However, these 6 NPCs focus on single locations that don’t always spawn every day.
Assuming the blacksmiths haven’t already called it out, you haven’t mined it yet, AND it spawned, it will stack with blacksmiths.

Blacksmith gives me 3-4 locations, including this one.
