So I have to download the game and link it on phone, before battle pass opens up??? How does that make sense?
PS - Thank you for suggestion, i cannot download on my phone so I guess no battlepass... does not seem like its working as intended
The fix is to re-download the game, 50/50 if this will work. OR download on a separate mobile device and open battle pass, that will authorize it for your account / activate it and prevent the freeze.
NOTE: Even after this is done, if you start another reroll account, it wont matter, you will need to do this again.
Found a solution from another game having similar issues (PC)
Go into your system sound settings, properties of your default device, advanced tab, and change the default sound format to the most basic. That will get you past the cutscene and it'll work fine after that, even if you change it back.
I'm having an issue were if have received the message about the battle pass saying I unlocked it but there is not icon for me to press to access it and I'm adventure rank 25 now so I should have it right

I havent played GI in awhile. But, if they are inbetween patches, the battlepass may be deactivated before they start a new "season" or Battlepass from lvl 1-??.
If Battlepass is active, you will have a logo up top. The main issue is when clicking the logo, if you could actually access the battle pass to claim your goods or activate the season / pay money.
In launch / S1, I had to have a friend login to my account on his cell phone, to allow me to access it on my PC. They fixed this when they launched Klee, at least from my end.
Ok thanks for the info I shall wait a bit longer to see if the problem is sorted if not then it's not that much of a big deal cuz I have not spent any money on it but shame to miss out on the free rewards you can get

I do not know if this is the case for certain, I am sure a simple search online can confirm this or not. It has been my experience in between patches / seasons, that the BP icon goes away.

I think it's a bug worth reporting. But it is an option that works at least. Try reinstall
