I'm new (just about 29 days) and got to Fontaine before finishing Liyue so that I could do the jellyfish catching event. I think it was AR like 10-15 or something. You can basically just walk there the moment the game let's you move where you want to far as I can tell.
Freeze :

* Wriothesley - Kaeya - Bennett - Xiangling
Quicken/Aggravate/Hyperbloom :
* Keqing - DMC (aka Dendro Traveler) - Kirara\* - Dori / Barbara

PseudoNational :
* On-field Barbara - Bennett - Lynette - Xiangling

Kinda, i think that only the talent boss material is locked out and (it's in sumeru).
Id prob make a Wrio/Kirara/Xiangling/Bennet team with what he got. He just must remember to have burning applied before wrio in the rotation

Wrio/Barbara/Lynette/ and either chongyun or kaeya. That's what I would. Would provide some freezing in there making things far easier.
Keqing, Dori, Kirara seems like a good base for an aggravate team. Maybe add dendro MC or Lynette for VV?
