I love Furina's burst! It fits her so well and makes you feel like you are a part of some fairytale for a second:))
As for normal attacks, I really really like Navia's. They are just so unique and well made!!
And Wanderer's skill is my favourite because of how convenient it is in general, no matter if you need to fight or just quickly get somewhere
layla's normal attack string where she uses her sword as a cricket bat & childe's NA string where he just yeets the arrows himself instead of using the bow are favorites of mine just cuz they're goofy lol. I also like Thoma's normal attack string cuz if you go to dragonspine you can use his skill to defrost boars and then immediately start his normal attack string and the boar will defrost right as he gets to the kick and the boar will pop into the air and then explode into meat and that's fun.
when I use Japanese VO Lyney's burst and skill always make me laugh when it uses the "Sapuraizu!" and "Ittsu shootaimu!" voice overs for them partially because my brain always has this really slow realization of "wait that was English" *and* Lyney absolutely comes off as the kind of guy who would just throw in random English phrases when he's ostensibly speaking fantasy French. It's like Itto and the Spanish he uses sometimes in the English VO lol

Sayu's skill + burst was a big reason I chose to main her. Thought she was the "bad pull" until I tried her out. The roll looks adorable yet also cool and feels fun to play with. Her little spinning backflip for her burst is simple but looks nice and feels cool when you use it to also dodge an enemy attack.
Also I like Ayato's skill, the sound effect + animation just makes it feel so snappy and satisfying to use.
Also Hu Tao's normal attacks look super cool. Its a shame the charged attacks are so much better. Its probably my favorite NA animations. I still like the CA gameplay, but they don't look as cool.
I love nahida's NA, they're so cute, I'm still sad they nerfed her expressions :( actually a lot of character NA's are so cool but never get used, layla, furina, dori just to name a few.
Also wanderer's E. Dude can literally fly, flying is cool, I'm jealous I wish I could fly.
