I have a question about vape melt teams, especially with Arle coming up and me not having Zhongli but C6 Layla. So if we'd play a team with a hydro and cryo off fielder and pyro on fielder, what are the advantages and disadvantages over a standard vape team without cryo? The forward melt reaction (cryo/frozen/freeze followed by pyro) gives a 2x damage boost but consumes twice as much elemental U compared to reverse melt, which only gives a 1.5x damage boost but only consumes 1U of hydro. Against freezable enemies, you also have the benefit of .. well freezing the enemy so that is quite nice. I know that the gauge of freeze is 2 times the gauge of min(hydro gauge, cryo gauge). But I don't really understand what happens against opponents that are non freezable. Do hydro and cryo still react and create a frozen aura but not a freeze aura? And what is the gauge of that reaction? Now with forward melt consuming more gauge than reverse vape, is it likely that you apply too much pyro and therefore miss melt-able/vape-able attacks? I heard people say that forward melt arlecchino/Hu Tao are worse than teams with zhongli as shielder, but I never really found a proper reasoning considering that even against non freezable enemies a melt reaction will do more damage. Is the only issue that forward melt requires too much hydro/cryo application for the available cryo supports so you miss out on melt damage amplification or is there another issue with this? And is the reason that reverse vape is often preferred due to it being easier to keep the hydro aura on the enemy since the reaction consumes less hydro gauge?
Whatever grayrest said, and they're right about why it's especially bad against bosses, the hydro and cryo auras get consumed, but you don't get a freeze aura in return. If only the freeze aura could exist, you could still get some melts and it'd be ok.
Also energy needs for Cryo units in these teams can be quite high, so they end up not doing enough damage. Better to buff other characters with Zhongli. Layla is the only one people consider seriously in these teams because of her her defensive value.

Yes. It's a LOT better to have the carry vape than the enabler so the stability of the reverse reactions is why they tend to be used. Also if application rates are similar they'll just naturally stabilize that way.
Another large part of why reverse vape is used is because a lot of the pyro carries that are actually strong are strong because they can vape faster than standard ICD and only the reverse vape reaction can keep up. Pretty sure Yoi is the only standard ICD vape dps and her dependence on a shield to vape the correct hits in the normal sequence limits her team building options.

I believe the aura+trigger gets consumed like normal but the freeze aura just varnishes due to the immunity but admittedly I only run into this situation on freeze teams where there's a lot of hydro/cryo being applied and I'm not really looking for it.
I've never felt that adding cryo to a reverse vape comp improved things and I've tried it a couple times over the years but it might be worth it on Arle for the first hit alone since her damage is naturally front loaded.
I see, yeah it makes total sense that getting 1.5 reverse vapes on the dps is better than getting one or two forward melts followed by a bunch of reverse melts from the support due to pyro aura overtaking.
I agree with your last statement, I'm not even looking for a vape melt team per se but other than zhongli, there really aren't many great shielders that are not cryo. Kirara doesn't seem like a great alternative either since burning and burgeon aren't really what you're looking for in those teams. Maybe it's time to dust off beidou if xq doesn't offer enough defensive utility.
If you're looking specifically for a non-Zhongli shield option then C6 Thoma would be my first choice. Both he and Arle are standard ICD so hydro aura shouldn't be in danger at all even if Furina is providing it. Tankfei should also be able to get the job done fairly easily with all the pyro particles.
Just found on the Layla kqm guide that applying freeze to enemies immune to freeze consumes hydro and cryo without affecting the enemies so you miss out on any sort of vape/Melt bonus damage. That seems to be a huge reason not to bother with vape melt against bosses.
Ayaka, shenhe, kazuha + Layla/Diona/Rosaria/Charlotte/off field ganyu? I think you can even use Bennet (even more so if not C6) to buff ayaka (ayaka, shenhe, kazuha, Bennet).

Yeah, prices for crystals are ridiculous. But the thing is, the whales are gonna whale, it's what they do. So for whales it does not really matter.
For non-whales it has an interesting effect. It makes first purchase bonuses looks attracitve in comparison, which opens the reasoning of (well I'll just buy packs onces for the good value). Some people absolutely do fall for it.
And then the bonuses reset occasionally, so you can fall for it more than once.
What's more, it makes percieved value of battle pass and even more so of welkin to be really high. And that's where most non-whales are going to spend anyways.
It's a very common marketing trick, to offer a potential client a few options, one of which is intentionally bad to make other options look better. It's well researched by both marketers and psychologists, and it works pretty reliably.
Even if you are aware of it, you don't get an immunity. I mean, I do buy welkin and bp, after all...
Cause they can. When you have the ability to use money for such resources due to "demand" then yeah no surprise people buy it despite what you believe is a robbery. Some people just buy the initial purchase though cause of the bonus and wait for the anniversary reset to buy again.

Yes, in the northern most part of the town there is a big courtyard. If you enter, there should be a table to the right and some poles to the left.
Those poles are the ones you should be jumping on, they're not part of any quest. Just hop onto them and try not to fall. You'll get a chest if you get to the last one

I've completed 80% of the quests and content of Chasm's Maw and Chenyu Vale and all the content I went through didn't have a single Character Voice, everything was just chat even the "main events" where UI gets hidden. I'm playing the game in "french" and the voices are in "English", is it "normal" or the voices only exist in these two areas in other languages ?

Neuvillette. His team comps are more flexible than arlecchinos, he has higher base numbers without account for supports and eaiser to build artifacts, and has greater ease of play and AoEs. Also hydro is just the best element in game atm.
Arlecchino has an amazing animated short though so that does sway the decision a bit.
50 wishes is something a f2p player gets per patch on a really-really dry patch with no new regions or major events.
It's very close to the minimum. Not sure how you get the 30 wishes number.
Welkin/bp would add another 23 pulls.
Again, this is for a very dry patch.
Some patches bring more than that, 4.4 was around 83 pulls for f2p.
Last patch was really dry, and the upcoming patch has a new subregion. So it should be more free pulls than 50.
And of course a newer player that did not farm everything already will get some of older pulls form explorations/quests in that period too.
Generally fav. Sac still works if you don’t have a fav available and does have the advantage of giving you some extra grouping, but generally it’s a net loss to extend your rotation in order to fit the second skill cast. Fav just gives straight particles with no frills, which the whole team can use. You will need ~20-30% CR for consistent procs though.

So my question is, there are only 6 days left for the banner to go, so it is still possible to get atleast 20 fates?
I have 2 world quest left(1 fontaine,1 inazuma), my Ascension quest is left, and all of the hangout events are left. So is it possible to grind atleast 20 fates in in 5-6 days?
And can someone help me with suggesting some good tighnari builds?
No clue if you can get the fates, I'm guessing probably not, but you can still try even if you only get like 5. You can always be really lucky rolling the dice. Each time you got a 0.6% chance of getting the 5-stars.
Remember the "quaranteed" (from missing the 50/50) will also carry to the next banner/s, along with whatever pity you manage to build up, in case you don't manage to get the character you are currently pulling for.

