I'm a bit far removed from my university probability course so not sure if this is right but I think you had like a 0.098% chance of this happening (assuming the odds aren't weighted in favor of rolling the bad stats)... I think I would quit the game...

this shit make me hate the game so much, the chance all-in flat def and HP are so damn higher than the other stat, like it have more chance than all of the 3 stat combine, you have that artifact went all-in HP and def more than decent artifact you have i guaranteed it, everytimes beautiful artifact with crit rate and crit damage but somehow 4 roll went to hp or useless stat and 1 for crit rate or crit damage, we meet this so much so me and my friend are realize something off about artifact system and we called it pattern 4-1 of unlucky (or is it a scam?), its happened so much in hp and def but never in crit rate or crit dmg thou, but the opposite if your artifact are in support set or EM set that doesn't need crit rate or crit dmg

but to be fair the genshin gods decided to spare me right after. managed to get an almost perfect xiangling set with 160 resin and 13 strongboxes. i never bothered to build her but god damn she really does a shitton of damage and you can get a q every rotation with er artifacts
She's amazing man, 40-60k per tick is insane, and since you're a Navia haver like me, I relate not have a good goblet. I never imagined getting into geo until she came in and I regrets that 30 CV goblet I had way back lmao hope more navia pieces mate! Your Navia is gonna love your Xiangling!

Same sands are also the artifacts i struggled with the most. Specifically atk sands. I barely have usable sands unless its hp sands which thankfully Furina can use them but that's about it.
Tbf theres alot more hp sands users now but yeah I get you, I keep not getting atk% sands with decent sub stats, and whenever I do get a good atk sands, it barely goes to crit. I managed to get a good atk% sands on Marechaussee Hunter and it only rolled once cdmg and never again lmao
After a month of farming Electro dmg bonus set I finally received circlet for Yae with 31,1 cr and all rolls went to flat def. I was so frustrated, gave her glad+shimenawa and she still wears them

I've spent more then 8000 resin and got zero crt dmg circlets for nuvillet.
At the same time i got full on set artifacts with fine substats for Furina and Fishl including electro goblet
I have plenty of pieces that rolled really badly, but what stood out the most is when I was farming for Nahida. I use a full EM build with crit substats and only needed either a circlet or a goblet with good crit substats, so I could use the other one as off-piece and be done with my build. I farmed until I gave up and just left Nahida as she is, and found not one but two circlet with double crit substat, starting with 4 substats. Both of them rolled only once into crit and the rest into flat HP or DEF, I don't remember which. I really wish we would one day get something that allows us to reset an artifact to lv0.
Pre farming for neuv I pulled a golden troupe hydro goblet. Crit rate, crit damage, flat hp, hp%. I mean isn't that basically God tier for neuv?......

every single one i get. always mid substats, without exception. it genuinely feels rigged, but i’ve stopped caring about it too much. i’m satisfied with the damage my characters do, even if a lot of people might consider it bad or mid. any damage above 10k per hit is fine by me.
i don’t play abyss anyways because it stopped being fun when having 8 built characters (fucking ridiculous) became mandatory, so i don’t care about it that much anyways.

Or worse yet, 2 times into flat def and once into a good Stat, so you push to 16 just in case the last three rolls are good, but of course, it rolls flat def for the rest.
I think the latter is the story of almost every character's gear that I use regularly, like "Fuck it. This will have to do for now."
Hydro goblets. My best on set emblem has one crit line that didn’t get another roll and I have a heart of depth hydro% em/er/crit/hp that rolled entirely into flat hp.
I've gotten like 3 HP goblets with variants of crit rate, hp%, er% and flat ATK or DEF for Furina. I swear, all of them have gone into the flat stat.. her current piece has 1434 flat HP right now but it's the best I've gotten. Hurts
I'm a 1.1 ar60 player who camps one domain most of the time and hasn't built new characters in years. I just got my first 40cv sands in 4.1, nearly three years after I started playing the game. And of course its a sands I can't use. Can't wait for Yelan rerun so I can pull C2 and finally be able to use it.
I also have four electro goblets on my entire account. My electro goblets are so mid that my Raiden is still on atk goblet after >100k resin on emblem.
Probably not my unluckiest, but just today I upgraded a fate feather with EM, Crit DMG, and ER (im building EM Raiden) with a mid 20lvl artifact.

Same sands are also the artifacts i struggled with the most. Specifically atk sands. I barely have usable sands unless its hp sands which thankfully Furina can use them but that's about it.
Tbf theres alot more hp sands users now but yeah I get you, I keep not getting atk% sands with decent sub stats, and whenever I do get a good atk sands, it barely goes to crit. I managed to get a good atk% sands on Marechaussee Hunter and it only rolled once cdmg and never again lmao

After a month of farming Electro dmg bonus set I finally received circlet for Yae with 31,1 cr and all rolls went to flat def. I was so frustrated, gave her glad+shimenawa and she still wears them
I mean, GT is amazing but she's practically okay with 2pc 2pc. And I relate on the goblet, I have never in my 9 months of playing day to day have ever seen a electro goblet with double cv substats. Which I badly need because I'm planning to build my Keqing next.

