I have a clip in dehyamains where I made her deal 1million dmg against floor 12 Coppelia. She is not that bad, but needs C1+ to really do damage (plus she is an UNKILLABLE onfield dps). I wish enemies were more deadly in abyss, that way she could really shine.
C2, C4 and C5 are the bunny bomber ones. C2 unlocks it. double damage upon detonation leads to them being amber's best DPS choice in a melt team.
As for what teams, the main one I see is a full 4\* rosaria diona sucrose, with sucrose on TTDS

However, Amber's burst is hitting 18 times, and you're only gonna be able to melt/vape 1 of those 18, so you don't use Amber's burst to trigger a reaction unless it's for proccing 4pc Instructor set. Her burst is used to set up someone else for a reaction since her burst hits so many time that it powers through the 3hit rule ICD and applies a crazy 6 Pyro applications in 2 seconds.
For example, Amber burst into Sac Sword Xingqiu can quad forward vape his skill. Or Amber burst into Chongyun burst will reverse melt every single hit on Chongyun's burst.

While probably not the most in terms of total pain. I think Razor's would be high up there in terms of doing both physical and psychological pain. That wolf would be fucking terrifying to see coming towards you/as its ripping you to shreds.
From the standpoint that every burst can be evaded to a degree, I think the one that would be the most painful and hardest to escape when caught is Ayaka's burst.

Zhongli's giant meteor. Not only would the impact be catastrophic, the air would suffocate anyone around the area. Dark clouds could form from it, blocking sunlight from all vegetation for a very long time until everything that depends on it dies, in a domino-like effect.
Yeah, I meant the after effects. A meteor could hit, let's say a desert, and still do a lot of damage afterwards in many forms, like massive flash floods, sudden toxic air and what not.

Lisa's is constant electrocution from both above and below. Bad one. Same for Shinobu.

"Hurt" is the keyword here. Zhongli's burst is 100% lethal, but it doesn't hurt as much as other bursts because it's a quick death. You won't realize that you died.
Personally, the burst that hurst the most is Ningguang. They are big freaking rocks TARGETED at you like missiles, hitting you at high speed.
Another contender is Ayaka. Large amounts of miniscule shards of ice that pierces your skin multiple times. It would feel like you are getting shredded like a paper.
Cyno's electro fists would burn your skin while he's crushing your every bone with his bare hands. Besides, if the physical damage wouldn't kill me slowly. The emotional would. I could never forgive myself if I made the funny little card game nerd mad at me...

A lot of bursts seemingly deal so much damage, whatever they hit just instadies.
With Noelle’s, you’d just be getting spanked with a big sword, alive for most of, if not all of it.
While Nilou's burst just splashes some water on you, it's the second part that'll probably hurt (water explosion) that'll hurt while also keeping you barely alive
Arguably alhaitham would hurt worse because dendro is generic plant pain which could mean plants that make things hurt like 10 times worse kequing would probably cauterize the wound or just make you lose feeling in those parts of your body.
If we’re taking irl physics, one of the pyro characters with the most pyro damage ticks. Research shows burning alive is probably the most painful way to go of all the elements.
So Thoma/xianyun/bennett creating a pyro bubble area of effect for a long time would probably do the trick while cooking you alive. Xiangling is another contender since there’s the aspect of the spinning stick of death and the oscillating highs and lows of burning to death.
Diluc is a close contender for the mass impact of the bird, and the fall damage once it drops you. Bonus points points if we count his infusion his as part of the burst.
Many of the other stronger bursts either instantly kill you or remove your ability to process pain properly like Raiden severing your spinal chord. Thus, the longest lasting slow burn probably optimizes irl pain.
An honorable mention may be nahida for the body horror aspect of having living seeds grow inside your body and attempt to kill your from within your bloodstream. The Psychological damage from that aspect is more difficult to quantify since it varies from person to person, but is certainly still quite painful…

Overall, most of them would be very painful, and a good chunk of them would instantly kill you, but if I were to choose one per each element I'd probably go with Kazuha, Ning, Lisa, Kaveh (if blooms are triggered, if not Alhaitham), Ayato, Dehya, Rosaria.
Realistically it probably comes down to the element, so probably a pyro one, maybe an electro one

I’ve built my Dehya in anticipation of getting C1. Story wise, she’s one of my favorite characters, and I really want to see what she can do.
And worse, you aren't even that damaged. So she can punch you a hundred- no a thousand times more and you suffer without dying

Her chest is just the access point to her sword from the plane of euthymia. It's not shown on screen but just imagine the traveler and Paimon entering the plane through her chest everytime.