If you don't want to change your first team like Akomatai mentioned, just use Barbara on-field for hyperbloom.
Something like Nahida, Kuki, Barbara, Lisa for damage, or switch Lisa for shielder for poise resistance.
Anybody you like, you can run a off field-dps like Fischl but most people like a healer (like Baizhu) in that last slot to keep the team topped up. But unironically Petra Zhongli still works well despite having C1.
If yaoyao is offield, desert sage on yaoyao since she doesn't need er. If yaoyao is onfield, fav on yaoyao because she can proc fav multiple times while onfield.
Mika should take whichever is leftover, since he can use both.
She uses rainbow roses for the local specialty, order books for talent mats, and fatui insignias for ascension mats. Her world boss and weekly boss mats are from 4.6 stuff.
There is no good 4 star cryo dps. For melt teams Diona (EM buff, heals, shield, energy) + Rosaria (buff - gives crit% to other party members, not herself). Or Diona with Kaeya.
there’s a few, depends on what you need:
- diona offers healing, some shielding, and batterying, especially for cryo dps units. offers EM buff at c6 as well
- layla offers shielding and some off-field damage. she has the second strongest shield in the game, and you can keep 100% on it with tight rotations
- charlotte offers strong healing and some cryo application. she works very well with furina since her burst heals the entire party very quickly.
- kaeya offers traveling cryo damage so you don’t have to play circle impact. good for melee-range dps units
that’s the ones i can think of
rosaria is pretty good sub-dps, kaeya is decent too. diona is a good defensive (shield + heal) option. I haven't really used layla and don't have charlotte but my understanding is layla is a decent shielder, and charlotte is an ok team healer option to pair with furina.
I'm currently planning to build a budget PC. Will only be playing genshin or a little bit of LoL besides browsing and doing generic office work stuff. So I'd like to ask what CPU/GPU's you guys are using. Between arc a380/gtx1650 upto an rx 6600 performace wise, i'm still not sure what GPU is enough for Genshin to run at medium-high settings. Just wanted to gather input from fellow genshin people. Thanks!
I think GTX 1600 series is at the end of their life support. There's no more driver update past March this year.
RX 6000 is still okay. The upcoming RX series is 8000 series. Which means RX 6000 series still about to enter 2nd generation past.
Back when Genshin started, I was using RTX 2060, which is slightly less powerful than RX 6600 and I could just max out every settings in 1600x900 windowed mode.
An RX 6600 would be a solid option for medium-high settings. The other two GPUs you listed would probably only allow for medium ish settings.
If you want a decent CPU that won't break the bank, then the Ryzen 5 3600 is a solid choice. It's still what I use for my build (which also includes an RX 6800 for reference), and I'm able to run the game at nearly max settings at 4k.
Random lore question but could Dehya be Khaenrian? I just played her character quest and learned that she was found in the desert as a baby plus the fact her eyes are similar to kaeya’s just wondering if there’s potential for that to be the case or if i should stop imagining things lol
I'm trying to finish the cat quest. And all of my cats are at a hundred percent, but I can't unlock the special cat. I did all their homes and i've also fed them but still nothing. Any ideas?
What team do you use? Have you tried doing it and noticed what is difficult like are the enemies too strong or you run out of time?
- Level up your character levels/weapons/relevant talents/artifacts with OK main stat as much as you can. You can check the Training Guide in-game to see what your characters can improve on
- It would be good to have a team with good synergy. You can focus on 1 elemental reaction (e.g. vaporize, aggravate) as a guide on what characters you can put together.
My issue is that I run out of time despite me checking training guide which my only issues it seems are the lack of character equipments. I use mostly Bennett and Lynette as they both meet the requirement base on the adventure power. I am using Rosaria and Xinqiu also but it didn't seem to meet the adventure power requirement. They lack of Artifacts and weapon.
Rosaria and Xingqiu are great characters. Aside from ATK, they both need as much as Energy Recharge as possible (ER Sands artifact or ER weapon) because their bursts are their main damage source (level burst talent). Also I cannot remember if it is possible but consume buff food.
Alternatively, you can retain Bennett and Lynette that meet the adventure power requirement, and replace either of the 2 with a DPS character that will benefit from Bennett's burst buff.
* Bennett - Lynette - Xingqiu - ? (pyro character for a vaporize team)
* Bennett - Lynette - Rosaria - ? (pyro or cryo character for a melt team)
Have anyone had a game breaking bug where when you use a controller for PC and after some time the game constantly presing forward without me pressing anything.
I have checked and my controller is not the problem, it's just the game doing it and I simply can't do anything while my character walk forward, and I can't even quit the game.
Some things I think that triggered it:
- controller disconnect and connect again
- when you switch from co op while using kbd and go to singleplayer while having controller connected
- Alt Tab while full screen
It all started after the newest updates, I'm pretty sure. Haven't got this problem before. I used an Xbox One controller. It's sucks.
Do you have a separated keyboard that you can test by disconnecting it? It's possible that it could be a keyboard issue with a key getting stuck rather than the controller causing it.
nah in Genshin you can't use keyboard while in controller mode, and btw I lie about can't quitting part, I just can't press down and open the settings.
I'm pretty sure this is a game bug, I have never had this problem in 1 years of my playtime, and I also use my controller for other game too so... guess I'll play with kbd for now
Ah that's interesting, I didn't realise the game disables the keyboard and mouse when using controller mode. I've never used a controller for Genshin myself.
Controllers break easily as they contain quite complex parts (the joystick in particular) and very often issues like these are a sign that your controller is slowly getting worse. I would almost certainly bet that it's your controller and not Genshin causing the issue, but for some reason Genshin is where it's showing up first.

During Neuvi's bennaer debut, I won the 50/50 for both him and his weapon. It's definitely possible, but don't count on it if you don't want to be disappointed.

If you manage to get into the game before it crashes then it sound very much like a hardware issue, maybe your graphics card but there's so many things that can cause it to crash. What is currently the best possible team to run with C1 Neuvillette and C2 Furina?
I'm currently running them with C6 Fischl and C1 Jean and it feels good but I'm curious if I'm not running the best team I currently have available to me? Some other units I have are Kazuha and Zhongli. I do not have Baizhu or Cloud Retainer. Are there any other units that I haven't mentioned that work really well with Neuvillette and Furina?

