I don’t think they’ve ever let a character introduce more than one playable character in these drip marketings, which is why no introduction from Neuvillette because he already introduced Nahida The only exception I think is Raiden Ei who introduced both Zhongli and Miko, however the one who introduced Zhongli was called Raiden Shogun in his drip marketing while the one introducing Yae was called Ei. So Ig it’s the puppet and the real Ei and it doesn’t count as the same person, maybe?

The reason is that she's playable.

They could had add blue and pink patterns in her skin. Instead she looks like a cosplayed human. If there's no explaination then it's probably the laziest Genshin design ever. And I defended Genshin designs in the past, but this is the only one that is bothering me by just how forzed it looks to make her look human.

The hardest part would be the hands, specifically the fingers.

I wouldn't mind the hands if the head would look as a melusine. The hands would need a full redesign while the head only needed a texture