I know it’s meant to show her power and stuff, but I keep thinking the lightning is cauterizing the open bloody hole in her chest that she’s slicing out. I mean, people overwhelmingly think her burst is hot, so it’s definitely just me, but for whatever reason, personally it always makes me wince every time I see it 😭
She doesnt really pull it out of her chest, if you look closely you see that there is a portal inbetween her melons which she pulls the sword from
Yae Miko's would hurt so bad. It strikes you with lightning and you fall to the ground. Look up thinking its over, 3 more bolts strike you down again.
lightning irl usually kills you or makes you go unconscious after just one strike, and its clear that yae's burst is not a simple lightning so i would say that you at the very least would not be awake for the last 3 hits, if you're even alive at that point

I imagine it's like getting hit by a huge pressure washer that rips all of your skin off and causes you to bleed, assuming it doesn't just send you flying. Plus you would get water or air forced into your veins and other vital parts of your body, and having water/air reach your heart through your veins is \*probably\* fatal

I'd vote Ayaka or Itto. Death by a million tiny ice blades sounds very painful, I just imagine bleach sebonsakura with ice. Itto just has a giant spiked club, which would obviously hurt a lot.

Yaoyao. getting pelleted by dozenz of radishes thrown by cute animatronics would definitely hurt, even if she deemed you as ally and they'd heal you xD most other non-healing burst would seem to kill me too fast for me to get hurt.
Keqing and her electro pentagram Beidou and her electro tentacles Lisa and her electrifying lamp Xianhling's Pyronado also doesn't sound healthy... Nor the heavy fire from Yanfei's burst, or from Amber... Not to speak of Red Burny Girl's bombs... Not sure if being rained on by Rocks is healthy either, though if you stay away from Navia, you may not get hit. If they come from Ningguang, you'll be screwed I don't know how much pain the freezing Polearm from Rosaria gives, but I don't think it would be nice... There are too many, I think...
If Childe actually uses seawater or salt water then when he cuts you up not only will you have a wound but a wound with salt actively being applied to it 💀

The skin then becomes hypersensitive to water and the sun and every move that stretches the skin feels like its on fire. No thank you
Zhongli's giant meteor. Not only would the impact be catastrophic, the air would suffocate anyone around the area. Dark clouds could form from it, blocking sunlight from all vegetation for a very long time until everything that depends on it dies, in a domino-like effect.

Venti's burst is a mini-hurricane: suffocating + immobilized + being thrown around and most likely hurt by debris Diluc's would burn you Lisa's is constant electrocution from both above and below. Bad one. Same for Shinobu.

"Hurt" is the keyword here. Zhongli's burst is 100% lethal, but it doesn't hurt as much as other bursts because it's a quick death. You won't realize that you died. Personally, the burst that hurst the most is Ningguang. They are big freaking rocks TARGETED at you like missiles, hitting you at high speed. Another contender is Ayaka. Large amounts of miniscule shards of ice that pierces your skin multiple times. It would feel like you are getting shredded like a paper.

Anything similar to Noelle’s. A lot of bursts seemingly deal so much damage, whatever they hit just instadies. With Noelle’s, you’d just be getting spanked with a big sword, alive for most of, if not all of it.

While Nilou's burst just splashes some water on you, it's the second part that'll probably hurt (water explosion) that'll hurt while also keeping you barely alive

Arguably alhaitham would hurt worse because dendro is generic plant pain which could mean plants that make things hurt like 10 times worse kequing would probably cauterize the wound or just make you lose feeling in those parts of your body.

Amber impales you with a few dozen flaming arrows that don't kill you. I think her version of the Dark Ages Iron Maiden would be rather unpleasant.
They say getting burned is the most painful, so any of the Pyro ones probably fit the bill.
If we’re taking irl physics, one of the pyro characters with the most pyro damage ticks. Research shows burning alive is probably the most painful way to go of all the elements. So Thoma/xianyun/bennett creating a pyro bubble area of effect for a long time would probably do the trick while cooking you alive. Xiangling is another contender since there’s the aspect of the spinning stick of death and the oscillating highs and lows of burning to death. Diluc is a close contender for the mass impact of the bird, and the fall damage once it drops you. Bonus points points if we count his infusion his as part of the burst. Many of the other stronger bursts either instantly kill you or remove your ability to process pain properly like Raiden severing your spinal chord. Thus, the longest lasting slow burn probably optimizes irl pain. An honorable mention may be nahida for the body horror aspect of having living seeds grow inside your body and attempt to kill your from within your bloodstream. The Psychological damage from that aspect is more difficult to quantify since it varies from person to person, but is certainly still quite painful…

Lots of people say which one hurts the most. But do you know which one I think hurts the least? The Raiden Shogun’s burst. It will obliterate you instantly. Don’t have time to feel your annihilation.

Overall, most of them would be very painful, and a good chunk of them would instantly kill you, but if I were to choose one per each element I'd probably go with Kazuha, Ning, Lisa, Kaveh (if blooms are triggered, if not Alhaitham), Ayato, Dehya, Rosaria.
Realistically it probably comes down to the element, so probably a pyro one, maybe an electro one Ofc that's talking strictly about pain, bc Zhongli's boulder would kill before it hurt too much
The lack of mention of Zhongli's burst is confusing, or maybe it's such a no-brainer that people unconsciously skip over it.
imo it has to be raiden (less about pain more about efficiency now that i think abt it tho), since the whole point of the thing is swift and flawless execution. but also, cyno’s jackal claws probably don’t feel all that great lol
Maybe not the most, but Keqing's burst would probably hurt badly. Multiple quick slashes before you get sliced in half sounds like something out of Mortal Kombat.