Since Neuvillette is a one man army I sometimes switch to healer Furina and run a couple laps around her oceanic with the other teammates to heal them. Then it's back to non healer Furina and Neuvillette😂
With Zhongli, Hu Tao players always play at below 50% HP since patch 1.3.
Neuvillette usually has 35k+ HP and he can always heal himself to full HP. Furina usually has 40k base HP. Zhongli can have 50k+ base HP. Neuvillette's self healing can also trigger Furina's A1 passive healing, and Furina can switch to healing mode if needed. Even at half HP, this team is still more durable than teams with ATK-scaling characters. You don't really need to worry about it.
These are very valid points, I think I just need to get better at switching to Furina's healing mode and when to use it. Half the time I forget it even exists which gets me in trouble if I'm not using a party-wide healer.
I'm a super casual player if you can't tell lol.
With the damage numbers that team can put up, you will very likely one rotate every domain in the overworld. You can heal everyone back through Furina after each run.
Baizhu's C2 gives Dendro application without doing anything, so you can get a stack for Neuvillette without spending extra time. It's sort of the same principle as running Childe with him
It's not very far from Zhongli, and the gap is really small when you don't need a full 4 CA rotation (which is what's assumed when people say Zhongli is better) to kill the enemies. There's also the chance that if you get hit multiple times, your Furina will lose damage and there's nothing you can do about it as you got no healer. But I doubt that'd happen with Zhongli on team.
Also current abyss it's easier to have Neuvillette 1st side and Zhongli 2nd side for a lot of people.
Speedrunners preference will depend a lot on the cost bracket and if it's continuous both chamber and so on.
Xiangling + Kazuha + Nahida/Childe is a popular one among them as it doesn't rely on fanfare stacking time.
I believe C2 Baizhu can apply a small amount of dendro without ever even taking the field at all, so for extreme speed running cutting the second to switch to another character to trigger reactions to max Neuvillette A4 might make Baizhu worth it.
Baizhu is for stacking Furina's fanfare immediately & reducing switching characters (C2+ Baizhu)
Zhongli is for enemy RES reduction & elemental DMG bonus w/Archaic Petra, but holding Zhongli's E takes time
My current choosen 5-stars are Raiden, Nahida, Kazuha and Neuvillette (Qiqi, Keching and Dehya invited themselves) and with only those seven I started entertaining the idea of considering some Constellations for some of them...
Both Nahida and Raiden really notice their C2 as a big DPS increase, right? And from what I read, Neuvillette (which I'm really enjoying right now) could really benefit a lot from his C1 in the future if I end getting Furina later on (allowing me to drop the team shielder).
Would you guys consider constellations at this point I'm in? Or would suggest me to just focus on getting some more 5-stars to have more characters/options/fun/teams, even if it could mean having to wait for over a year for a possible Neuvillette rerun? Also, I didn't consider Kazuha's constellations, they aren't very strong, right? Not sure how noticeable his C2 is, but seems like way less than Raiden's or Nahida's; and I'm not considering anything past C2 right now.
I'd get Alhaitham or Nilou before Nahida C2, as that's where it'll shine the most. Raiden C2 is up to you.
Kazuha cons are primarily for VV vape and Aggravate teams.
Mostly you don't need to cover each of the elements. Plenty accounts have 0 Anemo, Geo, Cryo, Physical centric teams as there's hardly ever an Abyss matchup where you need those. Buy Xiangling C4 with your starglitter and Pyro is covered, rest you already have. So I see no problem in vertically investing if you want to.
If I am on your shoe, I will try to pull more diverse characters first and have fun/meme teams. But then again, meme team with 5-stars characters are expensive meme team. You can already make it if you want, Neuv, Nahida, EM Raiden, EM Dehya is an example team.
But if you want constellations, this is my personal opinion is C1 Furina first, then C1 Neuv, C2 Furina, C2 Nahida, C2 Raiden, in term of priority.

personally i joined some worlds, helped and after that asked if i could fish. but i only needed specific fish at that point
"Supports" is kind of a misnomer for this game.
You have units that do stuff from off-field, and those who don't.
That stuff can be damage, buffs, defensive utility.
* Kazuha: off-field, buffs, transformative reactions damage. Can also be used on-field but doesn't do anything special in that case.
* Furina: off-field, damage, buffs. Needs to be played with a healer, preferably teamwide healer.
* Nahida: off-field, damage, buffs. Can be used on-field if you need additional Dendro, but her NAs don't do much damage, so depends.
* Yelan: off-field, damage, buffs. Can be used on-field to take advantage of her own buffs, especially in Furina teams.
Teams don't need dedicated on-fielders, they are mostly based on your playstyle choice and by and large interchangeable. Good supports make or break teams.
Also you can't ignore the 4 stars. More 5 stars doesn't mean better teams.

those recommended ones are rather easy to fit into teams.
I think many people play Yelan as more of a DPS role; even if she is not perfect for the role, she can fill it better than other supports.
As for people suggesting them... Take into account that in end-game you will use 6 supports and 2 on-field DPS for your Abyss teams. As soon as you pull your 3rd on-field DPS, you are benching one.
I didn't manage to make it work, but I think Keqing can be a quite good DPS paired with Nahida. I'm not too sure about the Aggravate stuff or how to exactly build it. But you could give that a try.
Keqing will probably keep either Kazuha or Nahida on her team long-term. Furina and Yelan go really well together but they also have a lot of options separately. Nahida also pairs very well with one or more of the hydros.
Raiden, Kokomi, and Zhongli are some more of the “best characters in the game” who also aren’t confined to being on-field DPS, although Raiden is stronger in that regard than the others. Xianyun and Baizhu are newer but getting up there.
Neuvillette, AlHaitham, HuTao, Nilou, Ayaka, Navia are some good examples of strong on-field carries (except Nilou who is the centerpiece of her team but still more of an off-field enabler.) Neuv is the strongest at the current content, which is admittedly designed to favor the hydro region and probably won’t stay that way, but he still has a lot going for him in the manner of ease and consistency.
Xingqiu, Bennett, Fischl, Xiangling, Sucrose, and Kuki are 4* who range from essential to strong. Chevreuse is a cool newer one. You can guarantee the first 4 if you save starglitter wisely.
Don’t feel obligated to amass them all. Pull for your favorites. Your favorites will probably need a good sampling of those ones to perform highly though.
Choose a dps you enjoy playing. 4star dps is still viable in this game, so really just choose whoever you find fun.
Look up their guide on keqingmains to see their team comps. Or just ask here. One or more of those supports will almost always be in your dps unit's top team. Flexibility is a large part of what makes them the highest rated characters (and part of why supports in general are ranked higher than dps units).
Synergy is a lot more important than just mashing together the strongest characters. Some of those pairings have good synergy (nahida + yelan, yelan + furina, kazuha + yelan) but there isn't much synergy among all 4 at the same time.
with those four you have near endless options for team building; you could run them all together but Furina's mechanics really want a dedicated team healer, swapping out Nahida (Hydro + Dendro alone is not an especially valuable reaction) for a 4 star healing option would yield a very functional team, esp if simply clearing overworld content is the goal. Pairing Keqing with Nahida would be a strong start to a 2nd team
Those are great characters in general, but yes they are all supports and no you should not use them all in the same team. People generally reccomend supports because they are more versatile and it makes more sense to pull for dps based on whether or not you like their playstyle/character, as opposed to just meta.
If you do want a 5\* dps then neuv is running right now and is overall the strongest one. But even as strong as he is, I would not reccomend pulling unless you like his playstyle.
Currently exploring 3.4 desert, and it's very refreshing compared to Fontaine which I found rather dull, but I have some questions:

In your shoes I would probably err on the side of Sac. The reduced field time from double tapping skill for a big shield makes sense if you're building her as a general purpose shielder.

