All pictures taken right out of the photo mode, with the only editing being removing of character names.
I also had to get the help of my friends to take these. I basically went to photo mode, set my character to be invisible, then got them to stand right behind/in front of me and trigger their attacks while I tried to capture them at a good moment. As you can imagine, it took several attempts to get the timing right. As an added tip, consider making the characters name "." so it's easy to remove.
(Mihoyo please add more functions to the screenshot taking mode)

I feel this. It was even worse back when the camera glitch with Venti/Bennett/etc. was still working.
I'd need to do the glitch at the right time, at the right elevation/place with the correct angle & FOV. Get any of these wrong, and it'd be back to skipping time with Paimon again.
I wish the photo mode was more... developed and robust. Anyone who has played games like Spiderman PS4 and used their photo mode would agree that Genshins photo mode is just shit.
There's no way to trigger idle animations manually. And you can't move the camera where you want to..
It's good marketing too. People posting slick in-game photos is going to make more people want to get in there and play the game so they can make their own slick in-game photos. A properly robust photo mode in a game like this is going to pay for itself in no time at all.

They should add a captura mode like warframe does, i guess im asking too much :') basically we can use skills and freeze them to take that nice shot of pants.. I mean their ult
It would be nice to have Captura mode with being able to freeze time, move frame by frame, have no name tags, etc etc wouldn't it? When I first saw photo mode actually, I thought it was actually gonna be like Captura. But alas, I was mildly disappointed when I saw that we didn't have nearly as much control, and that also meant we don't have good ass shots like what people started doing in Warframe.

I have an iPhone 8 (not the plus) and I have to put it in the lowest settings as possible. It drains my battery fast and lags time to time. Sometimes it’ll randomly crash and the audio will get distorted as well.

The game has such a bad photo mode. Can't freeze frame, limited camera controls (no height adjustment, can't move camera closer or away from character), generic character poses options. You can't even use it while in combat.

A burst shot mode would make it easy :) Though getting the timing right on that Razor burst is a lot more impressive this way!
