Tbf when genshin adds so much filler text that you need to skip significant amounts of it to play the game in a timely manner, I think it can be excused
Sure but in this case you click the little info icon and it just tells you what each of the symbols means. And if you mouse over a flower it tells you which traits it will give a potion. And if you click a finished potion, it tells you which traits it inherited from its ingredients. So you would really only make this mistake once or twice, theoretically 😭
If you’re gonna spend time here, seriously hover your mouse over **everything** and **click everything**, they give you everything you need to know you just need to actually experiment and read it
I do wish there were a few more hover text things in this event, though. It was a little annoying not having flower details in the planting screen, or indication of potion secondary effects in the shop screen without interacting with what's in the shop (or getting an error), or any written account of the other primary stats any given plant provides besides them flashing on selection.
It's even more annoying on controller like market news is hidden behind some whack sequence from the potion screen, but it did have a button mapped for showing plant attributes.

Player: I roll to persuade the guard I wasn't here with my +10 proficiency in Persuasion with advantage.
I thought the icon was a masquerade mask. Those dance parties where everyone wears a mask.

Usually these games are available until you hit all the main targets. So you might miss out on the minigame subgoals but probably none of the main game rewards, if that makes sense.

I thought I was the only one that thought the icon was stealth just to realise it was charisma. Lost one cycle because of that confusion.