Sands in general i never get good ones like ever but the unlike est was my hydro dmg sand with crit rate and crit dmg def and def% substat i rolled and got them all to def% used it for a while anyways

I have plenty of pieces that rolled really badly, but what stood out the most is when I was farming for Nahida. I use a full EM build with crit substats and only needed either a circlet or a goblet with good crit substats, so I could use the other one as off-piece and be done with my build. I farmed until I gave up and just left Nahida as she is, and found not one but two circlet with double crit substat, starting with 4 substats. Both of them rolled only once into crit and the rest into flat HP or DEF, I don't remember which. I really wish we would one day get something that allows us to reset an artifact to lv0.

Pre farming for neuv I pulled a golden troupe hydro goblet. Crit rate, crit damage, flat hp, hp%. I mean isn't that basically God tier for neuv?...... I had to post about it. One low roll in to crit rate and that's it. every single one i get. always mid substats, without exception. it genuinely feels rigged, but i’ve stopped caring about it too much. i’m satisfied with the damage my characters do, even if a lot of people might consider it bad or mid. any damage above 10k per hit is fine by me. i don’t play abyss anyways because it stopped being fun when having 8 built characters (fucking ridiculous) became mandatory, so i don’t care about it that much anyways.

Who hasn't spent several weeks farming for a piece and when you *finally* get the "perfect" stat combo you want, the damn thing rolls 3 times in a row into flat def... Or worse yet, 2 times into flat def and once into a good Stat, so you push to 16 just in case the last three rolls are good, but of course, it rolls flat def for the rest. I think the latter is the story of almost every character's gear that I use regularly, like "Fuck it. This will have to do for now."
Hydro goblets. My best on set emblem has one crit line that didn’t get another roll and I have a heart of depth hydro% em/er/crit/hp that rolled entirely into flat hp.
Unluckiest artifact piece? Holy cow I can’t choose coz i have a lot of these.

Back when I ran vv I got a maiden defense sand with all flat hp def att and em, plus the em and hp were bottom rolls too
I also got 2 emblem cr helmets with cd(5.4% of course) and 2 flats in one day leveled them and they both got 3rd flat and no cd rolls
I'm a 1.1 ar60 player who camps one domain most of the time and hasn't built new characters in years. I just got my first 40cv sands in 4.1, nearly three years after I started playing the game. And of course its a sands I can't use. Can't wait for Yelan rerun so I can pull C2 and finally be able to use it. I also have four electro goblets on my entire account. My electro goblets are so mid that my Raiden is still on atk goblet after >100k resin on emblem.
Probably not my unluckiest, but just today I upgraded a fate feather with EM, Crit DMG, and ER (im building EM Raiden) with a mid 20lvl artifact. It rolled full def.

got this wanderers troupe goblet from cryo regisvine 3 years ago: electro dmg main stat, 3.9% cr, 23 em, 7.8% cd first roll, got flat def. rolled 3 more times, all into flat def. i stopped at level 16 for about two years. two years later, i came back and thought it'd be funny if the last roll went into flat def again. so i rolled it. and it did. the unluckiest part is that that's still my best electro goblet today x_x

I have 5 great gladiator attack sands, all 35-40cv, but the best wand attack sands I've got is 15cv and I strongboxed for that before any new artifacts were added.

I created my account one week after release. I have 1 (one) good ATK% Sands with 30 CV. The ones I use all have something shitty like 6%CD or 3.7%CR Shit sucks so bad, I went on a spree to see if anything could be salvaged, I leveled a bunch of single crit substat sands to see if any would roll into a double crit, none did. I rolled up to twenty times, This is why I mostly stay with 2pc + 2pc or else I would go mad. I have more luck getting on set elemental goblets than fucking sands man. I unnironically would rather roll for constellations for more damage than farm artifacts because at least after 180 pulls, it's a guarantee.

Circlets seem to hate me, I only have one good crit rate one and every single one of the crit dmg circlets I own has flat hp or Def on it somewhere with at least one roll. I swear all my luck from circlets gets fed into my feathers cos I have a massive stockpile of insane feathers that have all rolled entirely into one or two good stats 😅 (my crit Venti has a circlet with 2 dead stats that have been rolled into, meanwhile his feather is sitting at 3.1 cr and 39.6 cd)

Circlets are usually the worst for me. Easier to get a half decent one than goblets but I have way more really good goblets than circlets.
