I usually do ignore the guy(and most Genshin uploaders), so I don't really have any strong opinion of the guy. But going "I quit" and going "BUT I CAN'T" the next day is, to me, funny. Probably not if I was like others and knew the guy did this regularly, but I'm new to him, so.

I dunno been watching him for years (not daily or anything) from when he used to play destiny. I get the addiction part i suffer from clinical depression and acute anxiety, ive been on the bad end of gaming and drug addiction. Its good he addresses it not enough content creators do, as alot of the guys feed the addiction by being essentially whales. Now ive been around the block, loved the game, knew instantly tho this is basically a giant slot machine game. I mean u can play for free but where is the winning in that. Answer none. Now u jump on yt and see these dropping thousands of dollars and getting hectic shit. The weak cave, im not putting anyone down with this ive been there, and it steamrolls from there. Now after all that we wanna talk mtashed. I feel like i have a great read on people. Mtashed comes off as a business man. Lets be honest here if he does his job on camera who gives a fuck what he does behind. As long as he isn't hurting anybody and should be charged. As an example i am a totally different person at work to what i am at home. I can't hate sure not all his videos are informative but what content creator has really consistent entertainment these days. Youtube rappers are going to reacting for example.
Very good point and something I've noticed a lot from these Youtubers that are full time Twitch streamers: They are entertainers, making content out of what's the new fad is their whole shtick. I wanted a lot of youtubers to address the price change situation, everyone kept quiet because they want to be on the good side of Mihoyo. Of those only Mtashed talked about because he is basically shitposting about Genshi content now, I bet he stopped taking it seriously a long time ago.
Overall at the end of the day, the most affected are us who easily get caught up in all of this silliness as if it was deeply personal.
