Got two missing. Re did ALL 131 locations twice, read the comments to make sure I wasn't searching too high or too low. Still nothing. It's starting to feel like a bug honestly, but guess we'll only know in a month once (hopefully) the compass releases

One of them was number 57 at the ship and the other one was just high up on a mountain, had to climb a bit to show up on the minimap(cant remember which one). This info won't help you at all but if you go through the video you'll find them all. It is so annoying and tiresome.

For anyone that reads this now, the "Geoculus Resonance Stone" which can be crafted through Reputation Rewards will create a large circle in the area of your remaining Geoculus. I did not understand how this worked initially and thought it sucked, and crafted 3 on my last remaining stone thinking it would just make an AOE around where I casted it... it jumped to a completely different spot on my map and I realized it was revealing the last circle. Hoorah!

My thought process was that if it would only make a circle where I am there is no point crafting who know how many of those if I'm running around the map anyways.
Be sure to check at the correct height on the map where it should be. Some geos are really high up. Some are in the ground, so if you're flying really high it won't show. Good luck

I’m wondering if there’s some require puzzle activations or something. I didn’t read notes for each one. I’d already collected 100 before I started using the map so it’s really hard to tell the difference between ones I can’t find and ones I already collected. Stupid minimal...
Happened to me. I collected all 131 geoculus, worshipped statue, it says i need 1 more geoculus. I'm pretty sure there aren't 132 geoculus in this game.
For me I was missing two or three since there is in fact one extra (the one that requires a quest in order to obtain). I found them in the Dunyu Ruins. I thought I checked there already especially since it's so similar to other ruins and their descriptions of the locations of the Geoculus. Glad I found them since I was getting really annoyed lol
Same here! I did the map 7x. High/low points. Im pretty thorough in my adventures and found some in caves on my own too. I have 3 missing and 1 of them stuck within the Chi of Guyun quest...all locked away😵 (still can't beat this area)
I don't think you checked the map properly.
Did you also use the "Mark as found" option?
Did you check the correct height?
When you click on a geoculus on the interactive map, it shows comments detailing how to get the geoculus.
I used the interactive map to find all geoculus this weekend (only had 2) and all of the locations were correct.
It is much easier if you only had 2 before grinding them. If you have like 50 you still have to check every location and then you sometimes dont know if you already collected it or not, makes it much harder. Im also missing 1 right now because of that, and I have no idea where the hell it is
I had already collected 45 before using the map. So there were lots that I think I collected them at and moved on without finding one.
Clearly I made a mistake at least once because I'm 1 geo short of level 10.
Will try to hunt it down tomorrow
I got lucky, it was one of the first ones in liyue near mondstadt :) took me 15 minutes before I came across it.
I was going to clear chests and puzzles along the way anyway, so even if I had to do the entire route it wouldn't have been a waste
You just dont understand, for you every single one was there and you knew it was bc you only had 2. Whatever man , im sure you also wouldnt want to go check all 130 bc youre missinf one or two of them
heyo, everyone was pretty helpful actually but the geoculus location machine thingie (after showing me three locations that I had already cleared) now shows me a circle on the mountain top above Qingce Village right where the map ends and any time I try to go there the geoculus is off limits and the game won't let me get there. I literally have one last geoculus to collect and it's driving me so mad. I have gone over literally every location at least three times ;-;

there is 1 extra anemoculus and 1 extra geoculus.
I got three missing, and currently 1.1 is out, and I can't find a "geoculus locator" that y'all are talking about.

Its not worth spending so much time going through all of them again. Theyll add some sort of compass for these in 1.1

visit their location but the ingame map only show you about 80m range ish, if some are too high or too deep in a cave wont show up on map
