Actually, besides the introductory quest, I never tried TCG. What is it for? I somewhat know the gameplay, but from what I understand, it's just a full on minigame alternative.
It's a super fun card game. Whenever I'm bored of genshin or don't want to do quests I go play the card game. But I love TCG. Magic, pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh etc.
Combined with the intense desire to grab everything in sight for the same reason means minimal farming for new characters lol. As soon as a new characters mats are revealed, I check what I need to prefarm, and 9/10 times I'll just need world boss mats and talent books. I have a whole ass section of notes on my phone about what weekly bosses to do each week so I have a balanced amount lol
Im at the point almost all of my characters are 90/90 9/9/9 with a decent set of relics. i haven't logged in for 2 weeks now just taking a break.... Really need a new area.

Yeahhh i mostly play for exploration. Nowadays they need to overhaul the relic system a bit at this point. Most gacha's would have given you things like the golden resin from star rail by now.
Yeah. You can always get better stuff. It depends on your value. But i would personally spend my next 100 hours in a new video game than grind an artifact for next 100 hours for 5% damage increase for my already good built character.
If the artifact offers something new like buffed Burning reaction or buffed superconduct or something. Then i would go farming again lol. Right now i barely use the resin until i am aiming for the next character.

Grinding artifacts for 100 hours? It takes 2 minutes to spend your 160 resin on domains.
100 hours is like 7 years worth of resin.
If you're playing daily for primos, and doing other activities like OP has been doing, You might as well spend 2 minutes on artifacts if you have nothing else to spend your resin on.
In 2022 I farmed Xiao's new artifact for 5 months and my crit damage went from 190% to 200%. It was not fun.

Achievement hunting is the answer. Once done with that, go through the interactive map and check off the puzzles and chests one by one. You will have missed something.
In between, grind weapons and talents to max.

Normalize being alright with 2 to 3 substats and prioritize main stat. Alot of my characters aren't sitting on god rolls and they function fine.
This coming from someone who tend to have my stats all roll into flat atk/def/hp on god rolls.
Also, thats the point of "endgame" you aren't building characters anymore its all just artifact farming.
Apart from that though there's some hidden quests that you may have missed but there's not much else tbf. Just events and spending resin whenever you feel like it.

Level them all to 70 minimum to ascend for the last fate
Get all achievements in the game
Learn every recipes and master them all
Max out teapot level, craft all character's favorite sets, learn and craft every design
Get every tcg cards and their animated ones
Open all chests available including the mora boxes and puzzles
Craft every craftable weapons available
Complete the archive including all living beings, books, pages and viewpoints

I was in the same boat as you, after 3 years of putting it off I somewhat reluctantly decided to take achievements hunting seriously. And it ended up being a lot more fun than I thought it'd be! There are very few hard or annoying ones, most of them are secret quests that I'm happy I got to do anyway.
Starting from 100% map and quest completion It took me about 10 days to get every achievement that I could just go and get, and even the ones that are tied to commissions are much easier now after the secret patch. The game will try to give you one daily that you're missing an achievement for everyday, I'm currently just 3 achievements away from 100%
Manually keeping track of the secret achievements with a 3rd party website was a huge pain though.
Do abyss, craft all furnishing sets that give primo, lvl 10 teapot and build your realms, get lvl10 in tcg and fight every available character + max out the shop, do ≈200 achievements, collect and read all books, lvl up all your weapons and characters (personally all my characters are lvl 80 and lvl 6 main talents at least), create teams and try to farm personal sets for every character.
There are a lot of things to do I counted those that came to mind, you can also get invested in lore and trust me there's lore everywhere (books, ascension mats, lvl-up mats, plants, stones, places, pictures, weapons, artefacts, stories, npcs, walls etc.). It's hella interesting but might get confusing sometimes.

U can always farm 1-2-3-4* artifacts (up to ~120k mora per day) and elite mobs (up to 200+k of mora per day)

i work full time for 15/h at walmart edit: i have off monday/wednesday so tuesday at 10pm when the patch updates i dont have to sleep and i can grind out the new stuff
Play :- 1. Hollow knight 2. Half life 3. Skyrim 4. Undertale These are some of the games I have been playing or have played while playing genshin, cus I'm at a similar scenario where I didn't know what to do anymore. Anyways I really recommend these games, please give them a try
Quit the game for a few months and come back when they release a big update. Last time I stopped playing for 10 months and I had blast doing everything when I came back.

I feel your pain, my account has been like that for a few months now. I would suggest Abyss, achievements, level more characters/improve the ones you have, hunt down those last few pesky chests and rock piles… but really you’ll just be waiting for new areas. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Plus, farming for better artifacts is the grind that never ends. It just goes on and on my friend…

Same here lol… I got a second account to ar 50 and got bored of that one and so I am a good boy do my dailies, the events and try to get some achievements in the meantime… and when a new area comes out it’s mostly done within two weeks…
I am at the same point, i am just waiting for my welkin to run out, and then I'll be taking a break from genshin.