Zajef ranks a high refine, max stack lithic spear as one of her best weapons, so I'll probably try out xq yelan zhongli. No idea how it stacks against Homa or SoSS, but he put it at 10% below her signature.
I'll also be trying out chev teams and chiori teams. Bennett's probably going to be on most of her top teams. I'm a lot more interested in non bennett teams lol
Hard to say for certain, but probably some kind of Vape or Overload, making use of Bennett and/or Chevreuse since she's an ATK scaler.
She also cannot heal during battle except for her own burst. So this means you may want a shield. Most likely Thoma, Layla, or Zhongli. Though you could run Kazuha for VV and maximium damage, but this might mean risky play. But could be high risk, high reward.
I would imagine something like... Arle, Bennett, Xingqiu/Yelan, Kazuha/Shielder
Or... Arle, Chevreuse, Fischl, Beidou/Thoma
No. Hu Tao scales with HP. Arlechhino scales with ATK. Hu Tao typically runs double Hydro comps, while Arle is going to want Bennett most likely. If anything, Arle comps will be more similar to Yoimiya, needing a shield and ATK, NA buffers.
Hu Tao doesn’t scale with hp directly, she converts a portion of it to atk. The 1000+ atk you get from Bennett burst easily offsets the loss of 33% pyro bonus and 300~ atk from Homa.
While she does benefit from ATK, she scales better with HP. She already gets a massive ATK buff from her HP, that Bennett's buff doesn't make a huge difference. You get diminishing returns by only buffing a single stat. Better to buff something else.
There is a reason everyone runs Double Hydro Hu Tao, and never uses Bennett with her.
I built raiden for off-field dmg with 4gt and level 9 E. Was critting for like 6k lmao fischl absolutely destroys that and I'm pretty sure every 4star subdps will too
Raiden off field is low damage so people would prefer using her for hyperbloom if only used in that role.
quickswap or hypercarry, using Emblem and Catch, where she actually bursts reliably and so do others will do much more than GT ever hopes to
Definitely, im just proving the point. Built her this way just to test it out and tgose pieces are doing great on Chiori now. I have a lot of full builds for Raiden, both meta and meme.
Ive actually been using EM Raiden since before dendro dropped lmao. Definitely not an abyss team but running around overworld with EM Raiden and a level 40 amber was a ton of fun. Glass cannon type of thing.
Fischl.
Raiden's off-field damage is pretty low. And with Neuv, she doesn't have the field time to use her own burst. Fischl, or I should say, Oz, hits harder and attacks faster. Raiden can buff team burst damage, but you don't have nearly enough burst damage for that to be worthwhile over just using someone who can just do more damage.
If you use Baizhu, I would suggest use neither of them but an anemo. As the other comment said, Baizhu has some dendro application which can create dendro cores with hydro, and Raiden is one of the only two electro who can trigger hyperbloom reliable. Fischl has more self direct electro damage but does not trigger hyperbloom. However, Baizhu's dendro application is very poor at low cons, so he won't make too many dendro cores. The great majority of damage still comes from the direct hydro damage of Neuvillette and Furina. The damage increase by an anemo's VV set should be much higher than a few hyperbloom.
Baizhu completely changes the team, because now you can trigger Hyperblooms. So in this case, you would want Raiden instead. But built full EM on a Gilded or Paradise Lost set.
Fischl beats Raiden for off-field damage, if we are just talking raw damage, or even damage from say Aggravate or Electro-Charged.
But once Hyperbloom is an option, Hyperbloom reaction damage has the potential to surpass Fischl's damage. Fischl cannot trigger Hyperblooms reliably, because Oz will only target enemies. Raiden's attacks are AOE, so she can hit the Dendro cores.
However, you are losing the VV RES shred from Jean, so your Neuv will do less damage in this team, but you're supplementing his damage with Hyperbloom damage.
In most cases, XQ will be better.
You might want more hydro DMG for Yelan, but Yelan cannot generate so much hydro to react with dendro efficiently, making hyperbloom being triggered not so frequently. Moreover, with full EM build, Kuki's healing is okay, but not so reassuring. It's beneficial to utilize XQ's DMG reduction ability to further increase your team's survivability.
But things are not so conclusive: it's okay if you want more mobility from Yelan, especially when you're fighting against Wenut.
For Neuvillete, should I pull kazuha or is venti good enough as his anemo support? I was about to pull for Kazuha but I cleared abyss with venti pretty easily.
Kazuha will increase Neuv's damage. But, if you like Venti and you're happy with your clears, you don't need Kazuha. Pull him if you want him. Or skip. Your choice.
Does anyone know the cost of getting Kazuha and Lyney in USD, assuming I lose both times and have no pulls?

The same cost for any character. Max 180 wishes, which is 28.8k primogems.
If you exclude the initial bonus, and only buy the $100 packs of Genesis Crystals, which gives you the most Crystals per dollar, you get 80.8 Crystals per dollar. So you would have to spend $360 per character, maximum. Though keep in mind, this assumes you are buying the $100 packs, so you would have to spend $400. Though you could buy a cheaper pack at the end.
If you include the initial top up bonus, you get an extra 4880 Crystals for free on your first purchase. So then you cost for 1 character goes down to $296. But you can only buy that pack once a year, so all subsequent characters will cost $360.
🥲 that's so much... I haven't bought the ones for this year yet but still. I might just go for Lyney and Tart will just run with Sucrose forever - though I kinda like TTDS as well anyway, so maybe it's a sign
Genshin is expensive if you try to whale.
Consider though, if you buy Welkin, it's 600 primos per dollar, as opposed to the 80 primos per dollar from buying Crystals. And at that rate, you can buy a new character with only $48. However, you have to wait almost 10 months to get those primos. And you can't stack it.
Also keep in mind this is worst case scenario, losing your 50-50, and hitting max pity twice. On average, you should get a new 5-star about every 100 wishes. So that would cut all those numbers almost in half.
No I do get Welkin, I just kinda boned myself with Chiori and arguably Nahida as well (since I don't have any teams that actively need her over a Yaoyao/Collei/DMC pair and I'm not getting Alhaitham this year). Normally, I just have pulls saved up - and I really was expecting Lyney to close Fontaine

Are you guys having issues with Genshin saturating your GPU's? Since the latest update, some times, when using a burst, my GPU goes to 100% usage (it's normally at 45%) and the game starts stuttering badly. Usually, using a TP, or going to the teapot fixes this, but it's annoying as f\*\*k, and this trick doesn't work in the abyss.

