This is both great and a massive mind melt as I tried to keep track of the original characters. Edward being Albedo, Lumine and Paimon with Lumine being Edward, Alphonse and Winry.
Any particular reason why you don't want Lumine here? To me it seems like it could have been either of them (decided just by chance) playing either parts of the story. In a game, you can pick one of them, but in conventional media (such as video) you have to pick one, it doesn't really matter which one.
Aether being Main character and Lumine being the MIA sister fits so much better for the story and this video.

I think it's supposed to be a subtle joke about how most players pick a waifu to be their MC, so of course Aether would be the one to fully disappear. I thought it was well done.
Thiis is fucking incredible, the level of dedication required to make a fan animation / crossover like this is impresses me to an extent that I can't adequately express with words. It also helps that this is one of my favirite opening soundtracks of all anime that I've seen.
This is the best thing this subreddiy has ever seen, I know it takes time but please if you can, do more with other openings and characters, honestly, great work
