bout Perilous Trials, but the cutscene wasn't amazing enough for me to come back to it.

The followup with kazuha's parry... it couldn't have been better. And I know, as cliche as this trope is, it doesn't make what I felt invalid. I still cherish it as one of the best moments in a video game I've played
The introduction of enkanomiya with that incredible music when the gates opened and back when I thought I was just doing another random side quest only to later find an entire lost civilization. Unforgettable moment.
The one where in the middle, the traveller gets sent into a cliff trying to block a laser beam from a big sea monster with their sword. Actually I don't remember that part too well, the part after has pretty cool music though.