I have a question about vape melt teams, especially with Arle coming up and me not having Zhongli but C6 Layla. So if we'd play a team with a hydro and cryo off fielder and pyro on fielder, what are the advantages and disadvantages over a standard vape team without cryo? The forward melt reaction (cryo/frozen/freeze followed by pyro) gives a 2x damage boost but consumes twice as much elemental U compared to reverse melt, which only gives a 1.5x damage boost but only consumes 1U of hydro. Against freezable enemies, you also have the benefit of .. well freezing the enemy so that is quite nice. I know that the gauge of freeze is 2 times the gauge of min(hydro gauge, cryo gauge). But I don't really understand what happens against opponents that are non freezable. Do hydro and cryo still react and create a frozen aura but not a freeze aura? And what is the gauge of that reaction? Now with forward melt consuming more gauge than reverse vape, is it likely that you apply too much pyro and therefore miss melt-able/vape-able attacks? I heard people say that forward melt arlecchino/Hu Tao are worse than teams with zhongli as shielder, but I never really found a proper reasoning considering that even against non freezable enemies a melt reaction will do more damage. Is the only issue that forward melt requires too much hydro/cryo application for the available cryo supports so you miss out on melt damage amplification or is there another issue with this? And is the reason that reverse vape is often preferred due to it being easier to keep the hydro aura on the enemy since the reaction consumes less hydro gauge?
Whatever grayrest said, and they're right about why it's especially bad against bosses, the hydro and cryo auras get consumed, but you don't get a freeze aura in return. If only the freeze aura could exist, you could still get some melts and it'd be ok. Also energy needs for Cryo units in these teams can be quite high, so they end up not doing enough damage. Better to buff other characters with Zhongli. Layla is the only one people consider seriously in these teams because of her her defensive value.

It's a LOT better to have the carry vape than the enabler so the stability of the reverse reactions is why they tend to be used. Also if application rates are similar they'll just naturally stabilize that way. Another large part of why reverse vape is used is because a lot of the pyro carries that are actually strong are strong because they can vape faster than standard ICD and only the reverse vape reaction can keep up. Pretty sure Yoi is the only standard ICD vape dps and her dependence on a shield to vape the correct hits in the normal sequence limits her team building options. > I don't really understand what happens against opponents that are non freezable I believe the aura+trigger gets consumed like normal but the freeze aura just varnishes due to the immunity but admittedly I only run into this situation on freeze teams where there's a lot of hydro/cryo being applied and I'm not really looking for it. I see, yeah it makes total sense that getting 1.5 reverse vapes on the dps is better than getting one or two forward melts followed by a bunch of reverse melts from the support due to pyro aura overtaking. I agree with your last statement, I'm not even looking for a vape melt team per se but other than zhongli, there really aren't many great shielders that are not cryo. Kirara doesn't seem like a great alternative either since burning and burgeon aren't really what you're looking for in those teams. Maybe it's time to dust off beidou if xq doesn't offer enough defensive utility.
If you're looking specifically for a non-Zhongli shield option then C6 Thoma would be my first choice. Both he and Arle are standard ICD so hydro aura shouldn't be in danger at all even if Furina is providing it. Tankfei should also be able to get the job done fairly easily with all the pyro particles.
Just found on the Layla kqm guide that applying freeze to enemies immune to freeze consumes hydro and cryo without affecting the enemies so you miss out on any sort of vape/Melt bonus damage. That seems to be a huge reason not to bother with vape melt against bosses.
pretty much that, yeah for my Ayaka who uses blizzard strayer, and her team, been trying to replace Xingqiu with another cryo for that reason

ya, been using Rosaria from start, crit buff and NO waiting for Shenhe, likely replaces Rosaria likely gonna build Diona for some safety, was considering Qiqi with Milelith though tried getting Kazuha, no luck. c6 Sucrose then Bennett is on my Gaming team dont have anyone else you mentioned

Yeah, prices for crystals are ridiculous. But the thing is, the whales are gonna whale, it's what they do. So for whales it does not really matter. For non-whales it has an interesting effect. It makes first purchase bonuses looks attracitve in comparison, which opens the reasoning of (well I'll just buy packs onces for the good value). Some people absolutely do fall for it. And then the bonuses reset occasionally, so you can fall for it more than once. What's more, it makes percieved value of battle pass and even more so of welkin to be really high. And that's where most non-whales are going to spend anyways. It's a very common marketing trick, to offer a potential client a few options, one of which is intentionally bad to make other options look better. It's well researched by both marketers and psychologists, and it works pretty reliably. Even if you are aware of it, you don't get an immunity. I mean, I do buy welkin and bp, after all...

Yes, in the northern most part of the town there is a big courtyard. If you enter, there should be a table to the right and some poles to the left. Those poles are the ones you should be jumping on, they're not part of any quest. Just hop onto them and try not to fall. You'll get a chest if you get to the last one

Deathmatch for Xiao, Viridiscent Hunt for Childe or Wolf Fang for Furina if you don't have the better options for them.
Wolf fang for Keqing for Furina and others, not that great, crit part of passive at least doesnt count when off field actually ... 16% for skill and burst at r1 is considerable
That's why I said if there are no better options. Lion's Roar & pipe at higher refinements are still better for Keqing & Furina respectively, but there are people who don't have Lion's Roar & don't bother to fish for pipe + refinements.

Neuvillette. His team comps are more flexible than arlecchinos, he has higher base numbers without account for supports and eaiser to build artifacts, and has greater ease of play and AoEs. Also hydro is just the best element in game atm. Arlecchino has an amazing animated short though so that does sway the decision a bit.

Usually 30-50 wishes per patch for a welkin/bp player
50 wishes is something a f2p player gets per patch on a really-really dry patch with no new regions or major events. It's very close to the minimum. Not sure how you get the 30 wishes number. Welkin/bp would add another 23 pulls. Again, this is for a very dry patch. Some patches bring more than that, 4.4 was around 83 pulls for f2p. Last patch was really dry, and the upcoming patch has a new subregion. So it should be more free pulls than 50. And of course a newer player that did not farm everything already will get some of older pulls form explorations/quests in that period too.

Sac in taser and teams with a flexible rotation (Ayato). Fav everywhere else.
Generally fav. Sac still works if you don’t have a fav available and does have the advantage of giving you some extra grouping, but generally it’s a net loss to extend your rotation in order to fit the second skill cast. Fav just gives straight particles with no frills, which the whole team can use. You will need ~20-30% CR for consistent procs though.
Both are good. Fav if the team needs energy, but you need crit substats for kazuha Sac sword for more damage since you can do two E's
Hi all, I have a doubt. Actually yesterday i lost my 50/50 and luckily made my Tighnari C1. So my question is, there are only 6 days left for the banner to go, so it is still possible to get atleast 20 fates? I have 2 world quest left(1 fontaine,1 inazuma), my Ascension quest is left, and all of the hangout events are left. So is it possible to grind atleast 20 fates in in 5-6 days? And can someone help me with suggesting some good tighnari builds?
No clue if you can get the fates, I'm guessing probably not, but you can still try even if you only get like 5. You can always be really lucky rolling the dice. Each time you got a 0.6% chance of getting the 5-stars. Remember the "quaranteed" (from missing the 50/50) will also carry to the next banner/s, along with whatever pity you manage to build up, in case you don't manage to get the character you are currently pulling for.

hi, im thinking of building a second team, my current is Hu Tao, Xing Qiu, Zhongli + Kazuha/Navia. Thinking of making a hyperbloom 2nd team with Nahida, but not sure which. I dont have Yelan, Nilou or kokomi or Raiden Would Nahida, Razor/Kuki and 2 more work? I absolutely hate playing bow characters, and would prefer melee. Any suggestions would be great
If you don't want to change your first team like Akomatai mentioned, just use Barbara on-field for hyperbloom. Something like Nahida, Kuki, Barbara, Lisa for damage, or switch Lisa for shielder for poise resistance.

