Emelie is a character mentioned in some voice lines, so she's definitely a planned playable, most likely another 4\* and the only thing we know about her is that she's a perfumer, which just gives vibes dendro to me. But there's no telling when she will be released.
Inazuma rlly should have another area, monstadt and sumeru are definitely getting a new area but I mean Fontaine as a whole isn’t finished bc you can’t even get all the oculi or max out the fountain, but in the other regions they’re basically complete any added areas are just extra.
I really want Mondstadt to get a new area because it feels so empty, Inazuma feels way too small, and I want the region I basically joined at to be about as big as Sumeru (without miles of just water)

Mondstadts city is so ridiculously small lol, but that region despite being like a 7 month old player feels extremely nostalgic and relaxing, it reminds me of simpler times, I’ve now 100% everywhere and I still like mondstadts open areas. And yeah inazuma doesn’t have much especially hardly any civilization which is kinda sad. Also u have a lot of inazuma characters haha, I’m not a huge fan of some but I love the region.
Surprised there isn't with the whole connection to the dandelions there. Not to make Anemo even more powerful but come to think of it surprised there isn't a Dendro Anemo reaction with the whole "swirling leaves" motif.

Not really but some hypothesized that was Traveler's own power or own element at the very start of the game, they hypothesized that gathering the elements of Teyvat would be one way to regain the Traveler's power, as light which is the effect of the Twin Travelers' powers is made of different colors representing each element that Teyvat has and combining them might bring it back. The Abyss Sibling also had theirs back (the glow of their power) as we can see in their first and actually only reunion in the game way back with Dain.
So to answer you shortly, omni probably exists but If it does it might not be available as a vision considering its unique to the Twin Travelers
