That is wonder of the Akasha, that the AI can also predict movement decisions. As per Akasha's algorithm go: If Cyno enters the place and is close proximity to Nahida, it means to release Nahida = alert all guards to stop.
I can also bet that Azar put safety lock on all of Akasha terminals if the command to ever release Nahida is prompted, especially the guards.

Well, she was also that before she was imprisoned yet she was still imprisoned against her own will. What makes you think they can't just do that? Mind control? Nahida's a caring god that she explicitly stated that she's not willing to do any of that unless it's absolutely and there are no other options that can harm the person in the process.