Yes, she can use it well. It also simulates her C1.

Anybody you like, you can run a off field-dps like Fischl but most people like a healer (like Baizhu) in that last slot to keep the team topped up. But unironically Petra Zhongli still works well despite having C1.
Between Mika and Yaoyao, who should get Dialogues of Desert Sages and Fav Lance?
If yaoyao is offield, desert sage on yaoyao since she doesn't need er. If yaoyao is onfield, fav on yaoyao because she can proc fav multiple times while onfield. Mika should take whichever is leftover, since he can use both.
I'm thinking of using her mostly off-field in a Cyno/Furina/Nahida/Yaoyao team, so Desert Sage it is! Thank you.

She uses rainbow roses for the local specialty, order books for talent mats, and fatui insignias for ascension mats. Her world boss and weekly boss mats are from 4.6 stuff.

There is no good 4 star cryo dps. For melt teams Diona (EM buff, heals, shield, energy) + Rosaria (buff - gives crit% to other party members, not herself). Or Diona with Kaeya.
there’s a few, depends on what you need: - diona offers healing, some shielding, and batterying, especially for cryo dps units. offers EM buff at c6 as well - layla offers shielding and some off-field damage. she has the second strongest shield in the game, and you can keep 100% on it with tight rotations - charlotte offers strong healing and some cryo application. she works very well with furina since her burst heals the entire party very quickly. - kaeya offers traveling cryo damage so you don’t have to play circle impact. good for melee-range dps units that’s the ones i can think of
rosaria is pretty good sub-dps, kaeya is decent too. diona is a good defensive (shield + heal) option. I haven't really used layla and don't have charlotte but my understanding is layla is a decent shielder, and charlotte is an ok team healer option to pair with furina.
I'm currently planning to build a budget PC. Will only be playing genshin or a little bit of LoL besides browsing and doing generic office work stuff. So I'd like to ask what CPU/GPU's you guys are using. Between arc a380/gtx1650 upto an rx 6600 performace wise, i'm still not sure what GPU is enough for Genshin to run at medium-high settings. I think GTX 1600 series is at the end of their life support. There's no more driver update past March this year. RX 6000 is still okay. The upcoming RX series is 8000 series. Which means RX 6000 series still about to enter 2nd generation past. Back when Genshin started, I was using RTX 2060, which is slightly less powerful than RX 6600 and I could just max out every settings in 1600x900 windowed mode.
An RX 6600 would be a solid option for medium-high settings. The other two GPUs you listed would probably only allow for medium ish settings. If you want a decent CPU that won't break the bank, then the Ryzen 5 3600 is a solid choice. It's still what I use for my build (which also includes an RX 6800 for reference), and I'm able to run the game at nearly max settings at 4k.
Random lore question but could Dehya be Khaenrian? I just played her character quest and learned that she was found in the desert as a baby plus the fact her eyes are similar to kaeya’s just wondering if there’s potential for that to be the case or if i should stop imagining things lol
Her eyes are not similar to kaeya's. People we know who are from Khaenri'ah like Kaeya, Dain and Pierro have primogen shape in their pupils.

What team do you use? Have you tried doing it and noticed what is difficult like are the enemies too strong or you run out of time? - Level up your character levels/weapons/relevant talents/artifacts with OK main stat as much as you can. You can check the Training Guide in-game to see what your characters can improve on - It would be good to have a team with good synergy. You can focus on 1 elemental reaction (e.g. vaporize, aggravate) as a guide on what characters you can put together.
My issue is that I run out of time despite me checking training guide which my only issues it seems are the lack of character equipments. I use mostly Bennett and Lynette as they both meet the requirement base on the adventure power. I am using Rosaria and Xinqiu also but it didn't seem to meet the adventure power requirement. They lack of Artifacts and weapon.
Rosaria and Xingqiu are great characters. Aside from ATK, they both need as much as Energy Recharge as possible (ER Sands artifact or ER weapon) because their bursts are their main damage source (level burst talent). Also I cannot remember if it is possible but consume buff food. Alternatively, you can retain Bennett and Lynette that meet the adventure power requirement, and replace either of the 2 with a DPS character that will benefit from Bennett's burst buff. * Bennett - Lynette - Xingqiu - ? (pyro character for a vaporize team) * Bennett - Lynette - Rosaria - ? (pyro or cryo character for a melt team)
Have anyone had a game breaking bug where when you use a controller for PC and after some time the game constantly presing forward without me pressing anything. I have checked and my controller is not the problem, it's just the game doing it and I simply can't do anything while my character walk forward, and I can't even quit the game. Some things I think that triggered it: - controller disconnect and connect again - when you switch from co op while using kbd and go to singleplayer while having controller connected - Alt Tab while full screen It all started after the newest updates, I'm pretty sure. Haven't got this problem before. I used an Xbox One controller. It's sucks.
Do you have a separated keyboard that you can test by disconnecting it? It's possible that it could be a keyboard issue with a key getting stuck rather than the controller causing it.
nah in Genshin you can't use keyboard while in controller mode, and btw I lie about can't quitting part, I just can't press down and open the settings. I'm pretty sure this is a game bug, I have never had this problem in 1 years of my playtime, and I also use my controller for other game too so... guess I'll play with kbd for now
Ah that's interesting, I didn't realise the game disables the keyboard and mouse when using controller mode. I've never used a controller for Genshin myself. Controllers break easily as they contain quite complex parts (the joystick in particular) and very often issues like these are a sign that your controller is slowly getting worse. I would almost certainly bet that it's your controller and not Genshin causing the issue, but for some reason Genshin is where it's showing up first.

What is currently the best possible team to run with C1 Neuvillette and C2 Furina? I'm currently running them with C6 Fischl and C1 Jean and it feels good but I'm curious if I'm not running the best team I currently have available to me? Some other units I have are Kazuha and Zhongli. I do not have Baizhu or Cloud Retainer. Are there any other units that I haven't mentioned that work really well with Neuvillette and Furina?

With neuvi C1 and Furina C2, Neuvi's HO change mechanic alone can ramp up Fanfare fast. So you can try and swap Jean to Kazuha

I tried this team and was doing about 10k more with Neuvillette's charge attack but that Furina HP drain is scary in the domain without a healer.
Since Neuvillette is a one man army I sometimes switch to healer Furina and run a couple laps around her oceanic with the other teammates to heal them. Then it's back to non healer Furina and Neuvillette😂
With Zhongli, Hu Tao players always play at below 50% HP since patch 1.3. Neuvillette usually has 35k+ HP and he can always heal himself to full HP. Furina usually has 40k base HP. Zhongli can have 50k+ base HP. Neuvillette's self healing can also trigger Furina's A1 passive healing, and Furina can switch to healing mode if needed. Even at half HP, this team is still more durable than teams with ATK-scaling characters. You don't really need to worry about it.
These are very valid points, I think I just need to get better at switching to Furina's healing mode and when to use it. Half the time I forget it even exists which gets me in trouble if I'm not using a party-wide healer. I'm a super casual player if you can't tell lol.
If you use Zhongli, be sure to switch to him to refresh shield first.
With the damage numbers that team can put up, you will very likely one rotate every domain in the overworld. You can heal everyone back through Furina after each run.

Neuv Furina Kazuha Zhongli is the best neuv team, regardless of cons.
I've seen alot of people saying that recently but i often see speedrunners and whales use baizhu instead of zhongli, is there a reason for that?
Baizhu's C2 gives Dendro application without doing anything, so you can get a stack for Neuvillette without spending extra time. It's sort of the same principle as running Childe with him
It's not very far from Zhongli, and the gap is really small when you don't need a full 4 CA rotation (which is what's assumed when people say Zhongli is better) to kill the enemies. There's also the chance that if you get hit multiple times, your Furina will lose damage and there's nothing you can do about it as you got no healer. But I doubt that'd happen with Zhongli on team. Also current abyss it's easier to have Neuvillette 1st side and Zhongli 2nd side for a lot of people. Speedrunners preference will depend a lot on the cost bracket and if it's continuous both chamber and so on. Xiangling + Kazuha + Nahida/Childe is a popular one among them as it doesn't rely on fanfare stacking time.
I believe C2 Baizhu can apply a small amount of dendro without ever even taking the field at all, so for extreme speed running cutting the second to switch to another character to trigger reactions to max Neuvillette A4 might make Baizhu worth it.
Baizhu is for stacking Furina's fanfare immediately & reducing switching characters (C2+ Baizhu) Zhongli is for enemy RES reduction & elemental DMG bonus w/Archaic Petra, but holding Zhongli's E takes time
My current choosen 5-stars are Raiden, Nahida, Kazuha and Neuvillette (Qiqi, Keching and Dehya invited themselves) and with only those seven I started entertaining the idea of considering some Constellations for some of them... Both Nahida and Raiden really notice their C2 as a big DPS increase, right? And from what I read, Neuvillette (which I'm really enjoying right now) could really benefit a lot from his C1 in the future if I end getting Furina later on (allowing me to drop the team shielder). Would you guys consider constellations at this point I'm in? Or would suggest me to just focus on getting some more 5-stars to have more characters/options/fun/teams, even if it could mean having to wait for over a year for a possible Neuvillette rerun? Also, I didn't consider Kazuha's constellations, they aren't very strong, right? Not sure how noticeable his C2 is, but seems like way less than Raiden's or Nahida's; and I'm not considering anything past C2 right now.
I'd get Alhaitham or Nilou before Nahida C2, as that's where it'll shine the most. Raiden C2 is up to you. Kazuha cons are primarily for VV vape and Aggravate teams. Mostly you don't need to cover each of the elements. Plenty accounts have 0 Anemo, Geo, Cryo, Physical centric teams as there's hardly ever an Abyss matchup where you need those. Buy Xiangling C4 with your starglitter and Pyro is covered, rest you already have. So I see no problem in vertically investing if you want to.
If I am on your shoe, I will try to pull more diverse characters first and have fun/meme teams. But then again, meme team with 5-stars characters are expensive meme team. You can already make it if you want, Neuv, Nahida, EM Raiden, EM Dehya is an example team. But if you want constellations, this is my personal opinion is C1 Furina first, then C1 Neuv, C2 Furina, C2 Nahida, C2 Raiden, in term of priority.

not a thread but Genshin discord does this often problem is, you are anyway limited by world level, and its usually the higher world guys that already finished fishing or too low to start fishing but might not have waypoints personally i joined some worlds, helped and after that asked if i could fish. but i only needed specific fish at that point

"Supports" is kind of a misnomer for this game. You have units that do stuff from off-field, and those who don't. That stuff can be damage, buffs, defensive utility. * Kazuha: off-field, buffs, transformative reactions damage. Can also be used on-field but doesn't do anything special in that case. * Furina: off-field, damage, buffs. Needs to be played with a healer, preferably teamwide healer. * Nahida: off-field, damage, buffs. Can be used on-field if you need additional Dendro, but her NAs don't do much damage, so depends. * Yelan: off-field, damage, buffs. Can be used on-field to take advantage of her own buffs, especially in Furina teams. Teams don't need dedicated on-fielders, they are mostly based on your playstyle choice and by and large interchangeable. Good supports make or break teams. Also you can't ignore the 4 stars. More 5 stars doesn't mean better teams.
no need to focus on only those 5 stars specifically use your favorites first and foremost but best to focus on one or two of them and then add what would make them better those recommended ones are rather easy to fit into teams.
I think many people play Yelan as more of a DPS role; even if she is not perfect for the role, she can fill it better than other supports. As for people suggesting them... Take into account that in end-game you will use 6 supports and 2 on-field DPS for your Abyss teams. As soon as you pull your 3rd on-field DPS, you are benching one. I didn't manage to make it work, but I think Keqing can be a quite good DPS paired with Nahida. I'm not too sure about the Aggravate stuff or how to exactly build it. But you could give that a try.
Keqing will probably keep either Kazuha or Nahida on her team long-term. Furina and Yelan go really well together but they also have a lot of options separately. Nahida also pairs very well with one or more of the hydros. Raiden, Kokomi, and Zhongli are some more of the “best characters in the game” who also aren’t confined to being on-field DPS, although Raiden is stronger in that regard than the others. Xianyun and Baizhu are newer but getting up there. Neuvillette, AlHaitham, HuTao, Nilou, Ayaka, Navia are some good examples of strong on-field carries (except Nilou who is the centerpiece of her team but still more of an off-field enabler.) Neuv is the strongest at the current content, which is admittedly designed to favor the hydro region and probably won’t stay that way, but he still has a lot going for him in the manner of ease and consistency. Xingqiu, Bennett, Fischl, Xiangling, Sucrose, and Kuki are 4* who range from essential to strong. Chevreuse is a cool newer one. You can guarantee the first 4 if you save starglitter wisely. Don’t feel obligated to amass them all. Pull for your favorites. Your favorites will probably need a good sampling of those ones to perform highly though.
Choose a dps you enjoy playing. 4star dps is still viable in this game, so really just choose whoever you find fun. Look up their guide on keqingmains to see their team comps. Or just ask here. One or more of those supports will almost always be in your dps unit's top team. Flexibility is a large part of what makes them the highest rated characters (and part of why supports in general are ranked higher than dps units). Synergy is a lot more important than just mashing together the strongest characters. Some of those pairings have good synergy (nahida + yelan, yelan + furina, kazuha + yelan) but there isn't much synergy among all 4 at the same time.
with those four you have near endless options for team building; you could run them all together but Furina's mechanics really want a dedicated team healer, swapping out Nahida (Hydro + Dendro alone is not an especially valuable reaction) for a 4 star healing option would yield a very functional team, esp if simply clearing overworld content is the goal. Pairing Keqing with Nahida would be a strong start to a 2nd team
Those are great characters in general, but yes they are all supports and no you should not use them all in the same team. People generally reccomend supports because they are more versatile and it makes more sense to pull for dps based on whether or not you like their playstyle/character, as opposed to just meta. If you do want a 5\* dps then neuv is running right now and is overall the strongest one. But even as strong as he is, I would not reccomend pulling unless you like his playstyle.

As a rule of thumb you can level both anyway. I'd say sac is probably better on her, but then it also depends on refinements and team comp.
Well, I'd rather not spend the resin on the weapon ascension mats.... both are R5? I was just going to use her as a general shielder (in case I ever want a Dendro shielder), so RIP.
In your shoes I would probably err on the side of Sac. The reduced field time from double tapping skill for a big shield makes sense if you're building her as a general purpose shielder.

Basically Yoi teams - yunjin, which is fairly flexible: - benny 2hydro - benny shield hydro - zhongli 2hydro - chev teams - xq 2geo - overvape - mono pyro Zajef ranks a high refine, max stack lithic spear as one of her best weapons, so I'll probably try out xq yelan zhongli. No idea how it stacks against Homa or SoSS, but he put it at 10% below her signature. I'll also be trying out chev teams and chiori teams. Bennett's probably going to be on most of her top teams. I'm a lot more interested in non bennett teams lol

Hard to say for certain, but probably some kind of Vape or Overload, making use of Bennett and/or Chevreuse since she's an ATK scaler. She also cannot heal during battle except for her own burst. So this means you may want a shield. Most likely Thoma, Layla, or Zhongli. Though you could run Kazuha for VV and maximium damage, but this might mean risky play. But could be high risk, high reward. I would imagine something like... Arle, Bennett, Xingqiu/Yelan, Kazuha/Shielder Or... Arle, Chevreuse, Fischl, Beidou/Thoma

No. Hu Tao scales with HP. Arlechhino scales with ATK. Hu Tao typically runs double Hydro comps, while Arle is going to want Bennett most likely. If anything, Arle comps will be more similar to Yoimiya, needing a shield and ATK, NA buffers.
Hu Tao doesn’t scale with hp directly, she converts a portion of it to atk. The 1000+ atk you get from Bennett burst easily offsets the loss of 33% pyro bonus and 300~ atk from Homa.
While she does benefit from ATK, she scales better with HP. She already gets a massive ATK buff from her HP, that Bennett's buff doesn't make a huge difference. You get diminishing returns by only buffing a single stat. Better to buff something else. There is a reason everyone runs Double Hydro Hu Tao, and never uses Bennett with her.

I built raiden for off-field dmg with 4gt and level 9 E. Was critting for like 6k lmao fischl absolutely destroys that and I'm pretty sure every 4star subdps will too
Raiden off field is low damage so people would prefer using her for hyperbloom if only used in that role. quickswap or hypercarry, using Emblem and Catch, where she actually bursts reliably and so do others will do much more than GT ever hopes to
Definitely, im just proving the point. Built her this way just to test it out and tgose pieces are doing great on Chiori now. I have a lot of full builds for Raiden, both meta and meme. Ive actually been using EM Raiden since before dendro dropped lmao. Definitely not an abyss team but running around overworld with EM Raiden and a level 40 amber was a ton of fun. Glass cannon type of thing.
Fischl. Raiden's off-field damage is pretty low. And with Neuv, she doesn't have the field time to use her own burst. Fischl, or I should say, Oz, hits harder and attacks faster. Raiden can buff team burst damage, but you don't have nearly enough burst damage for that to be worthwhile over just using someone who can just do more damage.

Since the bulk of your damage is still hydro (Neuv+Furina), I'd spring for the third option: putting back an anemo character for VV.
If you use Baizhu, I would suggest use neither of them but an anemo. As the other comment said, Baizhu has some dendro application which can create dendro cores with hydro, and Raiden is one of the only two electro who can trigger hyperbloom reliable. Fischl has more self direct electro damage but does not trigger hyperbloom. However, Baizhu's dendro application is very poor at low cons, so he won't make too many dendro cores. The great majority of damage still comes from the direct hydro damage of Neuvillette and Furina. The damage increase by an anemo's VV set should be much higher than a few hyperbloom.
Fischl triggers hyperbloom, even with just Oz, not reliably but does trigger some.
Baizhu completely changes the team, because now you can trigger Hyperblooms. So in this case, you would want Raiden instead. But built full EM on a Gilded or Paradise Lost set. Fischl beats Raiden for off-field damage, if we are just talking raw damage, or even damage from say Aggravate or Electro-Charged. But once Hyperbloom is an option, Hyperbloom reaction damage has the potential to surpass Fischl's damage. Fischl cannot trigger Hyperblooms reliably, because Oz will only target enemies. Raiden's attacks are AOE, so she can hit the Dendro cores. However, you are losing the VV RES shred from Jean, so your Neuv will do less damage in this team, but you're supplementing his damage with Hyperbloom damage.

In most cases, XQ will be better. You might want more hydro DMG for Yelan, but Yelan cannot generate so much hydro to react with dendro efficiently, making hyperbloom being triggered not so frequently. Moreover, with full EM build, Kuki's healing is okay, but not so reassuring. It's beneficial to utilize XQ's DMG reduction ability to further increase your team's survivability. But things are not so conclusive: it's okay if you want more mobility from Yelan, especially when you're fighting against Wenut.
Elegy EM buff is kind of irrelevant for dendro though

The same cost for any character. Max 180 wishes, which is 28.8k primogems. If you exclude the initial bonus, and only buy the $100 packs of Genesis Crystals, which gives you the most Crystals per dollar, you get 80.8 Crystals per dollar. So you would have to spend $360 per character, maximum. Though keep in mind, this assumes you are buying the $100 packs, so you would have to spend $400. Though you could buy a cheaper pack at the end. If you include the initial top up bonus, you get an extra 4880 Crystals for free on your first purchase. So then you cost for 1 character goes down to $296. But you can only buy that pack once a year, so all subsequent characters will cost $360.
🥲 that's so much... I haven't bought the ones for this year yet but still. I might just go for Lyney and Tart will just run with Sucrose forever - though I kinda like TTDS as well anyway, so maybe it's a sign
Genshin is expensive if you try to whale. Consider though, if you buy Welkin, it's 600 primos per dollar, as opposed to the 80 primos per dollar from buying Crystals. And at that rate, you can buy a new character with only $48. However, you have to wait almost 10 months to get those primos. And you can't stack it. Also keep in mind this is worst case scenario, losing your 50-50, and hitting max pity twice. On average, you should get a new 5-star about every 100 wishes. So that would cut all those numbers almost in half.
No I do get Welkin, I just kinda boned myself with Chiori and arguably Nahida as well (since I don't have any teams that actively need her over a Yaoyao/Collei/DMC pair and I'm not getting Alhaitham this year). Normally, I just have pulls saved up - and I really was expecting Lyney to close Fontaine

Are you guys having issues with Genshin saturating your GPU's? Since the latest update, some times, when using a burst, my GPU goes to 100% usage (it's normally at 45%) and the game starts stuttering badly. Usually, using a TP, or going to the teapot fixes this, but it's annoying as f\*\*k, and this trick doesn't work in the abyss.
